I've had issues with a couple of orders and they've always been quick to fix them with no pushback or problems. I'm a big cold brew drinker, and Woods BY FAR blows out nearly every other cafe in the area's cold brew in terms of taste and smoothness. The seasonal menus are also fun and add some nice flavors if you don't mind some extra sugar in your drink. I'm not a huge fan of the food here but that's just me, I know some family and friends that love the items available. I've spent many hours working out of this Woods from my laptop and find the environment great. A couple of times I've had issues with other customers who obviously don't use deodorant, but that's not the stores problem. The WiFi is decently fast and very usable for the work I do. The bathroom is usually spotless too which is rare for a public place. Overall I highly recommend Woods Coffee and will keep coming back for the foreseeable future. Five stars for real!
