Great little spot on South Blvd! They were super prepared and had someone taking orders while cars were waiting in line! The wait ended up being fairly efficient and the drink selections were a lot of fun. However, my hot latte was kind of watery and not very flavorful, while my daughters iced banana latte was good. Love Burr and Berry!!! It's a drive thru- no inside. If you go in the morning when it's busy, they have someone in the drive thru line taking orders and someone inside making orders. So if you go when there's a long like, know what you want ahead of time because you'll order before you see the menu. They have TONS of drink options including seasonal ones. Everything I've gotten is so good! I got a seasonal peppermint bark latte and it was not too sweet or peppermint-y at all- sooo good!! They don't have full meal options but there are muffins, scones, donuts etc. that are really good! One of my fave coffee spots! read more

Burr & Berry is a conveniently located drive-up/walk-up coffee place local to the Carolinas. My friend recently discovered it and recommended we venture out on a chill November morning to give their hot beverages a try. My almond milk latte was delicious. Perfect temperature, excellent flavor. My friend had an oat milk latte which she also enjoyed. The kids shared a chocolate milk (made to order with oat milk) and it was gone by the time we arrived back home. The grown up drinks were both topped with chocolate covered espresso beans; this in and of itself makes it worth the trip. Pricing is a little steep, and they unlike Starbucks who recently had a change of heart, do charge extra for plant-based milks (0.75 for almond, $1 for oat). This does cause me to feel discriminated against for requesting a healthy alternative to dairy. For our 3 drinks plus tip the price was $18.75; the cost limits the frequency with which I will indulge, but certainly not my enjoyment. read more

One of my favorite coffee spots in the South Charlotte area. Love the chocolate covered espresso bean on top of the coffee. Such a nice touch and unique! My go to is the Chubby Bunny or a cold brew. But you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu - and as a heads up they've got fresh donuts on Saturday's but get there early because they go FAST! Service is always top notch and the girls are super sweet/always in a positive mood and a big smile on their face. read more

Yes, drive-through only with a couple of outside tables. No inside seating. Hot and cold coffees, smoothies and coolers, they even have Italian sodas plus a decent looking selection of bakery items. I wouldn't drink a cortado in a moving vehicle but my small cold brew (light ice) was excellent. No bitter taste, just coffee with a little bit of cream. We love this place and truly love the quality and size of the hand crafted beverages and coffee drinks that they serve. Service is always with a smile and the "Gals" manning the both are all very sassy, cute and friendly. A "Chill Vibe" flows as you pull up to pick up your order. They often - I think primarily on the weekends - have someone in the parking lot taking your order on an iPad to keep the flow moving; But - you really never have to wait to long. This is such a great alternative than going to Starbucks. There's usually a line here on the weekends, so I decided to give it a try. The baristas are nice, and my drink came out fast. I ordered the chubby bunny (cold brew w/ toasted marshmallow, cream, white, chocolate, & caramel drizzle), but I didn't like the taste of it. I have found my new favorite coffee shop! I just moved to the Loso area and my friend introduced me to Burr and Berry Coffee. It's a little drive through and walk up shop off of South Boulevard. The staff is incredibly friendly and cheerful. The coffee is strong and has great depth of flavor and lastly, they are quick! There is something for everyone. Exactly what CLT needs...more local drive through coffee shops. If you are over all the chain coffee shops (like I was) then this is the place for you!!! The drive through is slightly awkward your 1st time (it's small) but not awkward enough to not come back. Their menu is pretty extensive for a drive through, creative and personable. I had one of their "signature drinks"- Carolina Blonde latte with oat milk (white chocolate & caramel drizzle). I LOVED that it wasn't overly sweet- the perfect amount of flavor. The service here was fabulous! After chatting with the barista for a min I learned a few things: 1. This is the second location 2. Owners are from the West Coast (Seattle to be exact) 3. Coffee is from Seattle! So good. Good company culture is hard to find these days and this place seemed to have it. I loved that the barista wanted to share with me history of Burry & Berry! I also loved that the baristas put a chocolate covered coffee bean on the lid of my latte... It's the little things in life that add up to the bigger picture right?! I'll be back. A cute drive through coffee shop on South Blvd! I came here on a Saturday morning and there was a pretty long line. The good thing is that the staff takes your order as you're waiting and then you pick up your drink once you reach the window. It still took about 15 minutes for me to get through the line. I got an iced caramel latte which was good. A little sweeter than I would've liked so next time I will ask for less sugar/cream. This is the cutest drive thru coffee shop. They have limited outdoor seating too. The barista is so helpful; I'm very indecisive and she helped me combine flavors to make a delicious latte. The coffee is super creamy and not overly sweet. The drive thru line can get super crowded on the weekends, so be prepared for a longer wait time on these days. Love that it's a drive thru (who doesn't appreciate convenience), but it also has consistently really good coffee! I haven't had a single thing I don't like and I am very picky about my coffee. There are several drive-through coffee spots in the West Coast that I loved while visiting out there, but never was able to find some thing comparable here in North Carolina! This place is my weakness. They always add a little coffee being on top of your coffee as well :) I like that they have a variety of sugar-free syrups and different type of milk substitute! My friend has been raving about this coffee place for months now, so I had to check it out! I ordered my usual, an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and it was fantastic! It had a bunch of flavor and was just what I was looking for in my coffee. They offer four different sizes and all are reasonably priced. Burr and Berry is strictly drive through which is honestly hard to find in Charlotte anymore. It makes me more likely to go get coffee when the weather isn't great outside. The staff was excellent.
