Stopped in today for a little treat. I thoroughly enjoyed a small cinnamon roll. I had one stop after before heading home so when I finished my errand, I simply popped it into the microwave for 15 seconds and enjoyed a warm, yeasty, perfectly sweet (not overly sweet) roll. Love this place! The Breakfast Pockets are a MUST especially the Big Bohemian. There are many flavors/combinations. I recommend going early because they frequently run out. The inside is very plain, simple, clean, nondescript. Staff is always happy, helpful, and friendly. Sometimes they don't open the storefront so you have to go through the drive thru. Located behind the car wash. No doughnuts. Danishes and sweet rolls are ok, not my favorite. Unsure if they serve coffee...if they do it's not obvious. read more

We went in search of an excellent cinnamon roll. We got one large and two minis. I think the minis were better, the large one was kinda dry. Neither of them had enough of the cinnamon sugar filling in the layers. The sausage kolaches were excellent! The staff, all smiles. read more

My wife and I just moved to Belton and we are super excited to have this bakery down the street. We love kolaches and The Little Bohemian Bakery makes GOOD ones! We ordered two sausage and cheese and two sausage, jalapeños and cheese. The service was very fast and super friendly! You can immediately tell this is a good bakery when you bite into the bread. It's so light and fluffy, but chewy and sweet, too. The sausage is zesty and the meat to cheese and bread ratio is good. I ate one and felt full but not weighed down. It's juicy and cheesy but not greasy and heavy. In short, it's a GREAT kolache and we'll be coming back on the regular. Some tips: this bakery is currently a drive-thru only business, and it's open 6am - 12pm (I came too late on a previous attempt). Additionally, the drive-thru has a sidewalk you need to drive on to get close enough to the window. read more

Stopped here late morning on a whim due to an unexpected detour of activities to my usual morning and had some time to kill and was in search of a snack. Oh. My. Word. So glad I did!!! The staff was friendly and told me what they had available, the meat pockets were sold out (they must be good!) so I got a variety grab bag of fruit kolaches. Reasonably priced and oh Sooo tasty. The sweet bread was fluffy and delicious the fruit center was sweet but not overpowering of the sweet bread. It was so delicious! I can't wait to come back and try the huge cinnamon rolls!! read more

I got married on December 10 and had my wedding cake done here. I had over 300 cupcakes with roses on top, and a beautiful top cake for a steal of a price. The cake was moist and the frosting was thick. They were prompt, considerate, and helpful. I would highly recommend this bakery for any events you have! read more

Best kolaches around. I normally go for the breakfast and meat ones. If you get there early enough, try one of the meat and cheese or sausage varieties. If you're late, try whatever they've got left, the egg and potato is excellent. The fruit variety are delicious as well. Everything I've had has been top notch ingredients and with your first bite you'll figure out why they are gone so quick. Get there early because they sell out fast. read more

Its a small place (as the name suggests), but quality food. We ordered egg/bacon/cheddar pocket, cherry cream kolaches and a small cinnamon roll. No disappointment for any of these three orders....all were good. I loved the pocket and cherry cream kolaches a lot. The pocket was warm and heavily stuffed with bacon egg n cheddar. This place is going to be tough on my diet. I was amazed at the choice of a location in a small business plaza anchored by a busy 24 hour gym. As it turns out, the mix is ideal. Little Bohemian Bakery starts baking way before dawn and the smells of sweet baked kolaches, rolls and breads beckon anyone downwind and serve as a glorious reward for a vigorous workout. This area is not one that will support wannabe Bohemian pastries and the bakers here are apparently well aware of the need for authenticity. Get there early for a bacon cheddar breakfast roll because a sellout is pretty well assured. Other breakfast roll choices are ham/cheese and sausage/cheese. All are sure to please. The kolaches, cinnamon and cream cheese rolls will have your mouth watering while making your selections. The proprietor is very talented in her art and is diligent in making certain the product lives up to the name. Belton has needed a bakery like this for a long time. My stomach is noisily regretting that today is Sunday and that the Little Bohemian is closed for the day! read more

Well, if that's true, I'm a cripple and this place is my weakness. The girl that toke are order was rude. We got meat pies and I could make better meat pies then this. No flavors very basic. We got Potato/bacon/egg/cheese and bacon/egg/cheese. When we got home we had to add flavor to it. read more

Everything is wonderful from the meat pies to the traditional fruit colaches but the coconut cream cinnamon roll is the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. They are super friendly and everything is so fresh and the prices for the quality are outstanding. read more

The new baker has not taken ideas FROM Green's...she brought new ideas and recipes to Green's and now has taken her talents to a different bakery. Green's has been around longer, but is not the authority on all baked goods. It's the baker that creates...not the bakery. Green's got a lot of credit for this woman's creative recipes! Amazing bakery. I recommend it to anyone who ever comes through Belton. I just wish it was open longer into the day! Sometimes it's even closed early if they sell out, so be aware of that if you're headed over there after 12:30. Their cinnamon rolls are amazing. They have different types too like coconut, apple, and I think other flavors too. I haven't had their pastry kolaches but I love their pockets and the sausage kolaches. This is one of the biggest things I'll miss about Texas after my husband and I PCS. read more

The cookies sold out before I got there at 10:30 this morning, but I'm willing to bet that they are just as delectable. The cinnamon rolls are huge and come in about six different kinds, including raisin pecan and coconut. Drool... The cherry creme cake is irresistible. So glad I found this bakery. We recently stopped by to try their kolaches & to be honest we were not impressed. They have the potential to be great but the ones we received were cold. Sure the pictures on here look amazing but when I can't even get probably the simplest thing on their menu hot it makes me wonder why would I ever go back to try something else. You can tell they are using quality ingredients but don't serve cold food to customers. Had we been inside we would've said something but we decided to use their drive-thru & be on our way to run errands. Best coconut cream cheese kolache in Central Texas! Worth the road trip of 40 miles. They look like a giant cinnamon roll and melt in your mouth. Better than those sold at the Chec Stop in West, Texas. Arrive early for the best selection because when they sell out they close for the day. read more
