I stopped by here to get a slurpee since it was on my way home and near my house. I went with the cherry flavor to be safe and it was delicious. They had other flavors as well but I didn't want to risk it. The staff were very friendly and polite with me. I walked around the store as well to see if anything would grab my interest. I was tempted to get a hot dog but decided not to. I didn't have any issues while in the store and didn't see any homeless person in front of the store when I came this afternoon. The two Indian guy workers tried to scam me , I had gave him $20 for a total of $6.50 and he gave me $3.30 back and "I told him you owe me more I gave you a $20 bill" he says "No I don't " and looks at his co-worker with a grin and I told him "Go and check the cameras" He gets nervous and gives me my exact change after. read more

This 7 eleven is in a good spot. I imagine it must get busy on the outside at times. This is the first one that I have seen with 2 Red Boxes and 2 pay phones outside. The clerks are courteous and friendly. They show the utmost respect for their customers. I will mark this one as a good one to go to. read more

Worst customer service ever . George is his name short little punk. My credit clip wasn't working but my swipe does , so when he couldn't figure out how to swipe instead of getting clip errors he decides to say it doesn't work with no effort. Like any other 7/11. It brings back so many memories and I actually miss the arcade game where the ATM is at. Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat was its heyday. And lady time it closed was in 94 because of the Northridge Quake. The workers who are always cool are constantly get sh*t from drunks and just plain ole ignorant a-holes. My respects to them. This is the nastiest 7/11 I've ever been too. I've stopped by twice around 6 a.m. The coffee station is a freaking mess. Water on the floor, dirty floor, filthy counters and the hot chocolate dispenser is horrendous! The lady at the register is handling cash and hot food with no gloves. I think she's the manager. Both times I've walked out and gone across the street for coffee. Corporate really needs to take care of this store. Filthy, filthy filthy!!! read more

The cashier charged someone before me on one register then told me to go to the second one. When the price came is it was 6 something bucks I didn't get why if my total should have been close to 5 dollars I thought maybe I didnt get the deal for the waters i bought. Luckily the receipt came out and I checked it he ended up charging extra 1.50 for something I didn't buy. Then I asked him and he asks me what is it. I just stood there and told him how should I know you charged me. He then asked me to look for what it was to give me a refund and I got upset as if this was my fault. He got frustrated and then gave me the money in cash. (I paid with my card) just be careful make sure they charge you correctly 1.50 adds up in the long run. read more

This has been my go to spot for about 5 years now. Every time I go in, the clerk helping me out has the worst attitude. The reason I decided to finally review is because I had my worst experience here today. I walked in and was given horrible service by someone who questioned my credit card with ID. ID was handed over anyway for age verification, but then asked again to use the card. Using my pin number, I bought cigarettes then I asked him what the problem was with the card. He said there wasn't a problem with the card and threw the cigarettes on the counter. He said I gave him attitude when I asked the question. I told there was no need to throw the item on the counter, and all i asked was why. He then raised his voice and told me to go home. I would rate it 0 stars but I have to add at least one to be able to give my opinion. Will now shop at the location on woodman where they are much friendlier. read more
