If I could post zero Stars I would. I wheeled into this place to try and buy two jerky sticks for my service dog. I asked if I could get cash back and the person said yes. I forgot my wallet in the car so I said one second wheeled out to my drivers car hold on (I am bound to a wheelchair) and came in with my wallet. At this point the person refused me service. I was polite the whole way through I even apologized if I was inconveniencing him and again he kicked me out in front of several people which was really embarrassing. I will never come back here again. I'm handicapped and did nothing wrong to offend this person that I'm aware of. And if I had, he should have at least let me know when I asked him as I wheeled out the store to avoid any more embarrassment. read more

I have an odd fascination with 7-11. I don't know if it's my love of cherry slurpees or drinks the size of my head. Realistically I think it has something to do with their resemblance of the quik-e-mart. This location is clean and will do the trick while I am living over here far from my regular 7-11 location. I noticed the employees seemed to know and chat with the regulars so that is a good sign. Anyway. Nothing majorly great or bad about this place. Thank you come again!!! read more

I have to give this 7 eleven one star, never fully stocked and the cashier always has a couple of older guys hang in store. It seemed like the morning hang out for older gentlemen or the cashier's friends. This wasn't one time I seen it, several times, which isn't my business but when the cashier distracted by side conversations , it's rude and not cool. But my main concern is this store is never stocked!! Go in and it's empty, all they have is coffee. But I been stop going there. read more

The owner and his son have the worst attitudes, I've ever experienced in the category of customer service. I let it go a few times and just tried to ignore them, but it is a pattern with these guys over and over. I've even witnessed the employee yell at a small child for no reason. You can easily observe, since he's the owners son, he feels he can be rude to customers with no consequences. I am not sure if it is just this one , because a lot of them are not real 7 11s any more. They have been taken over by middle eastern.So they are more like mini markets. My grandkids play little league, and today was THIER last game. The coach gave them free slurpee certificates that I guess the corporation sent them. I thought how awesome. So we stopped at the 7 11 and they ran in to get their slurpees....... they both came out without slurpees. I said what was the matter....... my grandson said they had to pay for the cups.... 22 cents each........ seriously? I really do not mind paying it........ but I saw two other kids walk out and start walking home without them. I am disgusted. This large sstore chain...... cheap S.O.B.s. Very nice as 7-Elevens go. I agree the counter people are friendly, helpful and efficient. Parking can be a problem, but turn over is quick and you are soon parked and picking up what you need. I think this is a nicely stocked and kept clean. read more

This is the worst 7-Eleven. It's because of the owner. He is rude , prejudice, unprofessional, disrespectful & demeaning. The young kid I think his name is drew, he is rude too. He told me couldn't use my EBT cash for HOT food. What? I told him that is not true & he argued with me. I called the next day and spoke with the owner of the store & he told me that his employer was right! I tried explaining to the owner that I I can use cash for hot foods then he yelled at me and said No you can't and it's against the law!!! I was trying to help him out by giving him the correct information on how to use the EBT but he yelled and yelled at me and told me that all the other 7 elevens are breaking the law and going to get in trouble because they are allowing people to purchase hot food with EBT cash. Then he hung up on me. I called corporate office and made a complaint. Then corporate office called him and explained to him the EBT laws. So today I went in and used my Ebt card then I asked the young cashier for a bag and he asked me for 10cents. Then I asked him isn't the bag free if I use EBT he said NO not in EL Cajon! He told me No 7eleven stores in El Cajon gives free bags for Ebt customers. So I paid him 10cents and left because he would've only argued with me if I told him the bag should be free. I think this is discrimination and I will be calling corporate office again! read more
