This is my favorite seven eleven to come 24 snacks & Gas. The guys who run it are always cool and very nice. Greet you when coming and going and Always have a variety of snacks lots of ice and emergency items such as motor oil and tylenol.. they even have propane refills and tanks. The only problem is their propane prices.Their propane refill is the most expensive in what I've seen in Kern County, as they are about $25 per tank. Honestly, I couldn't get a straight answer.When I asked that's okay. We come here for the friendly staff, snacks and Gas prices. Don't come here for the propane unless it's an emergency. if they fix that problem and drop to a reasonable price anywhere from 19 to 22 bucks, it's definitely worth coming here for that too. This happened to me already on multiple occasions when I came for my free drink. Literally went in to redeem my FREE T mobile drink and they were still charging me a dollar. Dude was dead telling me that T mobile redeem doesn't work and that they are lying. I saw the redeem work on the machine but he still was telling me to pay $1. This is only the 711 brimhall, the dude was very active, cleaning the front doorstep when he had no customers, when we came in he jumped back to the register and a horde of people came behind us,1 asked for a machine that was out of something so he took off for a moment to stock it, while other 711s dont even bother this old man was happy doing it. read more

If I could I would give less - the cashier on 9/13/20 220pm was rude to the lady in front of me made - her arms were full and she noticed a hole in the back and told her to put it back!!! I went to put my bag of ice on counter and arms were full - and the cashier sternly told me not to place items on the glass/counter because he didn't want me to cover the lottery tickets - I said were am I to put it and he pointed to the non glass side and said I should know this. I told him his directions didn't make any sense and only after he started to ring me up he explained that he didn't want to clean again!!! I just use this place for gas and Redbox pick ups I can honestly say I've never been inside this store. The gas prices for not being near a freeway always seem to be reasonable and I get my hair done in the shopping center behind it so it is actually very convenient for me. They have 2 Redbox out front so that is also convenient for me if I decide to grab a movie when I gas up or I'm at the salon. read more

The is one of 2 nearby convenience stores, so unfortunately we frequent it often. Not unfortunately, I guess. It's just expensive for gas as well as the merch inside. They carry some household items you might need in a pinch, but you'd probably be better off going to the drug store across the street. Well, they have failed to relay their messages to their employees. Specifically, an employee named RAJ. There has to be some serious NEPOTISM going on there. I would never hire someone with his attitude to work in my establishment. If my employees were in training, He would be the POSTER EMPLOYEE for what not to be. I came to this conclusion after patronizing this store 20 times in my 3 months of living here. I gave 1 star because it is a one-stop shop. However, the employees don't know how to work the register. They worry about the people on the phone instead of customers in the store. This location is near my house and I often go there. They're nice but it doesn't seem like the cleanest. And during this COVID pandemic it doesn't seem like they enforce the guidelines to keep people safe. I have shopped at this store for 21 years, never in my life have I seen the "Owner" who was ringing up a customer so rude to the man in front of me! The customer brought up a package that was ripped in the corner a bit and the store clerk/manager says "oh you don't want this one do you"? "It's open". While the customer goes back to get another package of the pastries the manager picks up the package and rips it completely open. When the gentleman returns bipolar dude pyscho's out on his ass and starts yelling at him "What are you going to do about this one you ripped open"? The man doesn't know what to think. He didn't care to begin with that there was a small tear on the package to begin with. The pastries where individually wrapped inside the torn package. I said "What are you talking about"? I've been going to this 7-Eleven a lot lately because it's close to my work. One time my points didn't work because the lag of the machine and they let me have my iced coffee anyway. Eventually it came through. They also gave me and a client free Slurpee coupons because we asked the price. They don't really enforce the masks if someone walks in without one but they do have signs posted and the cashiers wear one along with plastic screens and it is clean. read more

Then followed us throughout the whole place and looked like he was going to attack us. I'll buy gasoline here from time to time. The store is quite clean and well stocked. The customer service could be improved though.

This gas station is convenient for us since it is not far from my mom's house. The gas prices are not the lowest we have seen, but they are definitely not the most expensive. There are several pump stations, so we never really have to wait. The pay-at-the-pump system is convenient and easy to use. When we have gone into the store, they have a nice selection for a little shop. read more

Ok I won 75 dollars of scratchers, so I went to go turn it in for some more scratchers. I ordered 2x20 dollars and 4x10 dollars one so I paid extra 5 dollars to make up for the difference. I also decide to get some powerball during the transaction, I leave the store without the scratchers. I realize when I get home so I go ack to 7 11 ASAP and tell the employee that I don't think he gave me my scratchers. Then the guy tells me he gave it to me and saw me walk out with it. So I ask him to check the camera, then the guy tells me to come back next day.... So I do. On my way to work I stop to talk to the manager so I ask the employee if the manager is available, and told the cash register guy what happend, then he hands me bunch of stapled scratchers so I automatically think oh it's all good.....when I get to work all the scratchers has been scratched by someone and also said " chinese guys" I was very offended and was mad .
