A most lovely coffee shop, with delicious coffees and unique and delicious pastries ! Being at the airport often to travel for work, seeing the Biscoff coffee made me smile! I'd love to gate keep this place but I also want to share the Yelp love. It's adorable, it has books, games, a pool table, lots of seating. They serve a large variety of matcha drinks, so many latte combinations, teas and very unique and great flavored pastries. Example pastries are Oreo cookie, lavender, chocolate chip,,, you just have to visit and check out the magic here at Thousand Hills. I love that I always see and get to pet cute dogs outside as it's nestled in the streets of a few apartment buildings and along the green grass stretch of Scaleybark. You might have to drive and circle around to locate it, like I did.... but it's worth the extra minute to locate it. It will become your favorite coffee and matcha shop, I am 100 % sure! I usually get drip coffee but today was SF vanilla iced topped w salted cold foam!
SUCH a cute spot - clean nice and new! I was obsessed with the matcha summer flavor, banana bread, and it was one of the best matchas I've had! Staff was super nice and helpful with questions since it was my first time. Also got their go to salted brown butter oat milk latte - I could get that every day for the rest of my life and be happy. SO GOOD
Good value, tasty drinks. Cozy space inside too. They had some fun selections for the seasonal menu.
One of the best lavender lattes I've had and they have homemade pop tarts (YUM!). Stopped by for coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find a pop tart with my name on it. Better than a real pop tart, but stayed to true to the brand with the frosting and sweet middle. This place is very dog friendly, and is hopping with energy.
The salted brown butter latte is incredible. The building is very spacious and modern. The baristas are friendly and quick.
This was a fun little spot to stumble on. I ordered a matcha iced latte with a shot of lavender and it was delicious. The staff is very nice. Overall I love this location and wish we had one in Charleston. (It would do fantastic!) I love how spacious it was and the natural light made for great ambiance. 10/10 recommend for a coffee or bring your laptop to work on your next project.
I like this place to do remote work when you can get a spot to sit. It's like a 20 something's hang out. Usually pretty loud/lively, so unless you have headphones, it's not ideal to work from for meetings and things like that. The staff are all cool and interact as though they are all friends that just hang out together in a work space.

Such a cool space with incredible coffee! I tried the iced black cardamom latte, and it was amazing--perfectly topped with a rich, creamy cold foam, fresh spices, and a cute dehydrated orange slice. Even though it was buzzing on a Saturday morning with a lively, active crowd, we had no trouble grabbing a table to sit and hang out. Parking wise, I lucked out with a street spot near Taco Boy, but it's super convenient since it's right by the Scaleybark station. Honestly, if I lived in the apartments directly connected to this place, I'd be completely broke. Absolute gem!
Came here on a whim with a friend, and WOW. She got an egg-and-cheese on an everything bagel (pictured), and I got a ham & Swiss with hot honey on a croissant (!!!)-not pictured because I inhaled it. The vibes were great, but the service? Even better. A sweet lady in front of us paid for our meal (bless her!), and when I mentioned to the cashier that I'd never had matcha, they made me the cutest little strawberry matcha sample. Still not a matcha girl, but the effort? 10/10. Ended up with my usual latte, which was perfection. Amazing food, even better people. Can't wait to come back!
Great coffee in a cool space! I absolutely loved my iced black cardamom latte - it came topped with a good amount of creamy cold foam, spices, and a dehydrated orange slice. Delightful! It was pretty busy here on a Saturday morning, but still easy to get a table and chat. Lots of people in workout clothes. I luckily found a parking spot on the street by Taco Boy, and it seemed like most folks live walking distance or take the train since the Scaleybark station is right there. If I lived in the apartment building this is attached to, my entire income would go here.
I was in the area waiting for an appointment I had. Since I had a few minutes to waste, I opted to stop by this spot. The coffee shop is located on the corner of what appears to be an apartment complex. There is limited street parking, and a garage. I parked in the garage. I was unclear if the coffee shop spoke validate parking so I hit the help button- that was basically a waste of time! The person told me to grab a ticket and take it to the coffee shop to see if they validate. If they don't I will have to pay! - just not helpful at all. I ended up calling the coffee shop and was told they validate for 1 hour. I guess they do not want you spending the day here working! When I walked in the door I was pleased with the decor. There were a few patrons in front of me, but I was at the front in no time. I ordered a matcha latte with non dairy milk and a blueberry muffin, that they warmed up. The matcha was perfect! I don't like sweetened matcha the muffin was also soft, and tasty. If in the area, I would check them out again.

10/10. Vanilla latte with salted coldfoam...!!! Im a coffee snob when it comes to specialty lattes... And this place did not disappoint! I cannot wait to go back and try more flavors. I will say that $8 is a bit steep... But it is what it is I guess. Service was fine. Nothing exceptional. read more

I really like this place! I ordered the Manu latte, which has vanilla and cinnamon, a really great combo. The coffee was high quality with good flavor and not overly sweet. I was able to find street parking pretty easily. Inside, there were a good amount of outlets, so it's a great spot to get some work done. read more

Sunday morning coffee. This was a nice and comfortable coffee shop for a few hours of laptop and simply getting out of the house for a bit. Barista made a perfect cortado in a short glass and I spent about two hours here writing Yelp reviews and enjoying some people watching. Inside and outside seating. Power outlets at the tables and there's even a pool table. Yes, they have some draft beers with about a dozen taps. I'd have gotten a stout with a shot of espresso (hair of the dog?) but North Carolina says no to alcohol Sunday mornings. [Review 21091 overall - 3513 in North Carolina - 54 of 2024.] read more

Definitely a work from home setting at this nicely sized coffee shop in south end . Situated under an apartment building it caters to everyone but mostly people working. Even in a Sunday when we went a crowd mostly on laptops. Maybe students too. Lots of seating, tables and couches. Nice decor and contemporary setting and nice chill music . The service was a little slow as only one person seemed to be on deck. Great coffee and tea menu and they have wine and beer and cocktails ! Sunday afternoon we thought we'd try their espresso martinis . It was made with all the right ingredients but tasted different and no foam!! Little odd. Tasted more Carmel like. Probably should have stuck to a coffee of some type. They all looked really good and I loved the smell of all the coffee in the air. They had some games and knitting and books for your entertainment on shelves too which was kinda cool. Enjoyed hanging out with my friend here. Just wouldn't suggest the cocktails! read more

I decided to check out this place while running a few errands needed a quick caffeine pick me up, I ordered a latte and a shot of espresso, The espresso by itself wasn't very good. However, the latte hit the spot. Definitely what I needed to finish the day. Thousand Hills coffee has quite a unique style and a great layout, lots of seating to work and study if needed or just to hang and enjoy your coffee. The service could've been a bit better. The two young men behind the bar wasn't very helpful when answering questions about the menu but overall the coffee shop was quite beautiful so it made up for it. read more
This is one of my favorite coffee shops in town for srudying and working. AREA This coffee shop is located in a nice residential building with a nice outdoor seating space and a lot of comfortable spaces inside. Very clean and nice ambiance. There is plenty of free street parking. MENU The menu has some good hot and cold options, plenty of pastries and a limited menu with a few salads and sandwiches. STAFF Staff is helpful and corteous. WHAT TO IMPROVE My team members made it today for a quick lunch get together, and there was only one barista running the entire shop and kitchen. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for our drinks and pastries. I'm sute they were having a bad day. Overall, you should check it out for a quick and quiet hang out. read more

The workers were so nice. The vanilla latte was so delicious. There's a lot of sitting and there are outlet plugs for your electronics. They also validate parking which is so nice if you're going to study or do work I recommend bringing your headphones as people do play on the pool table and it can get a little loud, but other than that, it was an amazing place. read more

Finally tried THCoffee in loso the other day. It's really close to my house and I'm always looking to try a new spot. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a lot of comfy seating to be able to work remotely from the cafe. It is attached to an apartment building so there is more traffic from the tenants of the building then in an average coffee shop. It was a good latte. Coffee is just so expensive these days and I can't seem to get used to It. I think I paid $7 for this one with the oat milk, sf vanilla and tipping the barista a $1. Wouldn't be somewhere I would go every day. read more
Went to this coffee shop near a friend's home and it is the absolute cutest. From the decorations, to the vibe, to the private bathrooms...definitely impressed. I was immediately greeted by the sweet barista and grabbed the last pop tart...winning! Every thing was delicious and I will be back in the future to vibe with my coffee and a computer. read more

This place was super cute! It's attached to an apartment building and has so much space to sit and relax! They have games to play, a pool table, food and drinks, and plenty of parking. The drinks we got were FANTASTIC! They have free wifi for you to work or be on your laptop! The food is a little pricey in my opinion but the atmosphere is cute and perfect for anyone in the LoSo area! read more
