Came here before and the service was fine. Got me in and out. I don't know maybe Sundays they don't really care that much but I was parked for at least 25 to 30 minutes and I see no one in sight. I decided to call because another customer came and I asked him if he worked here And whoever answered the phone finally decided to come outside versus just seeing a car sitting in front of your shop for that amount of time and not say anything... You think someone would've came and said hey, I can help you out or what do you need but that wasn't the case they definitely have to work on their Sunday. Customer service definitely will not be returning here again. Thanks for nothing Update: this is the owners response lol, I cannot make this up. Someone get these people a E-book on customer service and operating a well managed business that isn't just focused on $$$ and cares to establish trust between the customers and public. If im wrong then George bush is still the president

Terrible experience. I communicated with the owner prior to having my vehicle towed there. I gave him all the information he asked for about my vehicle and he communicated that he could and would replace my tire. My vehicle was towed to the location only to be denied service. They did not even have the tire for the vehicle and then blamed me. The owner told me I never asked for a replacement and after I showed them a screenshot of our exact conversation, he told me the car never came to his shop, which it did. Zero accountability. Wasted my time and money.

There prices are great. I got a used tire and the tire worked great. But there's two things they did I didn't like. 1. They switch the right tire to the left and the left to right so my car could drive better. Only problem is they forgot to tighten my tires lugs. I'm lucky my tire didn't fly off. 2. My tire was missing a lug and when I left I was missing three. My first and last time. read more

Do not take your car here. The tires they sell have patches and do not last long. I brought the tire back after it was leaking and the worker cussed me out for no reason. Very unprofessional tire shop. Do not bring your business here. I definitely will never come back here read more

So far best best tire shop in the valley, I've been to plenty but as far as prices these guys are going to be hard to beat! I got 2 same brand and basically brand new tires (98-99% thread) that matched my original brand (continental) for 90 & almost every where else I called didn't have my rare size but very wide selection here so if you you looking for a quick & cheap fix that's also quality, this is your spot! Amazing amazing find! I had a friend help me look up a used tire shop for tires on my Q50 RS. They found this awesome spot! I originally came in for just one front tire and ended up leaving with two. My tires are not easy to find, and this shop has such great prices and they have a huge selection. Highly recommend! I will be coming back very soon for my rear set, and all future tire needs! Mike the shop owner is straight forward, professional, and kind. I called asked him a price to put a used tire on. His price was the lowest I'd heard. I arrived there and there were no games. Got a flat and needed to patch my tire. Was having one of those weeks and just didn't have time to haggle with the big chains. Drove past 7-Day on my way to work. Decided to see what they could do. Francisco was extremely polite. Anytime a woman does anything with her car you have to worry if the guy is going to try to bambuzal you. Not here! Francisco and his team treated me like I was his sister - like family. He was fast! No small talk about buying new tiers or up sales. Just respectful business. He got me back on the road within moments. Probably took me longer to write this review. Bring cash but they take card. Don't let the location fool you. This is VIP service just as good, if not better than the fancy chain stores. I'll trade the free coffee for swift and fast service. Totally recommend 7-Day. read more

Needed 4 used tires for my van. Requested a quote from several place and Mike at 7 day tires came back with the best price. Showed up and found out that I gave him the wrong tire size. Luckily he had the right size anyway and the tires he gave me was a better brand and had more tread than the other ones and he kept it at the same price. So basically I got damn near brand new tires for a used price. Great guy and will be back if I ever need tire service. read more

I did not look at the reviews before I came here. I spoke to Daniel on the phone and he was very courteous and quickly called me back letting me know the reasonable price of the tire I needed. He inspected my flat tire and confirmed it wasn't repairable. I asked him to check my other tires and he said they were all fine. I've been places where they insist I need all new tires even when I don't. I'm so grateful for his integrity and ability to solve my problem not create a new one. I'll always come back here. Imagine how impressed I was when I went to Yelp and saw they have all 5 stars. I can see why! read more

I came in to 7 Days Tires because my car would not accelerate as you could see in my video. I was extremely nervous and I showed them that my air intake hose had a tear and they immediately began helping me. The owner called to see if they could get the part I needed and within 20 min it was there. Martin the mechanic got straight to work and showed me my air intake hose was actually completely torn, mind you I had been to another mechanic not to long ago, Arleta Mufflers saw how ripped it was and they didn't tell me I was lucky that I'm nosy and went up to see what they were pointing at. Turns out as Martin from 7 Days Tires continued working on my car him and I both noticed the workers at Arleta Mufflers DISCONNECTED MY O2 SENSOR !!!!! I was APPALLED to say the least they purposely tried to fuck up my car !!!! Safe to say I am extremely grateful to have ended up at 7 Days Tires the experience overall was amazing and I would rate 10/10 if I could they were extremely friendly and got everything done within 30 minutes. I literally scream out of relief and excitement when it was all done. Thank you guys again 5 stars really isn't enough. The price was also extremely affordable and no where near what I was expecting read more

Came here after a blowout. Friendly guys that seemed alright helped me out. I came back a week later after another tire went bad on me. They knowingly gave me the wrong size which caused my tire sensor to read incorrectly causing swerving over 65 mph. They denied it. I came back for a replacement and they tried to sell me a tire with a HUGE bubble on the side. Then they acted as if they didn't notice it. They finally were able to replace the tire after waiting a week. THEN the first tire I bought here went bad after having it only two weeks. Never ever come here EVER. We will see if they are just and give me a refund. I'm not going to hold my breath... read more

"I visited this tire shop yesterday to replace all four of my tires, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional and efficient, and what stood out the most was that they didn't try to upsell me on anything. They offered competitive prices, which I really appreciated. The owner is the guardian angel for my 2006 Bmw 330ci. When ever it comes to my unlucky nature of attracting nails and them puncturing my tires to needing tires because of burning out at the drag strip in Irwindale or even just natural wear, he is the best man in the valley. He's a very charismatic man that doesn't try to sugar coat anything, he tells you what your options are, the positive or negative consequences, and the price. In a world with deceitful businesses, he gives me hope that there is still some honest and well rounded business men/women. read more

Excellent! Customer service is top notch here.. my lug nuts were too short for my new wheels so Mike (the owner) personally drove me to 2 different auto part stores to get the lug nuts I need for my car. If it wasnt for him i wouldn't have have car back that day. What a guy.. I got great tires at a price I didn't even have to negotiate for.. it was that good of a deal paired with that kind of customer service just leaves you feeling taken care of! I came in to have two tires replaced. When they didn't have the right size tires for my car, the shop owner, Mike, was very helpful and willing to work with me. He ended up driving out to hand pick the right size tire for me and brought back two options for me to choose from. On top of all that I got a great deal on the parts and labor, Frankie the tire pro did a great job. I drive for uBer & Lyft and while driving the freeway my car was shaking badly when driving over 60 mph. It was Sunday so thank god that 7 day Tire was opened. My tires were beyond bald. I only expected to change 3 tires since I don't get paid until Wed, but they changed all tires for a great price. Which allowed me to get back on the road to work. I had such a great experience here that I feel compelled to share it. When I called this shop, however, they wouldn't give me a ballpark estimate without actually seeing the car. At first, that felt inconvenient since I didn't really have the time that day but something about the conversation made me trust them, so I decided to go in anyway. I'm really glad I did. I had spoken with the manager, Sevada, over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, David. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and taken care of. He genuinely took the time to understand what I needed and how they could help, which immediately set a different tone from other places I had contacted. The technicians took my car out for a test drive and then took it inside the shop to inspect underneath and from there, they confirmed the issues. I truly appreciated that level of consideration. Sevada handled ordering the parts, and they were flexible enough to schedule me for a time that actually worked with my availability. When I brought my car back in, Akop completed the work and I was very impressed. He was incredibly efficient and got everything done on his own in about two hours. I was back on the road with the rest of my day ahead of me. From start to finish, the level of care, honesty, and professionalism stood out. It's not easy to find a shop you can genuinely trust, but I'm really grateful I found this one. Instead of answering professionally, the employees became visibly irritated and told us that if we didn't trust them, we didn't have to get service there. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived, an additional $40 was suddenly added with no clear explanation. Customers have every right to ask questions before spending their money. No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for wanting to understand the service they're paying for. I would not return, and I do not recommend this business based on my experience.

Roadside assistance gave me a jump and explained that my battery might be bad but my alternator was reading 14 so it most likely is a bad battery. Got a brand new battery from AutoZone thinking my problem was solved. After having to get another jump I brought it to Pacific on Friday and was told I needed a new alternator and was even shown the reader that read 12.44. I explained what I was told just 2 days before but the mechanic who put the reader on my car kept saying it needed replacing. Another guy then brings me in the office to show me the part costing $881 on the computer and proceeds in a dramatic fashion to tell me it's expensive but labor isn't big so he'll give me a good deal taking it from $990 to $840 and they can do it today. I would've been insulted if it wasn't so funny to me that they would think I was that dumb. After getting the BS speech I let him know I'd need to call my brother. While waiting I had already submitted requests for quotes on Yelp and immediately took my car to Dave's Quick Lube. I explained what the issue was but after running a diagnostic he said it was electrical but my alternator was actually good. Recommended I go to Golden State Auto Repair so I headed there to get my car looked at. They found out a lever was broken something was draining my battery, fixed the problem and only charged me $250! Today was the 1st day I was able to start my car up no issues. BEWARE. It's bad enough to be overcharged but to not even give accurate diagnostics is insane. Not sure if it was me being a woman or black but either way this was a disappointing experience.
