She noticed that I had my dog Jack with me so she offered a free pup cup for him which was whipped cream and a Treat. Jack of course loved the pup cup and ate it right away. The coffee that I ordered was sweet nutty, but also perfectly filling I would definitely be coming back to scooters's coffee to mix it up a bit. The location itself was very clean fast while organized and gave a great presence for the company overall grateful for the experience.

I was told SB did not have an Egg Nog Chai, but rather an Egg Nog Latte. I was confused (as the app itself officially lists the drink as an Iced Chai Eggnog Latte), but asked if the Pumpkin Chai was still available instead. The response I got, "anything else?" I didn't confirm I wanted it and did not give a size. And the "anything else" was repeated a few more times as the conversation wore on. I get it. 8am is early, but if being pleasant and willing to answer customer questions is not your ministry, there are other roles in Starbucks I'd imagine. Or other jobs. Please re-train whomever was taking orders at 8am on 12/15. I don't like it when someone is short and dismissive when I'm trying to patronize a business, and I certainly don't like being gaslighted. That was definitely a highlight for me. I also tried their mango peach topper smoothie and added chamoy and Tajín--honestly, it was so good. I definitely should have gotten a larger size because the regular just wasn't enough. That drink alone is worth coming back for. The only downside was the customer service. The staff member I interacted with wasn't very knowledgeable and wasn't able to answer my questions. At the market, I'm used to staff being helpful and able to guide me through different teas and their benefits, but here, most of my questions were met with "I don't know" or "I don't work with the teas." She did point me to a section on the wall with some information about the teas and their benefits, which was helpful to a point. However, there was one term that appeared on several teas that wasn't explained on the wall, and she wasn't able to clarify it. I ended up looking it up myself, which wasn't a big deal for me--but I can see how that could be frustrating for someone new to loose-leaf tea who's relying on staff for guidance.
