We don't need another coffee shop, right? Well, actually... this one brings some much-needed cool to the neighborhood. The older, quieter stretch of Magnolia in Burbank is slowly getting hipper and The Palm Coffee Shop is definitely helping. While it's not necessarily my personal aesthetic, I appreciate their cutesy, Instagram-friendly, boho-inspired vibe. Between the frilly peach umbrellas outside and the neon magenta sign inside, you can feel the cool. But more importantly, the coffee delivers. We tried their signature Cinnamon Toast Crunch and an iced vanilla latte. Both were excellent, but there's a reason the Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a crowd-pleaser. Delicious. I could've had two. Went here this morning for the first time. I see why it's a popular place in Burbank. They have a cool vibe both inside and out. Also seating inside and out. Their Baristas are chill, knowledgeable, and open to suggestions. Love that their matcha is unsweetened. It was delicious. Almond, oat, and macadamia milk options for $1extra. En route leaving the Burbank airport, I was in need of coffee (nothing new!). Found The Palm Coffee Bar and it's super cute. I visited around 8AM, the two lovely baristas greeted me and so friendly. I asked what their favorite was and they mentioned they were trying out a new menu item and asked me to try it before going live. OMG, it was good! Think pumpkin , fall weather and cozy... in a latte. The cafe is beautiful, vibrant and quaint. Even has vendors to purchase from and lots of seating. Can't wait to visit again!! The palm coffee shop is located in the heart of Burbank. This is such a chic coffee shop; pink aesthetics, decorated nicely and even a disco ball hanging--make it so cozy to come and chill out here. They sell other cute and unique merch inside. There is plenty of street parking and in between there are a few parking spots. I believe up to two hours that you can park for free. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the staff and felt welcomed. Since it was my first time visiting, I asked what was the most popular iced coffee. He highly recommended "The Cinnamon Toast Crunch" Espresso + Oat Milk + Caramel + Cinnamon. Serve on a 16 ounce cup, the iced coffee drink was delicious. I fell in love instantly mine was served with two shots of espresso! That hit the spot. 5/5 I also treated myself to one of their pastries-I got a coconut donut. It's a very cute spot! Coffee is made well and there's a lot of personality here. You can tell from the moment you walk in to the back of the cafe that the owner put in a lot of thought and care in creating this environment. My only feedback here is that the shop looks little beat up through years of wear and tear. There are visible tears on furniture and dust on decorations. I guess it could add to the homey vibe. It would also be nice if they cleaned the seating areas more regularly. We went when it was moderately busy, but there were clear spills of a sweet drink that had been sitting for a while and crumbs. Baristas were well-trained and they provided a great experience. Overall, this place has all the basics you're looking for in a cafe. Was in Burbank visiting some clients & decided it was time for my second coffee of the day. I did a quick yelp search and the very aesthetically pleasing (and highly rated) Palm Coffee Bar called out to me. Oh my merch! They have a lot of bits and bobs for you to peruse. Such cute little coffee themed items that would possibly brighten the gloomiest of days. I ended up grabbing a "you can sip with us" crop & I'm excited to wear it. Service was quick and friendly. The barista took the time to engage with me a bit & genuinely seemed to care about my experience. I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch which is flavorful and not too sweet which is a plus in my book. I love The Palm! It's like a little oasis in a concrete jungle! Such a cute aesthetic. Great branding. The inside is super cute. Not a ton of seating, but I usually grab my drink to go anyway. All the stuff they have for sale is so perfect. I know I will break down and buy something at some point haha. I usually get a matcha when I'm there. It's good. You can ask for light ice. They did a strawberry matcha last time for spring. Not too sweet, which was nice. Employees are always friendly. And I love that they take InKind! If you're ever in the Burbank area- you need to stop by this local shop. My first time here was when I desperately needed coffee and Yelp showed this as an option. I'm so glad it did because this is the most welcoming and adorable coffee shop. Anytime we're remotely in the area, we will come here for a reliably good cup of coffee. The baristas are knowledgeable and passionate- clearly happy to work here. I noticed they had a birthday cake (or cupcake?) flavored syrup and asked a discussed it with the barista for a bit, which was nice and welcomed. I felt like a customer, aka a real person, not just another sale. They even have a few little Knick knacks available for purchase which are adorable to peruse while waiting for your drink. It's deep and narrow, and while the decor is quite lovely, you would have to be okay with the red lighting from the instagrammable LED sign. MATCHA PISTACHIO CROISSANT - $8 A flaky croissant topped with a blend of pistachios, matcha powder, and white chocolate. I got suckered into the matcha and pistachio part and regret not getting the Nutella one since it was filled with it. This however, has no filling. It was just okay, but huge. I also got the everything croissant, I enjoyed it but wish it was warm so the cheese inside could've been melted, but nonetheless still delicious. This place couldn't be cuter. It's truly a neighborhood staple. I spent a morning here working while my partner had an appointment nearby, and every single person who entered was greeted like family. The staff knew their names, asked about things going on in their lives, and knew their orders. It's hard to find that kind of community at a coffee shop in the LA area, and this place does it very well. It felt extremely welcoming. Then I ordred an iced matcha because they said they take their matcha seriously, it's ceremonial grade and this is also a popular drink item on the menu. This is a super cute coffee shop located on a Main Street in Burbank. The area is walkable and has a lot of street parking available. The interior fits the palm and pink theme. I was quite surprised, it was so good - perfect sweetness for me (not too sweet). The shop was so cute, have some seating inside and outside. They also sell some pastries -- which when I got there, they only had some croissants left. I loved this spot. After a quick yelp search, I was instantly drawn in by their aesthetic and charm. My daughter and I played around with the photo-machine in the back while our drinks were being made, which was a sweet little experience (the photos were free, too). I was really excited to try this place as I always drive by and it looked so cute! When I walked in, the counter to order is immediately on the left and it's a little cramped to be honest. The hallways is very narrow but I didn't go all the way in so I'm not sure how much seating they have inside. They do have plenty of seating outside! However, the customer service was lovely and the place has an overall cute vibe! I love how they have a little community art wall where people can add doodles, and they have a cute gift section that supports small artists. I got the Lucky Charm and a raspberry pistachio croissant. Both were really delicious! They also have a section that has prepared food like chia seed puddings and other grab and go items. Everything looked really yummy so I'll have to stop by and pick one of those up sometime.
