This 7-Eleven was clean and well stocked. They didn't have lactose-free milk or fresh eggs, which I went seeking. But there were milks, hard-boiled eggs, egg-cheese muffin cups and plenty things I didn't actually have to have... I ran out of dry ginger too. There wasn't a spice aisle. Maybe just s&p shelved. So I opted for menthol cigarettes. Wut.. It's a mint. A shot of whiskey, a smoke of mint... And I am a Coronavirus survivor. Terrible service, this is my childhood 7 eleven, I drove from Arizona and wanted to stop by, it showed open online but when I walked to the door the employees had their AirPods on and wouldn't look, 5 mins after we got their attention they gave us a look and finally said they're closed! Customer service is very bad when it comes to making sense with prices. Employees need to have common sense and not say you want it or leave it. I came in for a coffee refill and I was charged $2.99 for a large coffee. When the regular price for a new coffee is $2.89. The attitude I received was uncalled for. She was rude and unprofessional good help is hard to find. I was calm and trying to explain but they didn't think it mattered. I can image when other issues arise how they acted. The manager can and said that's how things are here. Didn't even try to resolve the matter so it can make sense. Will never return to this place and won't recommend this place to anyone else. read more

Great service great products. Went in for a slurpee and used my rewards for my kids. With the weather hitting 105 it was the perfect remedy.

Went to 7-11 on Olive and Victory for free slurpees on July 11th w/ our kids around 10am only to be told they don't start giving slurpees till 11am till 7pm. Thought that was odd since they are not called 11-7, so we went to another 7-11 on 843 West Glenoaks Blvd and they welcomed us w/ a big friendly smile and pointed to where we could get the cups. We ended up getting slurpees and hotdogs and the kids where super happy! Just wanted to share the quality of service we received. Will not be going spending my money at the one on Olive and Victory. Would gladly go the extra mile for friendly service that wants our business! read more

A friend of mine who has a mild disability was in this store trying to purchase a snack item as he has done for the last 22 years at this 7-11. An employee yelled at him and told him he wasn't allowed to touch anything. My friend was picking up an item he wanted to but the the clerk told him he better not steal. My friend would never attempt to steal. He lives nearby and has gone to this store several times a week with never an incident. I believe this was a case of discrimination against a person with a disability, just because he looks a bit different. We will be looking further into this . read more

Recently came here for the free slurpee day, service was terrible. The store clerk was very rude and accused me of stealing something, although I was just picking up a protein bar to look at the nutrition. I clarified myself and he told me to just get my free slurpee and get out. This is the 7/11 I live nearby, and I am usually a repeat customer, but I am terribly disappointed by the disrespect that was given to me. read more

Usual 7-11 except smaller and not as nice as the one in La Canada. Parking right in front of the store. I was looking for a light bulb for a night light which they didn't have. Employee tried to help me look for one which I appreciated. read more

This a review of the day shift. This place is a trip. This would be an ordinary, boring, impersonal 7-11 if not for the guys who work here. As you enter, you are greeted with "welcome to heaven" As you leave, they say."see you tomorrow". I am not sure if they are being ironic, sarcastic, or just having fun. I'm assuming its all in fun, as they guys are always pleasant and helpful. Overall, this is a very good 7-11 store, as 7-11s go. read more

I hate to do this but I'm hoping the owner/ manager sees this. There is a young lady that works there in the evenings that is a real bitch. I ignored her the first time trying not to be petty, but now I see my unease was justified. She's not courteous, short with me, and gets an attitude when I ask for my receipt. Mind you the attitude is probably because she all but sprints away from the register as soon as the transaction is complete and I have to call her back. I had a feeling what it was about last time but had no way to prove it. Just today the guy in front of me had her literally searching for his brand of cigarettes, zero attitude. I ask for my receipt and its thrown at me. I'm an African American, want to guess what he was? I've met the couple that runs the place and they are delightful. Unfortunately me and ol girls schedules match up. I hope she treats the other black customers differently and she just doesn't like me. read more
