Came here before and the service was fine. Got me in and out. I don't know maybe Sundays they don't really care that much but I was parked for at least 25 to 30 minutes and I see no one in sight. I decided to call because another customer came and I asked him if he worked here And whoever answered the phone finally decided to come outside versus just seeing a car sitting in front of your shop for that amount of time and not say anything... You think someone would've came and said hey, I can help you out or what do you need but that wasn't the case they definitely have to work on their Sunday. Customer service definitely will not be returning here again. Thanks for nothing Update: this is the owners response lol, I cannot make this up. Someone get these people a E-book on customer service and operating a well managed business that isn't just focused on $$$ and cares to establish trust between the customers and public. If im wrong then George bush is still the president

Terrible experience. I communicated with the owner prior to having my vehicle towed there. I gave him all the information he asked for about my vehicle and he communicated that he could and would replace my tire. My vehicle was towed to the location only to be denied service. They did not even have the tire for the vehicle and then blamed me. The owner told me I never asked for a replacement and after I showed them a screenshot of our exact conversation, he told me the car never came to his shop, which it did. Zero accountability. Wasted my time and money.

Money is tight right now due to the pandemic. I drive a lot and started delivering DoorDash to make ends meet. I needed four tires, but could best afford them two at a time. The guys here gave me a great deal and held to that same deal about 3 weeks later for the other two tires. And man, they are quick! Highly recommended. read more

I called in for some run flats to try this place out since my shop jumped up their prices. They didn't have any in stock, but Mike said he could get them by Sunday. I needed them really bad since I was going on a road trip the next day. The guy on the phone, Mike, said in that case i'll get them for you in an hour. He actually rushed over to get them from somewhere else since he didn't have any for me when I needed them. I came in an hour later expecting to wait a while, but they took me in immediately and got me out of there in minutes, for a way better price than anyone else in the SFV. I'm switching from my tire shop to this place. Amazing service, amazing prices, and an overall great experience. Highly recommended! read more

I went to this place because I needed new tires, (my old tires were shot). My car was fitted with new tires, I was given a fair price, and only had to wait 30 minutes for them to be installed. Would totally recommend! read more

I don't know how this place has 5 star review's. I messaged on them on Yelp, asked questions and made an appointment for Saturday at noon. Get there and the dude said "Sup," Then I tell them Im there for my appointment, he said "There's no appointments for today and the mechanic isn't here" Glad to say another shop got my business!! read more

I called them over the phone and gave them the size and tire I needed the guy quoted me $90 for a used tire I get there he wants to charge me 150 I said why did you tell me 90 over the phone he says if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else. I went down the street and paid for the exact used tire I needed only $50 and these clowns wanted to charge me 150 for a used tire. They must think people are really stupid go to Stan's tire they only charge $50 for used tires and the guys are very polite they don't act like assholes. read more

Came March 19 to buy two used tires and a alignment for the front. Is now march 15 and my alignment has shifted to the right. Came in this morning to the shop to have them fix the alignment and some guy name Mike on the phone told me that they don't have alignment warranty (not even 3 months) the only way I can have my alignment fixed is to pay another $50. Corner shops are good if you want a quick fixed but for mor complex work is best to go to professionals not saying they are not. Corporations give you warranty and other perks where street corner shops like this one doesn't. Is best to invest in a little more at the beginning than to pay more at the end. read more

The staff, Mike and Diego, were very swift with switching out my front two tires. Mike also offered me a deal on lightly used tires which helped save money as my flat was unprecedented. As eye was leaving Diego gave me some useful info about my tires and how to properly care for them. Great experience. Would certainly come back. read more

I came with a set of new wheels plus TPMS sensors and wanted to mount my OEM tires with them. He said he can do it in 1 hour but to my surprise he got it done in 30 mins! Prices are good, he also replies super quick if you have questions. Overall very impressive for the quality of work and speed he did! read more

Bottom Line: Quick, straight to the point, good used tires. These guys are super nice too! Service: It was so hot that day and they let me sit in their office while I waited for my turn- truly appreciated that LOL. Mike and his team are extremely honest and nice. I suggest calling beforehand instead of showing up, could save you a lot of time. Other than that, got used tires with good tread. Parking: Parking lot looks small, but I didn't have trouble finding a spot. I contacted mike beforehand to see when the best time to come in was, so I think that may have helped. Nice little gem- I'd recommend them! read more

Best used tired service in town! Last night, I hit the curb while entering the freeway & punctured the front driver side tire of my car. After I got home, I immediately went on Yelp to look for a tire service center in Van Nuys & found 7 Days Tires. They have glowing 5-star ratings so I decided to give them a try. I drove to their location at 8 am this morning. There was nobody in line so they took my car in immediately. The whole service took only 25 minutes from the time I pulled my car into the garage & to the time my tire was change. They even checked the tire pressure on the other tires & applied armor polish. Amazingly fast service & fair price. I will definitely refer these guys to all my friends & family. read more

Service was quick for tire instillation. I thought I needed four new tires, but when inspected he told me I can get an extra 10,000 miles on my back tires and I just needed to replace the front. Amazing , amazing service. I messaged the guys early this morning for a quote on a new tire and within minutes received a response with a very reasonable quote. When I actually arrived, they already knew who I was just by the make of my car and message that had been sennt. From there, there were no questions, haggling or suggestions for any upgrades etc. I swear I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!! Was really happy i went to this place for wheel alignment, not only i got an awesome deal with the computerized alignment but also a great deal on a tire. This place is by far miles apart from other tire places i've been in to, deal-wise. Service was excellent and friendly, they will also educate you with tire questions you may have. Did you know that the "255" on your tire spec is the width of it and the next number is the height of the tire from the rim in relation to the ratio of the first number? Neither did i, but anyway this place is highly recommended! They have new and used tires. Needless to say my bimmer is happy and i am very satisfied! read more

I came in to 7 Days Tires because my car would not accelerate as you could see in my video. I was extremely nervous and I showed them that my air intake hose had a tear and they immediately began helping me. The owner called to see if they could get the part I needed and within 20 min it was there. Martin the mechanic got straight to work and showed me my air intake hose was actually completely torn, mind you I had been to another mechanic not to long ago, Arleta Mufflers saw how ripped it was and they didn't tell me I was lucky that I'm nosy and went up to see what they were pointing at. Turns out as Martin from 7 Days Tires continued working on my car him and I both noticed the workers at Arleta Mufflers DISCONNECTED MY O2 SENSOR !!!!! I was APPALLED to say the least they purposely tried to fuck up my car !!!! Safe to say I am extremely grateful to have ended up at 7 Days Tires the experience overall was amazing and I would rate 10/10 if I could they were extremely friendly and got everything done within 30 minutes. I literally scream out of relief and excitement when it was all done. Thank you guys again 5 stars really isn't enough. The price was also extremely affordable and no where near what I was expecting read more

Came here after a blowout. Friendly guys that seemed alright helped me out. I came back a week later after another tire went bad on me. They knowingly gave me the wrong size which caused my tire sensor to read incorrectly causing swerving over 65 mph. They denied it. I came back for a replacement and they tried to sell me a tire with a HUGE bubble on the side. Then they acted as if they didn't notice it. They finally were able to replace the tire after waiting a week. THEN the first tire I bought here went bad after having it only two weeks. Never ever come here EVER. We will see if they are just and give me a refund. I'm not going to hold my breath... read more

The owner is the guardian angel for my 2006 Bmw 330ci. When ever it comes to my unlucky nature of attracting nails and them puncturing my tires to needing tires because of burning out at the drag strip in Irwindale or even just natural wear, he is the best man in the valley. He's a very charismatic man that doesn't try to sugar coat anything, he tells you what your options are, the positive or negative consequences, and the price. In a world with deceitful businesses, he gives me hope that there is still some honest and well rounded business men/women. read more

Customer service is top notch here.. my lug nuts were too short for my new wheels so Mike (the owner) personally drove me to 2 different auto part stores to get the lug nuts I need for my car. If it wasnt for him i wouldn't have have car back that day. What a guy.. I got great tires at a price I didn't even have to negotiate for.. it was that good of a deal paired with that kind of customer service just leaves you feeling taken care of! I came in to have two tires replaced. When they didn't have the right size tires for my car, the shop owner, Mike, was very helpful and willing to work with me. He ended up driving out to hand pick the right size tire for me and brought back two options for me to choose from. On top of all that I got a great deal on the parts and labor, Frankie the tire pro did a great job. I drive for uBer & Lyft and while driving the freeway my car was shaking badly when driving over 60 mph. It was Sunday so thank god that 7 day Tire was opened. My tires were beyond bald. I only expected to change 3 tires since I don't get paid until Wed, but they changed all tires for a great price. Which allowed me to get back on the road to work. Had a flat and baf to park at the nearest location. Mike the owner drove to meet me, swapped out my tire to the spare and we drove to his shop. They changed my tire to a used one for me and it was quick. Great service! He offered me tea while I waited. Great customer service! Thumbs up. Definitely go here for all your tire needs. read more

I called 7 day tires and right away Mike was so helpful. I can tell that he wasn't like most of the tire shops here in the valley. I had spoken with the manager, Sevada, over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, David. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and taken care of. He genuinely took the time to understand what I needed and how they could help, which immediately set a different tone from other places I had contacted. The technicians took my car out for a test drive and then took it inside the shop to inspect underneath and from there, they confirmed the issues. As anyone knows, car repairs can be expensive, so I was preparing myself for a hefty bill but the owner went above and beyond to help make the cost more manageable. I truly appreciated that level of consideration. Sevada handled ordering the parts, and they were flexible enough to schedule me for a time that actually worked with my availability. When I brought my car back in, Akop completed the work and I was very impressed. He was incredibly efficient and got everything done on his own in about two hours. I was back on the road with the rest of my day ahead of me. From start to finish, the level of care, honesty, and professionalism stood out. It's not easy to find a shop you can genuinely trust, but I'm really grateful I found this one. I'll absolutely be coming back for any future needs and recommending them to anyone I know looking for reliable auto repair.

To make matters worse, I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived, an additional $40 was suddenly added with no clear explanation. Customers have every right to ask questions before spending their money. No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for wanting to understand the service they're paying for. I would not return, and I do not recommend this business based on my experience.

Roadside assistance gave me a jump and explained that my battery might be bad but my alternator was reading 14 so it most likely is a bad battery. Got a brand new battery from AutoZone thinking my problem was solved. After having to get another jump I brought it to Pacific on Friday and was told I needed a new alternator and was even shown the reader that read 12.44. I explained what I was told just 2 days before but the mechanic who put the reader on my car kept saying it needed replacing. Another guy then brings me in the office to show me the part costing $881 on the computer and proceeds in a dramatic fashion to tell me it's expensive but labor isn't big so he'll give me a good deal taking it from $990 to $840 and they can do it today. I would've been insulted if it wasn't so funny to me that they would think I was that dumb. After getting the BS speech I let him know I'd need to call my brother. While waiting I had already submitted requests for quotes on Yelp and immediately took my car to Dave's Quick Lube. I explained what the issue was but after running a diagnostic he said it was electrical but my alternator was actually good. Recommended I go to Golden State Auto Repair so I headed there to get my car looked at. They found out a lever was broken something was draining my battery, fixed the problem and only charged me $250! Today was the 1st day I was able to start my car up no issues. BEWARE. It's bad enough to be overcharged but to not even give accurate diagnostics is insane. Not sure if it was me being a woman or black but either way this was a disappointing experience.
