This location has been very inconsistent, both in drink quality and customer service. I've had to throw away a couple of drinks in the past because they are not made the way it's requested. Some baristas are warm and welcoming, but others not so much. For example, last week in the drive-thru, I overheard two young ladies talking poorly about a coworker while he was making drinks. This Starbucks like many others around has forgotten what it means to take care of its customers. So far this year (2025) what we've noticed is that the employees do not care if walk-ins have to wait. And I'm not specifically taking about how long it takes to make your drink. I'm talking about taking the time to take your order. We are now simply placing the order via the app. I've recently read of how the new head of Starbucks (Formerly w/Chipotle) has slimmed down the menu and made restrooms for paying customers only. But something it wrong. Starbucks is no longer "the 3rd" place for people to come to. That attitude came with a smile and a "what can I get started for you". The concept of serving customers has died. In all fairness I don't think Starbucks is the only one at fault here. There are other things as well, but if they worked on this the others would be small or taken care of. Not all improvements are good. And those aimed at cutting costs will ultimately fail. Using the drive through 12/24/24 just before closing and my passenger had to use the restroom. The doors were not locked so she walked in. Ethan yelled at her 'we're CLOSED!'. She mentioned I was in the drive through ordering and Ethan yelled at her again, 'doesn't matter we're CLOSED!' We didn't get a cake pop ordered as well and when I called them out on it, the lady at the window said well it wasn't on there. I have had many problems since this starbucks has opened. They changed general managers and it seem to be better for the year for about a year. On April 9 2024 I was told the new light blue starbucks Stanley would be there in the morning. I got there at 3:30 am sat outside tell it opened. Which I go to this statbucks everyday they all know me there I waited a hour to get the cup. Before the store was open I saw the employee move the cup behind the counter. They opened I walked in there were only two cups available to buy. they are employees there in front of me in the morning when I got there so they got the 2 cups . So when I walked in, I said you have no more cups available they said no we only had two came to the store I said I was sitting outside and saw you move two cups behind the counter. They said we didn't do that. I said you don't have to lie to me about it and you could've let me know so I could've gone to a different store instead of sitting out here for an hour . The one employee got really rude with me and said Natalie you're gonna have a fit over a cup I took it now what!!! I said you could've let me know if it sitting out there and lying to me that OK I come here every day Furthermore, I bought Christmas present there this year . I said OK I'll be calling the manager. She said go ahead. We don't care so I called the manager told her what happened yesterday I went to get my coffee as I normally do and the general manager said I was kicked out of the store. So I get treated unfairly by an employee yelled at and get kicked out of the store. That's unbelievable. I've spent thousand dollars at Starbucks every day sence it opened. The general manager told me corporate kicked me out, but I called corporate yesterday and they said they have nothing showing me kicked out of the store. they also said there was a person in the drive-through that made a complaint that heard me swearing number one I've had laryngitis for three months and I was by the cooler and they were at the drive-through they could've never heard me and I never swore so I've had a lot of problems this is not fair at all. read more

Used to be a regular at this Starbucks location since they were pretty spot on making my drinks. I would order from this establishment usually 3-4 times a week however, today was extremely disappointing and won't probably order from Starbucks ever again. I ordered a Venti Iced matcha latte and little did I know that there was an insect in the drink. I didn't notice that it was there until I took off the lid to finish the rest of my drink however in the very end when I finished the drink. There was a cock roach that ended up in my mouth. I immediately spat out the rest off my drink that I had. I then contacted the store in regards towards this issue however it was later downplayed by an employee named, "Samantha." When I was on the phone with her she was confused as to what they should do about it and I suggested if I could get a refund and raise awareness whether their brown sugar syrup, oat milk or ice they had during the time must've been contaminated so that someone else wouldn't have to experience what I had to go through today. She then told me to personally come down to the store to get my refund and after writing my name down. I then went to the store to speak with a supervisor. (Can't remember her name but she has a tattoo on her right forearm.) When I told her about the incident and everything that Samantha told me previously, she immediately downplayed everything I said, felt like I was bothering her by walking up to her at first. She rudely said can I get a name while she was making a drink. I told her everything that I was previously told by Samantha. I tried showing her the photo but she completely ignored the photo and what I was saying about whether the products they're using is contaminated. Neither employees genuinely apologized for what I had to go through. The supervisor then offered if I wanted a remake of the drink. I declined immediately because who would want to drink another remake of the drink that genuinely traumatized you. For all I know it might happen again. read more

When I head from Palm Springs to LA. I sometimes stop in here to get my coffee to keep me awake and alert on my drive. That Pikes Pkace coffee really does the job. At times I get it hot , n and other times as ice coffee. Either way it really wakes me up for the drive. Occasionally I will try the coffee cake. The lemon cake is really good. But for a short time they are offering a pistachio sweet roll. I tried it and found it addicting. So good. read more

Updated from previously good experiences. Last time I went to this Starbucks I got an impossible breakfast sandwich and it didn't have any of the impossible meat. They literally charged me around $6 for a breakfast sandwich with cheese and egg. Starbucks refunded me. But still wasn't a good start to my day. Gave it another shot today... bad idea. We took all the ice out of our grande iced espresso and it left us with 1/3 of the cup with actual coffee. Did the same for my venti iced espresso and left me with 1/2 of the cup with actual coffee. They couldn't even get enough ice into the cup to make it look full and was about an inch below the brim of the cup when handed to me. Maybe they decided to make a venti and split it between the two drinks since they are the same? Not sure. But a waste of money. I really enjoy Starbucks. But if I want a $6 coffee I actually would like the true amount. read more

Today an employee by the name of Janet at this location turned me around! Talk about exceptional customer service when I wanted to add a pound of while been coffee to my drive thru window at the last minute.
