We love this quaint little restaurant / bar. The menu is great and country atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.

Amazing food. Consistently delicious. I've had the ribeye, shrimp and grits, fish dishes. I always start off with the blueberry salad, which is unique and so good. Good selection of wine. Plus, the wait staff is amazing. Rebecca and Rhonda are two of my favorite. They know the food and love working at 7 Acre, which says a lot. This has become one of our favorite restaurants. We went here for lunch for the first time this weekend. The atmosphere was very warm and comforting. I can honestly say I had the best crab cake that I've ever had in my life. It was just packed with crab meat. My parents and sister also raved about their lunch. We had a wonderful time joking around with our server, Heather. This is a very nice addition to Milton. Went to restaurant at 8.20pm and every server and host ignored us. When they did come to the front desk, I was the one which had to say hello. We were then told the kitchen would close in 15 minutes and it was quite obvious our business was not wanted. The host had no desire to work any later than needed. A restaurant should be inviting to its customers not alienating. Very poor customer service. read more

The location for this restaurant is perfect, you can have all members of the community to come here and enjoy a wonderful meal. I came here with a colleague and had a great round of drinks at the table with the Pimento Cheese Fritters and soon my meal, the 12oz Ribeye with Collards came out. At around 6:45 the restaurant had picked up a bit and i understand food coming out cold but for both of our plates to come out cold was odd, almost as if we were forgotten about! We said nothing and ate our meal with no issue, understanding it was quite busy and taking up a table we wanted to finish and move on with our evening. Let me start by saying this: I love wings. I walked into this place with expectations that couldn't be met. My friend Kyle told me these were the best wings he's ever had. With a skeptical optimism, I went in with as open of a mind as you can have. I will tell you what-- I don't know who to kiss first-- Kyle or the chef! These are the 2nd best wings I have ever had, and I say that with full meaning! There's just something about them, whether its the smooth burn, the batter they are fried in that do set them apart from your traditional wing. That's what I look for in a wing-- something different, and 7 Acre delivers here. I do believe 7 Acre has severely understated the importance of their wing however, as it is listed inconspicuously on their appetizer portion of the menu, and look forward to a time when I can order 12 wings and fries at one price (instead of the 6 wing app option now). Bottom line: I will give the batter 10/10; the sauce 8.5/10; and the chicken itself 8/10. Next up: the Smash burger. Now I am not nearly as passionate about the burger realm, but what I can say is that it is delicious the buttery bun, the seamless transition from bun to cheese to burger, and the jalapenos that don't impede your experience, but definitely make themselves known bring this whole meal together. Service was phenomenal as well! I strongly recommend this restaurant, and encourage you to go there with good company. It makes a meal that much better! read more

I've eaten here twice. It's super convenient and in an area with not many options. I've had two different dishes, and it was delicious both times! Prices are a bit high in my opinion, so we can't afford a regular visit, but every once in a while is fine. The barn theme is perfect. The second visit, we were there with a large party, and it seemed the music was piped in louder until we literally could not hear the person next to us speaking. I think it was the acoustics in the room partly at fault, but maybe turn the music down instead of up. We actually left earlier than planned because no one in our group could hear each other talking. read more

We recently ate at 7 Acre Bar 'n Grill. The food was fantastic and the service was great! I would recommend that you call before you go just to see if there is a wait. Even if there is a short wait, they rotate customers through pretty fast. Check out the bar - great selection of beer and liquor too. read more

Wow ! We tried 7 Acre for the first time tonight. We had Ahi Tuna Poke for an appetizer. Fresh & delicious. Only comment would be that a cracker or chip would add a nice contrast. Husband had the kielbasa plate. He said it was great. It was served with fresh beans, broccoli, asparagus and peas. And fingerling potatoes. I had brisket served with potato puree and roasted carrots. It was awesome. For dessert we had special key lime ice cream sandwich. It was made with gingersnap cookies. It was awesome. Overall the meal was great. Our server Kimberly was attentive. We will definitely be back. Only tiny complaint was the noise. We would have appreciated something to absorb the sound and reduce the noise. read more

Despite the unsmiling, non friendly, non welcoming, underwhelming, and icy hostesses who make you feel like you are a nuisance when you arrive and place your menu's on the table before you get to it and point to your table as they walk past you back to the hostess stand (btw, you will not be seated until your entire party arrives) the small portioned entrees were good. The food isn't anything off the charts amazing, but our meals were flavorful and our server, Justin, was attentive and friendly. read more

Second time we've been here and both times have been very good. Nice twist on some basic foods like cheeseburger by using pimento cheese and a blend of meats (brisket, chuck, and rib meat) all done well. Staff was super, with different people offering to clear plates and checking to make sure everything was good. The wait to eat indoors was 30 minutes, so we chose the outdoor option which was under an awning and there was a nice breeze, so it wasn't terrible. Also, while pricing seems a little steep, the food quality and quantities make it worth it. Downsides - Outdoor dining is adjacent to a convenience store parking lot which was a little unpleasant. read more

Really wanted to LOVE this place, but couldn't sadly. We were sat at a tiny table against the wall near the kitchen. An hour long wait to sit outside. The entire place was full on a Friday night around 6:30. The room we sat in was so loud, I could barely hear my husband across our small table- very uncomfortable atmosphere. Our server was nice. Food was ok, but overpriced for what you got. Limited options. Everything seemed disorganized and chaotic. Took a long time to get our food too. read more

Just visited 7 Acre a couple weeks ago and LOVED everything about it! The food, atmosphere, staff were all amazing. I've lived in the community for over 20 years and have seen this building transform from a feed store, to a bbq joint, to a coffee shop, etc...but, thank goodness it is now a restaurant that is not only better than most, but right around the corner. My family and I visited 7 Acre Barn and Grill for the first time recently. The food was fresh and service was good. The menu was lacking a bit of diversity - they would be well served to take some of the lunch menu items and leave them on the dinner menu as well to fill out the choices a bit. Worth a visit for sure. Desserts are a nice surprise - very high quality - would make me wonder if they have a pastry chef in the back! read more

Milton has been lacking in good restaurant options for quite some time. We were thrilled to see this place open up. Our first meal was sweet potato hummus, flash fried Brussel sprouts, hanger steak, and the smash burger. We finished up with buttermilk pie and apple pie. The hummus was my least favorite simply due to the lack of flavor. Other than that, everything was excellent! Be aware they may run out of beef brisket as they did tonight but we did come in after 8pm. We will definitely be back! Come in and give this place a try. You won't regret it! read more

I've been to 7 Acre twice in three days. Once for lunch, once for dinner. The food and service is excellent! Had the rock shrimp and tomato stack w/ green goddess dressing for lunch and the trout for dinner. Both were excellent, and this is coming from a born and raised gal fro Louisiana. My opinion has changed since they have worked out many of the kinks. The service has improved dramatically and the bar staff has come a long way. The wings are amazing and the Smashed Burger is incredible. It is nice to have a second spot near our house for great food and drinks. read more

After our 4th visit in 5 days, we wish there was a 6-star or "5plus" rating. 7-Acre BarNGrill is that exceptional. This is a scratch kitchen, everything fresh and top quality. The burgers are a blend of meats including brisket, short rib and chuck -- delicious. They have a baker, Meaghan, who creates the decadent desserts which are creative and perfection. Yes, a little more expensive, but not excessively. Large portions of flavorful food. Kitchen is a bit slower but understandable when everything is made fresh, and well worth the wait. This is not a large restaurant so expect a wait to be seated -- it is popular/crowded for a reason. read more

The food and service are wonderful! Too bad it is on a four way stop corner where the drivers of loud motorcycles and cars think it is really funny to rev their unmuffled engines and scream off every 2 minutes. We tried 7 Acre out this evening. We were there early (right at 5 when they open for dinner) and had no trouble getting our party of 7 seated. Within 20 minute of arriving it got super busy. I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop dinner and it was delicious. It looked like a small portion for $24 when it got to the table but I was stuffed by the end of the meal. Kids meals were just ok. Kind of bare bones and only three options on the menu. My husband got a burger and said it was decent, but has had better. Our Waitress didn't seem to have time to bother with us other than take our order. Heard others at tables around us explaining the menu. We had to wait a long time for her to come back with the check. Just a few kinks to work out but over all a good experience. We will try it again soon. read more
