We stopped in this morning for two Breve Lattes and believe these may be some of the best we've ever had! This place is new & clean and the service was great too! With clean restrooms, great coffee and being open until 6:00 pm - we'll be back later this afternoon! Wow!

Their egg bites with grits, sausage, and poblano peppers ended up being my favorite part of the visit: flavorful, hearty, and perfect for a quick breakfast. The shop is open seven days a week and opens early, which is super convenient for travelers passing through or locals who need a morning stop before work. It's right off Highway 35 and Main Street, easy to pull into whether you're coming from Salado or nearby Belton. They also offer a drive-thru, which is an added bonus. For anyone traveling with pets, there's outdoor seating that makes it a great stop with dogs. The decor inside and out is modern farmhouse chic: clean, stylish, and welcoming. Service was a bit mixed during my visit. One employee seemed like she didn't really want to be there, which made the interaction feel a little off, but another was extremely friendly and helpful, so it balanced out. Overall, a convenient and charming stop with good drinks, tasty food, and a great location. I'd definitely return, especially for the chai and those egg bites!

This place's latte art caught my attention because that is definitely one of the crafts that distinguishes a coffee place, blurring the line between second and third-wave, in my opinion. I decided to give this place a try as it was more promising than anything I could find in the area. They had a good selection of drinks and standard drinks that you would find in any other coffee shop. I was also surprised to see that they also offered pourover options and had very good equipment, similar to the stuff I have at home in order to make it. This really piqued my interest. Unfortunately, the beans they had to make the pourovers or 4 to 6 months old, so I decided not to go with a pourover. Instead, I got a latte, which they actually did a beautiful job in terms of the latte art which told me that they knew how to properly get milk up to the right temperature and know how to layer the drink properly which gave me some hope. The latte was actually pretty good and I would actually come back for it. The people provided good service and were nice and patient . The ambiance was very basic and empty, with a lukewarm cafeteria-like design which made it feel like a first wave and was not pleasant. Other than that, I would called this a pretty solid hole in the wall that is worth checking out. 3.5/5

This renovated historic house gives the entire space a cozy, peaceful atmosphere. There are couches, comfortable seating, and quiet corners perfect for studying. You can catch up with friends, or simply slow down for a bit. Outside there is a playground and picnic tables for family time. I love this! The restrooms are clean. That's always a plus in my book! One for boys and one for girls! What really caught my attention was the prayer wall. It adds such a thoughtful and uplifting touch to the environment and makes the space feel genuinely community-centered. You can tell this isn't just a business. It's a place where people come to connect, reflect, and encourage one another. The Christian atmosphere is subtle but meaningful, and it contributes to the calm and welcoming vibe throughout the coffee house. And of course, the coffee was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and carefully made. The pastries were good too. The cruffins and baked goods deserve every compliment. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you're anywhere near Temple, Texas, and looking for a coffee shop. This should be your one stop. Absolutely, worth the stop. May 2026
