    Menu of matcha

Very pretty coffee shop and I spotted the copper pot and cups I e seen before in turkey. So they do have specialty Middle East coffees . I needed to work and the few little work booths were taken but I sat strategically near so I could scope out when one opened up. My other coffee spot closed early so I bounced into Haraz a bit late. They do have a code inside for parking in the garage as it's doubtful you will find street parking in this busy area! It's pretty and spacious inside and all baristas very polite and efficient. I got a strawberry matcha which was about $10 with tip

Traveling and my wife say I a semi-demonic tone - C-O-F-F-E-E now. I bolted town the the closest place near my daughter's apt. I tried the iced w/ spice and or was a welcomed different twist. For her the standard hot mocha. Bingo for both. Best part is it's a huge space with lots of space and an open concept. Heat place to meet friends vs a crowded packed Suck-bucks.

So glad to have this location. The bakery case was full of sweet treats to pick from. It was a hard decision. During our visit we ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte, Dubai Chocolate Cronut and Raspberry Lemon Cronut. I want to try this other Dubai Chocolate pastry they have but it wasn't available. We enjoyed everything we ordered. I was impressed by the Dubai Chocolate Cronut. I was pressured by my niece to order this and I'm glad I did. The chocolate pieces on the top and bottom were delicious. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was sweetened to perfection. I want to try the other Matcha Lattes they have on the menu. The set up and decor inside are nice. Great place to meet friends or to work on a project. Service was great and fast. If you want matcha, do not come here. I tried the strawberry one and it tasted so weird. Like a sparkling soda type of taste and it's not good. The service is good. Ambiance, this location is big and nice. Great to work from. I got the pistachio kronut and it was decent. I like the filling on it but the bread part tasted not fresh, it was hard to break it into pieces. It was oily too. Will try something else next time.

Service was fast and easy. They take your order and they have a very nice selection of pastries, breads, and other yummy snacks. It definitely has a Turkish vibe which is very fun and traditional music. There's only indoor seating and it feels like a very good place to work business wise with your computer as they have free Wi-Fi. Parking is a little bit confusing, although there is a parking garage right next-door to the café.

I love their second location better only because the parking is much better. Staff is always knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful every visit. Very well decorated with ample lightening from the natural sunlight. So pretty. I can't say I have a go to since I've been trying everything on the menu . EVERYTHING IS GOOD. The only problem is, I can never remember what I ordered

Beautiful art on this latte at Haraz

Fancy coffees here, not just the usual latte and cappuccino but Turkish and Saudi concoctions when we stopped this morning. My wife LOVED her latte and said it was one of the best she's had in Charlotte. My only problem with this location of Haraz is the noise. There is very little stuff on the walls to baffle so the echoes were very distracting. If it's too much, sit outside. [Review 512 of 2025 - 4112 in North Carolina - 24073 overall]

Visiting Charlotte and as I was looking for a coffee spot I found Haraz. Yemeni coffee the birthplace of this delicious liquid. Parking in the garage is free for customers and there is parking spots on the street as well. This location is spacious with several sections, and a separate room. The service is friendly and knowledgeable when I asked about their menu. I ordered the Haraz Latte and a Biscoff Cheesecake. Both were great, and last minute I decided to buy a bag of their Haraz medium roast. Looking forward to enjoying a homemade cup when I'm home. I came back the same evening after dinner with some friend, I convinced them the had to try Haraz before heading back home the next day. We ordered the Saudi to try it, and a delicious cake, of which I can't remember the name. This is one of the few coffee places that stay open this late and don't close after 3ish.

I adore this coffee shop and the people in it! The people who work here are always so kind and patient, and they really care about how your coffee experience is here. Typically, I get the Harazi latte but today we decided to go with a matcha! Usually I order the coconut milk and matcha-- this time I tried the strawberry and it was very refreshing. The pastries are yummy I like the bread with cream cheese and honey drizzled over it-- the name is escaping me! Love this place and the culture it presents.

Hmm. This spot is okay. I came here to do some remote work. On one occasion, I got the overly priced hot matcha latte-- $10 with oat milk which is criminal in my opinion. Second time, I ordered the red tea (good, but grainy at the end). And the pistachio cronut-- super greasy and not that great. WiFi wasn't working the second time I came. I like the atmosphere, but I don't think I'd come back for the tea or pastries. Young lady at the register could be more pleasant with a smile on her face.

Came here for a coffee break with some friends. The customer service was phenomenal! I ordered a vanilla iced latte and I loved the cup that they serve it in if you have it there. There's plenty of seating if you want to hang out or get work done.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I've visited both this location and the Plaza location, and I've had a wonderful experience every single time. The coffee and pastries are absolutely delicious, and the beautiful décor creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and inviting, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I loooove Haraz! Each location is so well designed and have some of the best food options as a coffee shop in the city. The service is always SO GOOD! The staff recommends options that match your coffee preferences and are EXTREMELY helpful! Each location feels like an experience and the layout is so welcoming and chill. I love coming in and always seeing the decor and how clean it is. Not your typical coffee shop, it's truly an experience.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!…read more My family that resides in Clt started coming to this location because of the proximity to their house, but after this past visit on June 20th, none of us will ever be back again after the absolute awful service! And, as anyone knows, you can have amazing food, but if the people and service are terrible that can ruin any dining experience! We were sat in an almost empty restaurant just after 8pm; the waiter came to take our order and was very engaging initially. We were a party of 6, so we were going to order 4 diff apps prior to the mixed grill which is what we always get. We ordered the hummus, falafel (2 orders because only 6 come per order), baba ganoush, and beef sambousa. We were told they were "out" of the baba ganoush & sambousas cuz they would have to make them and it would take like an hr...this sounded odd cuz umm, don't you make all your food to order?? This immediately put both my stepmom (who is Moroccan) and myself off and we were actually going to leave, but we were introducing my brother's GF to this ethnic food style & him + my dad convinced us to stay, so we just added salad and lentil bean soups). We ordered drinks (the GF & I were the only ones that didn't order sodas; she ordered a pot of Karak tea for her + I to share & I ordered a sparkling water). After 10mins no drinks in sight we were like "ummm?" then at just over 15mins they brought us the apps but no drinks?!? The drinks came separately a few mins later...all except the tea. For $3 on the menu I expected a bottled sparkling water, instead I got flat water from the soda fountain. I told the waiter this and he said he'd try again and if it wasn't "sparkling" then what did I want to drink instead...I said just a filtered water w/lemon. We were missing an order of falafel (were told they only had the one order and would have to wait for the 2nd, so we just canceled it; again whyTF did they not have anything on the menu at 8pm on a Sat!?) and they only brought one basket of pita for the hummus; we asked for a 2nd basket. The lentil soup (my stepmom makes better at home) + salads were mid at best. 20mins later they bring the main course, but we still had not gotten the pot of tea we ordered nor did the guy ever come back w/my "sparkling" or plain water...we'd had enough of this horrible service & I went in search of someone (the place again was empty & I could not find our waiter or anyone anywhere). Finally I see this lady who had attitude (I have a sneaking suspicion she pretended not to understand english when convenient) when I asked WTAF was up w/my water & the tea! Again, another 10mins w/neither showing up at the table...we were also still waiting for the 2nd basket of pita, but it was moot as we'd already begun to eat the main dish...my stepmom went to the lady & spoke to her in arabic and was like "where is her water and where is her tea!?" the lady said she was sorry she didn't know we didn't get them (BS btw) that's when my stepmom asked to speak to the mgr. We also wanted to order Knfa for dessert, so my stepmom told the lady we were ordering 3 now since they were taking forever to get anything to us, and if they didn't bring them when we were done eating, we would not be paying for them. THAT part seemed to get through at least! Halfway (almost an hr at this point) through the meal they finally come w/my water and the pot of Karak tea. At this point we hadn't seen the male waiter who took our order initially; he shows up & is acting huffy (the audacity tbh!) & tries telling me he never said he'd bring a 2nd sparkling or reg water & when both me and my stepmom (cuz she was sitting next to me & heard the exchange called him out) he got all defensive & said "well I guess I misunderstood" so then we are like "why an hr for the tea?" "Wellll, that's how long it takes to make!" I called BS & told him if that was the case he should have told us that expectation when we initially ordered! He then goes "Well I had to go to storage to find it cuz we were out!" K, howTF is that OUR problem!? Just tell us that so we know what to expect!? No apology was made and we were not credited for the tea nor the $3 sparkling water which I never received. Also, received the Knfa (shockingly, right after the meal) but it was served w/o the pistachios it was supposed to come with. When asked for them, we were told they were "out"...because of course they were! Absolutely HORRIBLE staff and service here; the food was good tho, but when u have an experience like that it still leaves a bad taste!

Get Schnitz-faced!!…read more In Yafo Kitchen has become my go-to spot in Charlotte, largely because of one dish: the schnitzel. If you're a schnitzel fan, stop reading and order it. Two generous pieces arrive shatteringly crisp with a beautifully seasoned panko crust that's never greasy. The chicken stays tender and juicy, and the fresh lemon wedges bring everything to life. It's one of those dishes that keeps pulling me back. My favorite side is the shell macaroni and cheese. Rich, creamy, and unapologetically indulgent. Together, the schnitzel and mac and cheese are comfort food perfection. I also love the self-serve organic Tractor beverages, the open kitchen concept, and how consistently clean the restaurant feels. The team is friendly, the food comes out quickly, and you can watch everything being prepared right in front of you. Parking is easy thanks to the shared shopping center lot, the outdoor patio along East Boulevard is pleasant, and the portions are generous for the price. Clean restaurant. Friendly people. I had recently tried this drink at another Haraz location and loved it so much that I officially considered myself a matcha drinker. When I received my drink, I noticed it looked much pinker than it had at the other locations I'd visited. I assumed it had just been mixed and that the usual layers of matcha, strawberry, and whipped cloud had blended together, so I didn't think much of it. However, after taking my first sip in the car, it immediately tasted like strawberry milk. Since I was on my way to work, I kept drinking it, expecting the matcha flavor to come through, but it never did. It was disappointing because the drink was nothing like the one I've had several times at other Haraz locations. I hope this location places an emphasis on training and consistency so the drinks meet the same standard as the rest of the Haraz locations. On a positive note, the staff members were kind, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked in.
