I was in search of a shop open on Saturday and came across this place. I came here on two different occasions -- first to get an exhaust system installed on my girlfriend's GR Supra and the second time to get an exhaust system installed on my Civic Type-R. Both installs were done quickly, in an hour or less. Though the work was done fast they were very thorough and careful with both vehicles, ensuring everything was done right the first time. They even cut our original exhaust systems in half and marked the meeting points in case we needed to put them back on later. The shop is family owned and they install exhaust systems, mufflers, oil changes, and do custom work as well! Customer service was excellent from both gentlemen that I talked to there. On the weekdays I was told there are 4 people working. Communication was excellent, as my original interaction was via a quote request through the Yelp app. There are seats inside if you are planning on waiting. Pricing is very good and affordable! Visited this place twice and both times the workers here were attentive and professional. First visit consisted of welding an exhaust tip back onto a muffler. Second visit the following week consisted of removing the resonator off my 2021 330i. Pricing was more than fair compared to other shops in the area, all new piping was bent and made to fit between the existing aftermarket modified muffler section and factory downpipe. I took a 1996 civic to this establishment with the STOCK B-PIPE AND MUFFLER. The guy charged me 140 for bolts hanger and gasket. All of which the parts would've been less than 55 dollars. So he is charging me 85 dollars for what is literally 20 mins of work using the tools he has. It's a shame and scam that people have to do this to one another. I'm never coming here nor recommending anyone else to come to this place. For reference here the break down of parts at autozone Felpro exhaust gasket 60902: 6.99 x 3 Exhaust hanger 35119 3.99 x 4 Bolt and spring 36454 9:19 (set of two) x 2 So a little over 50 dollars. I just don't get it, if he had to measure, cut and weld then I would understand, but this all from the factory everything should line up and should not take long at all. When I got there, they fully explained what was missing and what my money was being used for.They even gave me a ride back to my home. They were missing a small part, so I had to leave my car overnight. If they had it in stock, it would have been done by the end of the day. Stopped by this morning for a performance muffler on my truck. I somewhat knew what I wanted but not entirely sure.
