The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient--and, most importantly, they know how to make GOOD coffee! The Banana Pudding Iced Latte is outstanding. Seriously, if you haven't tried it, you're missing out. And I probably shouldn't tell you this because I want to keep them all to myself... but their muffins are absolutely delicious! Great coffee, great staff, and a menu that keeps me coming back. My only complaint? You need a location closer to Mount Holly/Belmont/Gastonia! Just hang a right upon entering the store, and you'll find it. If the barista isn't there, ring the metal bell on the counter, and they'll come take your order. The coffee is such high quality, and the craft lattes are flavorful and balanced. Each drink is prepared individually when you order, and the lattes take about 5 minutes to be ready. I think the quality justifies the slightly higher price tag. The Belgian Mocha is rich while not being cloyingly sweet. The Vanilla Spice is well balanced and comforting. You have your choice of milk for the lattes (including my typical preference, oat). I absolutely recommend swinging by whenever you're craving a cup of the good stuff.

They accidentally made an extra coffee so I was able to take the second one with me! The syrup options are endless and there are a ton of drink options if you can't quite make a decision. Inside you can write in the wall and leave a special touch! There is a good amount of seating inside and outside if you are needing to get work done! It is a house so you could pass it without knowing it's a coffee shop!

We did not add any syrups, which are additional cost on already pricey drinks. The chai is nice and spicy, which I love, but I wish I had added a syrup. The matcha just tasted like milk honestly. If you like a more milky, less grassy matcha this is the place for you. Additionally, this place is very popular so the wait is kind of long. There are 3 ways to order - your phone, a tablet, and at two different windows. It seemed like they were struggling to manage all of the different orders. Drinks were mixed up at the two windows, so they spent extra time trying to yell out the name or find the person. Next time, I would order ahead for pick up.
