I took my car in and had the do the tint all around. Car is brand new 250 miles on it. I did a walk around prior to handing them the car outside in the lot and didn't see any damage. I go to pick up the truck and instantly see huge gash marks in the windshield went back and denied doing anything to it. Then when I got home and had my brother look at the truck he noticed the front bumper is damaged like if someone smacked it with something. Honestly such a bad shop and don't ever take your things to this shop. Insane I have to even be writing this cause I have a brand new truck with damage I have to deal with.

I called a bunch of places , to install a aftermarket radio, got a lot of prices... then i called this place and got the best deal and they were willing to provide service right away, then i pulled up in the M3 and they tried to charge me more , its not only them it seems like everything cost more when you have an M car ... anyway the technician pulled the radio out like the cops were a block away , and the whole process took less then an hour , everything was connected correctly , Bluetooth, radio , steering wheel controls etc..... going back to install the rear view camera soon , legit spot.

Came here in a black Prius and left in a white Ghost, no cap. These guys get down on anything, just ask.

I only needed the installation my car stereo I had purchased online to replace the one that was stolen a few weeks ago. (I know, who does that nowadays?!) My BF called for pricing, and deciding that the $30 install fee was worth him not having to do it, we took the car over. After we got there, they took a look and told us we needed the plug to connect the wires to the radio because the theif stole that part, too, which would cost another $20. They promptly went to work plugging the forty-million wires together and got it installed. Overall, it took about fifteen minutes total in the shop. The guys were even nice enough to explain my new device functions, even though I had not bought it there. I'd recommend them for efficient and convenient service for car stereo installation!

Very professional. They got in my car ASAP! Very fair price. They put a cover to protect my paint and was very careful. Very clean work

Equipment is definitely higher than others, but I shopped around for everything and came here for the install. Cheapest install prices from any other place I found. Can't beat $40 to wire my amp and subs to the deck. I forgot one part I needed and they quoted me $30.00, which anywhere else probably would have been half that price. But to save time and get my stuff installed, I went ahead and bought it. So everything came out to $70, which was still cheaper than the $100 Best Buy and others quoted. Install took about an hour and they did a clean job. Completely satisfied with the work they did here. Probably coming back to get my windows tinted. Quoted me $120 for all 5 windows.

I have a Mercedes and I used to just go straight to the dealership, but honestly... it gets ridiculously expensive fast. Grim's Garage responded to me on Yelp and I decided to give them a try. They did my Service B for a much better price than the dealership. More importantly, they actually checked the car over and made sure everything was working properly and nothing else looked off. I met both owners, David and Rafael, and they were super straightforward. They explain what needs to be done before doing anything and don't try to upsell you. Just honest people who clearly care about their work and reputation. Their shop is also clean and well kept, which I personally pay attention to -- it says a lot about how they treat customers' cars. They're officially saved in my phone now. Definitely recommend if you have a European car and don't want dealership prices but still want quality service.

First of all, the price was hands-down the fairest anywhere nearby. I called multiple shops before choosing this one, and everyone else gave me outrageous quotes. JB Customs offered a price that was extremely reasonable -- honestly shockingly cheap for the quality of work. And the install? Ridiculously fast. He works with surgeon-level precision but somehow finishes everything faster than any shop I've ever dealt with. The light-up pony came out flawless -- clean wiring, perfect alignment, no gaps, no issues. It looks factory, but better. The door sills (non-illuminated) were installed perfectly as well. Straight, secure, spotless -- exactly how they should look. Not a single scratch or misalignment. On top of all that, he's friendly, honest, and clearly takes pride in his craft. No upselling, no pressure -- just real professionalism. If you want any custom work done -- cosmetic, lighting, accessories -- JB Customs is the ONLY place you should take your car. It's now been approximately 3 weeks since my last review regarding my service with Kevin and believe it or not I'm still here waiting for him to install my lights that are supposedly finished. The last time he said he would do a mobile service out to me to install the lights in my car but that has not yet happened and today I receive a text message basically stating that since I gave him a low rating he will not be doing a mobile service anymore and now I have to be inconvenienced by having to drive to his shop in Northridge to get them installed during the week when most of us have to work. So the lack of customer service still continues and then he goes on to say that he won't do a mobile service because there is no guarantee that I won't erase my review and give him 5 stars!!!! What business owner tells a customer that and then he won't refund my money because he says he doesn't refund on custom work well then as an unsatisfied customer he needs to make good on his word and come out to me and make it right, maybe then I'll change my review but until such time I will keep informing the potential customers of what type of service you may run into with this guy. Until he comes out to me and fulfills his commitment to his customer I will continue to give him a 1 star rating. I'm sure after this message he'll be texting me again. If you look through my review history, you'll see that I originally gave Xtreme AutoSports 5 stars back on October 18, 2016. Even in that very first review, I noted that the work was not done correctly the first time and had to be brought back to be fixed. That has always been the pattern here: jobs rarely done right the first time, and customers expected to keep coming back until it's "acceptable." About four years ago, the issues started getting significantly worse. I initially gave them grace because of COVID and the stress everyone was under. That was a mistake. Almost every time one of my cars went in, it came out with new problems. One of my cars was rare, and every issue was met with excuses about how "difficult" it was to work on. I eventually took it to a specialist, who immediately identified that the engine mounts had been installed incorrectly by Sam, which explained the shaking. Instead of fixing his own mistake, Sam tried to sell me a new timing chain. That's when I stopped trusting him and took that car elsewhere until we sold it. Then the same pattern started with our other cars--high-end vehicles, but nothing exotic. The excuses continued: "Do you know how complicated your car is?" "We don't have the right tools." "Bring it back again." One especially egregious example: new brakes that would not stop squeaking. When I complained, I was told, "Well, what do you expect? You live in a dirty area." So a high-end SUV supposedly can't handle dirt? That's when I knew the excuses had turned into lies. I took the car to the dealer and two other mechanics. All confirmed the same thing: the cheapest possible brakes had been installed. One even showed me the exact model--about $140 worth of brakes. Sam had charged me $440. When confronted, he claimed the dealer and the other mechanics were all lying and just trying to make money. At that point, I moved most of our cars to another shop. Unfortunately, our two work trucks were still with Xtreme AutoSports. One had a battery that kept draining. Sam kept replacing the battery. The real issue? The alarm system Sam installed was draining it--something another mechanic figured out immediately. This was on a 2002 Chevy Tahoe, not a complicated vehicle. I also brought in our sedan for a brake warning light. What Sam didn't know was that I had already taken it to the dealer and another mechanic. Both confirmed the brakes were fine--the issue was the sensor. Sam still tried to sell me new brakes. At this point I would have pulled every vehicle, but our final car--a 1995 Chevy Blazer that was my first car and my late father's car--was still there because Sam had broken another part and I had to bring it back. During that visit, he claimed the AC dial was broken. Since it was an older car and parts were hard to find, he told me to order a replacement from eBay, which I did. After I delivered the AC controller and the vehicle to the shop, the part went missing while in Xtreme AutoSports' possession. Sam initially claimed the part was there, then claimed it wasn't, then stopped returning calls entirely. Over a period of more than a month, I called nearly every business day. Not once did Sam return a single call. Employees admitted parts are frequently lost at the shop. Despite being given a formal 14-day period to locate the part (documented in writing), it was never found. To make matters worse, I later learned that the part returned to the seller was not the one I purchased, but a broken part removed from my vehicle. Sam ultimately denied responsibility, dismissed my concerns, and refused to compensate me for the lost property. To add insult to injury, my AC was still not fixed, and I had to pay another mechanic to complete the repair properly. I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. When contacted, Sam lied, claiming I had lost the part--despite his own employee admitting parts regularly go missing and despite Sam previously saying the part was in the shop. If you research this business--including the Better Business Bureau, where they are not accredited--you'll see a clear pattern: sloppy work, cheap parts, repeated excuses, and a refusal to take accountability. Sam has become someone who appears interested only in making money, even if it means screwing over long-time customers. I am no longer a client. All of our cars and all of our money are now elsewhere. Learn from my mistake. Do not go here.
