First was Violet, she handled a rude customer with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and politeness. Violet's unwavering determination to address the issues the customer was causing was to have a smart, calm, and polite plan. Violet carried out her plan and the customer had no choice but to stop being rude. Secondly, my food service was great thanks to Jacob. He kept the line of communication open from the beginning. It was a busy lunchtime and when he took my order Jacob kindly said that he had other orders in front of mine and that mine would take a little longer to get out. How I appreciated that small amount of communication. That went a long way. Honestly he had my food out to me within 5 minutes, so it wasn't that long of a wait but I appreciate the communication. Thirdly is Brynlee. She always has a smile on her face and remembers things about customers and their lives. She asked me about my daughter. I listened to her ask other customers about them and their families. She makes the atmosphere feel like community. All three of these staff members are assets to the company. They welcome everyone with a smile, a kind word or two, and they keep the place looking great. I enjoy going there to do my laundry and eat lunch. It's nice to see such caring, kind, sweet, and professional staff. It's always clean and you can tell the staff works hard to keep it like that.

Very creative & thought provoking. I really dig it OuiOui. It's also super clean, I mean spotless. The seating areas are all brand new also. Couches, chairs, furniture that are super comfortable, some perfect to use your laptop in. Yay!!! They have it all. A giant table for a group or meeting with a long bench on one side. While I was there, two super cute top gun lookin dudes came up & was like "hey can we join you?" Why yes! YES! Please do. And they did. OuiOui. (Swoon) There are also some cute, smaller seating arrangements, one has a big coffee table with a drawer full of games & coloring books for the kids. Then, there are some really cool mod high tops by the windows so you can people watch. It was a monsoon while I was there, I was nice & dry inside & the lady that works there made me the most beautiful, perfect cappuccino I have had maybe, ever. I ordered a small cappuccino with Whole Milk. It was just strong enough without being too heavy, topped with tons of perfect foam. Delightful. The best Cappuccino I think I have ever had in my life. We had never been to a "PJ's" but we knew they were out of New Orleans & we thought we would give it a whirl. So, we just started ordering all kinds of stuff for the roadtrip LOL. We got $106 worth of Coffee's, iced teas, iced strawberry matcha drinks, croissants, breakfast sandwiches, beignets, the regular sized ones and the bites. Unfortunately we didn't like any of the food. The beignets were the only thing that was good & Sir Hubbers forget to order my order without sugar so I only ate one to try it. Way too much sugar for moi. I like them plain & he just forgot to sans the sugar for me. Bummers OuiOui. Anyhoo, the surprising thing was the Iced strawberry matcha drinks. We got all the toppings they offered lol It was way too sweet for me so I poured my espresso shot in it & I loved it OuiOui. With all that sugar, I drove all the way to St Pete without getting sleepy lol. I'm glad we got the unsweet iced green teas as a back up bc they were also fabulous. Skip the food. When I I first got it they cooked it for too long and all the cheese melted on the wrapper. But after a while, they got the cooking, probably microwaving, perfect. And now the cheese stays on. Yummy! And by the way, they've expanded the menu to include energy drinks and smoothies for us non-coffee people.
