STAFF IS HORRIBLE DO NOT COME!! Came for the free slurpee for 7-11 since it's 7/11/24 at around 7:40pm with my 4 kids who were excited for a refreshing slurpe. The guy said that the cut off time was 7pm we asked since when, the guy was very rude and said no more free slurpees and was trying to kick us out. Right off the bat, this is going to be a bias review. 7-Eleven has always been a staple convenient store anywhere you go. For me, there has not been any 7-Eleven locations in walking or bicycling range. Although there are some 7-Eleven locations around my area, they are still in driving range but enough to become lazy just to drive there. (at least 2-3 distance) Recently 7-Eleven stores have been popping up out of no where and BOOM!! There was one down the street from my place. Now grabbing something on the way out and/or on the way back from work has been more convenient than ever. It has been forever that I've hoped for one of these to pop up and that time is now. A convenient 7-Eleven. However they do not keep it clean going Inside to get a fast coffee fix. I found myself stepping on sticky floors dirty counters as you pay you punch in your phone number in the dirty screen and really all it takes is a wet cloth to clean up it's just noticeably neglected. Also they don't refill their coffee every day. I use the last of the vanilla coffee. Just needs a little TLC especially since kids hang out after school. Please keep it clean. read more

This is the best 7-eleven I've been to. The young guy working te counter is cool and knows what's up. I go there just cuz he has a good memory and goes out of the way to says what's up. large and well lit 7-Eleven with lots of choices! its a pretty good one if you need some fast snacks! The staff have always been really nice with me. You have to understand that corner can get crazy homeless people hanging out and lurking around being annoying due to its location (they all live at the park or along the highway which is right there, so they loom here for whatever they need sometimes) so I understand when they guys seem a little burnt out working there. I was 2 cents short on my purchase, and really did not want to break a 20 dollar bill for 2 measly pennies, my BF was right behind me and said he would cover the two pennies-as he was sure he would have change back from the purchase he was about to make right after me. As logically it seemed, the nasty nasty nasty Indiana woman working the register demanded the 2 pennies be paid before he can make his purchase. We frequent many 711s, and have been to this one before, but never have encountered such idiotic, and wildly rude, rude, rude customer service. On the contrary most clerks usually say don't worry about it, - not to say that is what I was expecting, we clearly stated the two pennies shall be covered. This woman clearly saw my open wallet full of bills, however I don't know anyone in their right mind who would break a large bill for 2 pennies! What the heck was this -ugh- I'm so disgusted- I'm having a hard time referring to her as a woman!- what the heck was this lady's problem? My BF was not having it, he told her off, while I'm just standing there in pure shock of her and the odastity of causing such a gross nasty scene over 2 cents that we were going to cover as it was! So lastly this poor excuse of a human being throws the money I handed her just before this freak show melt down over 2 pennies. Im a good person, I believe in God, I believe in karma, and I truly know in my heart this lady will learn a great deal of lessons, unfortunately she will learn them in terrifying and merciless ways. **** Looking for others with similar experience to file legal complaints.**** I went into this 7-Eleven to buy me a Snapple and some cookies. I walked in and walked straight to the back and got me a Snapple. I then walked over to the candy/cookies area to look for the cookies but I wouldn't find them. I noticed that the Indian lady with a large tablet came over and stood by the end of the isle. I kept minding in my own business but eventually decided to look for the cookies in another isle. I walk to the next isle over and after a few seconds she walked to the end of the isle and stood there. After some time of looking for the cookies, I decided to go to another isles and look for the cookies there. I walked over two isles, to where they have the donuts (if I remember correctly), and sure enough she walked to the end of the isle. At that time I realized that she was following me around the store. So to confirm it, I walk back to the candy isle, and sure enough she walked there. Went to another isle, and again, she followed. Again, I went to back to the candy isle and she followed. To be honest, I think that I went walked to more isles but I lost count. And she went there every single time. So I decided to confront her. She told me that she had no idea what I was talking about. That she was not following me and that she was only doing inventory. At no time did she looked at any items. most of the time she stood facing away from the shelves. She never counted anything or moved anything around. Didn't even bother looking at the shelves. She just stood at the end of the isle acting like she was using the tablet she had while keeping an eye on me from the corner of her eyes. The guy at the register (an old Indian guy) asked me what was going on. He told me that she was not following me around and that she was only doing inventory. I told him that that BS since she had followed me to different isles (six isles to be exact). She had a smirk on her face like it was all a joke. They both laughed at me like I was crazy. I understand if it had happened once or twice. Really pushing it three times, but I know that she followed to at least six isles. That is not a coincidental but intentional. Why they target me? I do not know. I was wearing tight lycra leggings and a fitting t-shirt with a tiny wallet hanging from my side. No where to hide anything. But, at one point she even called me a "he." Perhaps my size intimidated her. I am naturally tall for a girl and a former bodybuilder. With a body like mine ignorant people often come up with all kinds of ignorant conclusions. I've been called a "tranny" before. Something that most people don't know is that that is insulting to transsexual people. I have a feeling that she thought that I was a transsexual person. In India, trans and transsexual people are viewed a trash by many. Even if I was a trans person, she has no right or excuse to treat people that way. Regardless of their race, sex, gender, gender expression, gender identity, etc. Since ignorant racist people don't discriminate against only one person one time. I am sure that they have done it to others as well. I confronted them so I am sure that they will be more careful about how they go about their racist ways. But who knows, they laughed it off so may be they aren't too concern about it. I would like to find others with similar experiences in this 7-Eleven or other 7-Elevens. We could file legal complaints with the DOJ and other government agencies against this and other 7-Elevens. May be even sue them. I hope to stop this behavior not only to teach them that what they do is not right, but also because one day they could end up doing it to the wrong person and they could end up hurt or even killed. As a Paramedic, I've seen plenty of people who have been beaten up, stabbed, and shot for much less. Specially right now with how high racial tensions are. read more

Most of the staff have been very helpful and polite. Heating up anything fresh in the wee hours in the night to tips on purchases. The store is clean and convenient to both the 170 and 5 freeways. My fear when 7-11 first announced its arrival was the bums that come with 24/7 stores, but they have been doing a decent job of keeping them from hanging around. read more

Walked in to get a monster drink while standing in line next to the hot dog nachos and pizza spot roaches were walking on the glass "covering" the food an employee saw it and did nothing let the roach continue to walk around. If ever I had a choice not to return to some place, it would be this store in particular. Some employees are incompetent and treat you like you are stupid as well as using the language barrier to their advantage when using the mobile app for discounts.
