The morning is decent. There is only one employee I would actual enjoy talking with. I forgot her name but she is usually there in the morning Hispanic lady. Her service and attitude is amazing. The old staff that worked there before the management change was the best. The new management is just horrible in my opinion. Their staff besides the lady I mentioned are just needing to be replaced asap. I don't know if they hired on their own family or people off the street. But HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I'm writing this review about this 7-Eleven because one of the employees ever since my first encounter with this lady I don't know her name I do know she must be a manager she's mid eastern I believe skinny wears her hair in long braid well she is the rudest person I know the way she has treated me is so unprofessional and gives 7-Eleven a bad reputation I hope she seesa this and I'm disabled I needed help with something my first encounter with her and she just was so effing mean the tone of voice and made me feel so stupid the way she talks down to her mannerisms totally sucks idk what her problem is idk how she could even have the position she has I'm not the only one who she's treated very fouly well that's it sorry I don't know her name but I hope she changes her ways and gets off her high horse read more

The lady was very pleasant but my review is focused on how clean the bathrooms are! I'm a girl-mom and appreciate it very much. Update: I got home realized the "pleasant" lady didn't give me the discount for our drinks. My daughter told her she had the app before being charged. Definitely one of the best 7-Elevens around in the ie! Open 24/7 great location conveniently next to the 60 freeway and offers many amenities including an amazon locker, restrooms, lottery and an atm. Generally a very clean and safe store with very friendly dedicated employees :) Really good deals and promos with my 7rewards app too! The food is always fresh here but my favorite snack is their 10/$2 mini tacos with pico de gallo or nacho cheese and $0.69 soda big gulps when you sign up for their rewards program which saves you money and is fast and easy to do! Soft rock playlists all day long and it always smells like coffee is brewing! Overall a really great stop to grab treats and essentials for everyone! read more

Everything is stocked and the food/drink area is very clean. They have candy that I haven't been able to find elsewhere and the iced coffee is pretty good, a little sweet, but good. I didn't buy food but I noticed the area with hot dogs and such was really clean, the condiments were organized and clean as well. The guys at the register are friendly and always say "thank you so much" after you make a purchase :P It's in a newly built shopping plaza with a subway, nail salon, dentist, and clothing store right off the 60 freeway so you shouldn't have a problem finding it. read more

12/25/2018 The cashier stated that the restrooms were, " out of order". She argued with me until we handed her an ADA card stating that they are required to provide a restroom. The restroom was in full working order. She provided they key with an attitude. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Merry Christmas. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Every time I go in here the girl at the counter has an attitude. She doesn't pay attention or even cares about what the customer has to say. I was 11 cents short on a purchase. I told her to give me my cash back and I will pay with my card. She kept the cash and told me to use my card. I told her give me my cash please I'm not using my ATM card for 11 cents. She told me again go ahead and I told her a second time no and to give me my cash back. She got an attitude and said fine don't worry about it. This is the third and final time I deal with her poor attitude at this store. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

This is the worst 7-eleven that I've ever been to. When you walk to the drink cooler, the girl up front walks back and stands there watching you like you're a criminal. The girl behind the counter is perpetually in a bad mood and seems exasperated every time that she has to help a customer. This location is convenient but not worth the hassle.
