As medication fulfillment goes, the ratings are in, and it is an unfortunate 1 Star. The Pharmacy Department is so severely short staffed that prescription fulfillment can take multiple days to be processed. This pharmacy's turn around time is not a same day or 48 hour process. They are more along the lines of 5, 7 or even 10 or more days for fulfillment. That is a huge problem. The two positives I've found in the pharmacy department are for one, the staff are really nice. You can see them working really hard while you wait on a long line of customers to be helped. Smh. And the other thing they have going for them is their text/phone/voicemail medication notification system. It works fairly well once your severely delayed meds are ready. But if you cannot get your meds timely these positives are overshadowed. Sorry Walgreens Pharmacy, we've opted out and have found a Mom and Pop location that has a same day turnaround, as it should be. One more thing. I do wish you good luck in figuring out this ongoing, years long problem that you're having, in order to finally assist our community properly.

For example, if your total is $4.97 and you give them $5, they'll close their register and hand you your bag. When you ask for your 3 cents, they'll say, "ohh it's just pennies!"
