They add a scoop of peanut butter on top, which I'm guessing is partly for presentation. I love peanut butter, but about halfway through the smoothie, it started clogging the straw and made it difficult to actually get the smoothie through. It was basically a spoonful of peanut butter, which was just a little too much and made things inconvenient. Maybe mixing the peanut butter into the smoothie or using a thinner peanut butter consistency that blends/dissolves better would help. Other than that small issue, everything was great. The beans had a good medium roast flavor to them, syrup flavor was subtle but present, but my drink could have been hotter. My husband got a Masala Chai Latte. We noticed his drink was made from a chai concentrate bought; it overall was ok. I recommend staff labeling drink cups going forward as they couldn't remember which was which after placing on the counter. Either way, this was a great coffee shop stop and offers some great seasonal options.
