Vanilla Chai Latte

I stopped in this quaint little cafe on a whim and loved it. The space is so calming as soon as you walk in and the staff were attentive and friendly. I ordered a hot chai which was delicious and made quickly. I'll definitely be back

A cute local coffee shop. Ample street parking and a lot nearby. It's a small spot with outdoor seating. The staff was super helpful and friendly. For one person it's run efficiently. The coffee here was solid. They serve stumptown which is nice. I got a cold brew which was smooth and refreshing. Always love to support local businesses and this place is worth it.

Stopped in here the other day for coffee, it was pretty slow. I got the Horchata latte with oat milk and I liked it a lot. It was sweet and creamy. I also got a chocolate chip cookie and it was interesting. It was had small bits of what seemed to be rice crispies inside. Nonetheless, pretty good. There's not really anywhere to sit and work, as they only have a small bench and small tables which would only be able to hold a drink and food item.

The staff were very nice to being with. It's a cute small shop with outdoor seating. I had a vanilla latte and it was delicious and I want to go back asap because of how good it was! Love a local coffee shop to support.

I've had this place saved under my bookmarks for quite some time. I'm so happy I finally got tot try it. It did not disappoint. I got an iced americano with almond milk and a dash of cinnamon and it's all its simplicity it was perfection. The coffee was smooth no bitterness. The service was great and my drink was ready in no time. I truly can't wait to come back.

First time trying Elephant Coffee and it couldn't have been a better impression. Their friendliness and delicious coffee convinced me to return one day. It is easy to find parking and there is plenty of seating. My husband had the cortado and said it was tasty. Their horchata latte was not too strong and tasty as well.

I wasn't so sure what to order so I asked the staff for the best seller drink. I got Raspberry White Chocolate Latte and it was amazing. The coffee was very smooth that leaves a slight hint of Raspberry at the end of evevery sip. The cafe is so cute and very cozy. I'll definitely come back to try their other drinks.

This was always a go to spot for me and my partner. There's a small parking lot and even if that's full, there's usually easy street parking. They have a nice outdoor patio with umbrellas for shade. It's nice to just sit outside and enjoy some air. There's some seating inside but it's mostly benches and it's minimal. Service is hit or miss. They definitely have their regulars and can be approachable but half of the time I can feel rushed, which is unfortunate but not a big deal breaker for me. They have a QR code for their whole menu so I suggest looking through that before you get to the front of the line. My go to is an iced latte. Lately it has been inconsistent and my latte tastes subtle. Maybe they have new baristas but I think I'll go with a different drink next time. They also have some pastries for sale. Overall, there are things to improve but I wouldn't eliminate them from your list if you're passing by, at least once. Many people stop by with dogs (and sometimes cats) so that's also a plus.

Nice little coffee shop. They have a QR code for the menu. Some baked goodies, lots of croissants. I ordered the Mushroom latte, the Chiagaccino, 5/5. It was delicious, well made.

Whomever the kind soul was that made my honey latte and rose latte on 8/16/25, you put your whole a$$ into that. No notes.

Very cute coffee shop with delicious coffee! The interior decor was so clean and I loved the Elephant logo. I had the 12 oz Honey Latte (which has double shot of espresso) and got it with coconut milk. I'm always thankful for when coffee shops have alternative milk that includes coconut milk; Elephant Coffee also has oat and almond milk. The coffee was very smooth and strong, and the honey flavor was very light. They also had many other yummy options (Mexican chocolate, London Fog, Dirty Chai) that I wish I tried too. My friends got a croissant and said it was tasty. Service was also great and there is a lot of outdoor seating with shade. Great find!

Is there filling in the almond croissant (like almond paste)?

Is the almond milk sweetened?

Hi Rachel! The almond milk contains the natural sugars from the nut, so it’s not fully unsweetened. Not added artificial sweeteners though. We do carry unsweetened coconut milk. Thanks!

Is there WiFi outside on the patio?

I'm sure the signal will be strong enough

Do they have Wi-Fi?

Yes! They have WiFi. It's password protected. Ask for Network name and password at the counter.

They also have local baked pastries from a bakery in Glassel park. This cafe also carries cute little gifts, as well as a cold case filled with snacks and tea. Lottie and I chose a palm coffee favorite, the coffee cake donut and the ham and cheese croissant. For our drink, we had ti try their best seller, which actually put them on the map as a must try-spot for coffee in their cinnamon toast crunch iced latte. Then I ordred an iced matcha because they said they take their matcha seriously, it's ceremonial grade and this is also a popular drink item on the menu. The staff at the Palm coffee bar were so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They really helped us pick the right drink and snacks for us. All the workers have been really nice and one even gave me free food one time when he saw I was headed to my retail shift. So sweet! Service is decently fast. My friend and I went on our lunch break this past week and they were quick with the drinks (it was also midday on like Tuesday so it was kind of slow). Parking can be difficult depending on the time, but there's a few parking structures nearby. I want to give this place 5 stars but my drink is so inconsistently made. The first time I went to this location a few weeks ago, I got one of the best coffees I've had in the city! 10/10 no notes. But my last two visits it was watered down and so milky. This past week I went and there was no coffee taste and it looked even lighter than chocolate milk. So disappointing bc my drink comes out to $10 ($9 + $1 tip). And I went on my limited lunch break thinking I was getting a sure thing, but I tossed it after trying to drink at least half (mission: failed). Everyone seems to love their Vietnamese coffee and I tried my friend's and that had at least a strong coffee flavor. So maybe that's the way to go for anyone thinking of coming here. Bummed that it can't be my go-to for my usual order.

It's the hot coffee you brew plus ice. Last I checked, that was the most common coffee order in the US. Ended up with a cold brew, which is not the same thing as iced coffee (and again... a "world famous coffee house" should know this). Cold brew has a different flavor profile and more caffeine. Either the employee is really uninformed about the most basic things about coffee or this business refuses to pour their normal medium/dark/flavored roast coffee over ice because they charge twice as much for cold brew... neither of which is acceptable. If you want to wait in a 30-minute line with kids running into you and the decor completely unattended, and overpay for a drink that wasn't what you ordered... this is the place for you. Otherwise, any of the other local Burbank coffee shops are better. Literally, pick any of the other places and you will have a better experience.

I was very embarrassed to go up to the counter and ask for a redo, but did it anyways. They redid it without a hassle and I was very thankful. Me and my friend sat down, and I tried my friend's drink and commented that it wasn't sweet. Which is what she ordered, I didn't say it loud or nasty or anything that would excuse the following. The owner then yelled very loudly (I'm not exaggerating either) from the counter and asked very rudely if I didn't like my drink again, thinking that my friend's drink was mine. The entire coffee shop went silent, and it was very, very awkward. I was humiliated, especially since I was already embarrassed to ask for a redo. I stated that it was my friend's drink, which my friend responded and said that it was fine. She didn't say anything back other than a clipped "okay." I've been in the food service for a long time and have been a manager a few times as well. If I ever suspected that someone did not like what they had received I would come over privately and ask them. I understand that we all have bad days but it was highly unprofessional and embarrassing. Who would want to sit for another hour after you practically got yelled at for not liking a messed up drink. I will keep returning since their drinks are lovely, (especially their strawberry matcha!). The atmosphere is very cozy, and I'm happy to be a regular. I'm just hoping that the owner reflects on how she handles these type of situations for the future.

Service: 10/10! The workers kept the line moving and were quick to take and start orders even while people were still in line to get to the register. The line moved quick and the workers were kind and efficient! It had a busier feel than other coffee shops I go to, there was just a higher sense of urgency in the drink prep and in the customer base. I kept on feeling like I was in the way just going from waiting to order, to paying, to waiting for my drink. I've never had so many people have so many reasons to brush past me in such a short period of time. It might not be a spot I continue to go to just based on that alone, but it is worth trying and might be YOUR complete new favorite. It has the charm of a classic coffee shop and has a very "Stars Hollow" feel, which is fun, especially so close to WB. I can see why people like this spot. It feels genuine and they do what they do well. My iced latte was okay- it had a very creamy texture. My boyfriend said his didn't taste like anything special. But we were happy to have tried some place new. Definitely check it out! In terms of dietary restrictions kind of food options- I only glanced because I wasn't getting anything, but they did have a gluten free muffin and a couple of pre-packaged vegan snacks, but I didn't otherwise see other vegan options (there was a spot for a vegan carrot cake, but they were sold out). So plan accordingly! Their pastries looked great! So if you're not dairy free/vegan, you'll find something
