DAVIE -- BEWARE OF THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP!…read more We had an extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, unacceptable experience with this repair shop. We brought our car in expecting it to be repaired, but three days later we were told that they were unable to fix the vehicle. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the computer board they were supposedly working on was actually covered under an extended warranty through Subaru. We were told that the vehicle needed to be towed to Subaru for the proper repair. Despite not being able to repair the car, the shop still proceeded to have our CarShield auto repair insurance pay its portion, and then demanded that we pay $600 before they would release our vehicle so we could have it towed to Subaru. We were essentially left paying money to a shop that did not fix our car, while being told they would not release our vehicle unless we paid the $600. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling completely taken advantage of. In our opinion, this was unacceptable. If you're in Davie, please beware and do your research before bringing your vehicle here. We strongly recommend avoiding this shop based on our experience. Thieves, thieves, thieves. We would never use this shop again and want others to know what happened to us.

Anybody who knows anything about this job, knows that changing the spark plugs on a 2016 hyundai sonata 2.4L engine is a 20 to 25 minute job AT THE MOST and that is if you go as slow as a turtle. So what was the mechanic going to do for the other 30 minutes? ALSO, i needed an interpreter to communicate with the mechanic. I would like to communicate with my mechanic directly so nothing is left out.
