It's a really tiny store so there's probably only 2-3 tables for two people but there's more outdoor seating. A free parking space is shared with other businesses. I love a good frozen yogurt, but this one didn't hit the spot. The location was clean inside, but I wasn't too impressed with their flavors, and they don't offer any samples, so I wasn't even sure which ones I would like. They have a decent selection of toppings, including fruits, gummy candies, chocolates, sprinkles, and more. The pricing was a bit higher than what I've seen at other local places, and I probably wouldn't return for that reason alone. I can see why this place has a 3 star. I went on Saturday night around 9ish customer service was horrible. Nasty attitude by the cashier. I asked him how long for super tart(machine was not working) he said I don't know with roll eyes he like get the plain tart it's the same thing. Just the way he said it was incredible rude. This is my second time coming, this location is clean but I'm kinda bummed they don't offer samples anymore. The last time I came, I got 3 flavors (1 which I didn't like) and the same thing happened this time around- so you end up paying for something you don't want. Came here because typically these places have some vegan options (for my dairy allergy) in addition to classic stuff for my wife, so we'd both be happy. We come in and the atmosphere is great even though it's pretty small and cramped. It's the usual, where you get to pick your flavors of froyo and then top it with whatever you want. Bummed they didn't give sample cups to try any flavors. But more importantly, most of the flavors were out or not working right, including the only good vegan flavor they had, so I couldn't get anything. They were out of my wife's first choices too, so she had to settle for plain vanilla and spice it up with toppings. Not to mention half the machines were constantly beeping super loud, I'm assuming to alert the workers that they were empty or needed attention, but no one was attending to them. Not a great first impression. Maybe chalk it up to a bad night, but when you're visiting like us and won't be back, sometimes you only get one shot. Would recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Wow. Turns out I'm not the only one who had a problem at this Yogurtland. I was in the mood for some Pumpkin Spice, and was delighted to see it was in and working. Unfortunately, I handed the girl working the till a $20, and they didn't have enough change in the machine. I calmly explained she could hand me back the $20, put the change she'd already collected back in the till, and I could give her a $10 instead. She told me she couldn't count the money back. I said, "Seriously? You can't make change for a ten?" It was literally a matter of around 23 cents. Why is this person working a register, exactly? I mean, I know the American educational system is in tatters, but come on. She got pretty snippy about it too. I doubt I got the correct change back, but at that point, I didn't even care. Clean location with a large variety of flavors. Staff was very friendly. There is also a large lot to park in. Several tables to sit outside. I wish I could add the toppings myself because it's difficult explaining exact levels of each topping, but because they do it on their end the food bar stays looking really nice and fresh. A standard Yogurtland. Clean overall and good amou t of seating outside. I do have an issue with the self serve yogurt spot filling your toppings for you then charging you by weight. I understood during covid but now that that's behind us this spot still prefers to fill (overfill) toppings for you. Difficult to commute quantities of toppings and that's half the fun of these self serve yogurt spots for me where I'm paying by weight. I should be the one to choose the exact quantity. Especially when it's toppings for my kids where they want the unhealthy stuff. I allow them to have it but one or two gummies not as many as the server decides to grab with the tongs. read more

He then served us and I cannot have anything touch and he was sooooo patient.. even put toppings in little cups! He let me take my time and was so kind.. I echo the exact same concerns as Suzanne B in regards to the covering/sneeze guard being removed to the toppings. It is a huge safety issue and I am not comfortable bringing my granddaughter her any longer until it is replaced. I have written to corporate to express my concerns also. This completely ruined my Christmas Eve. Me and my family of adopted autistic children wanted something sweet. We search over the internet for open spots that sell sweets. We see yogurt land and wow my one kid whose days away from passing gets exited to eat ice cream at 10 before Christmas Day. We arrive here after a 27 minute drive to see that this location had False hours posted online. I am seriously concerned about the latest development of this (and all nearby) stores. Everybody got used to having a piece of glass covering the toppings, and having a worker SERVE you (which, btw, they HAVE to have a food handlers card to work here. Customers DON'T.) I saw a customer before me in line (I come here multiple times a week, and I've been coming here for YEARS.) grab the spoon for the strawberry, put their singular strawberry in their cup, TOUCH their froyo with the spoon, and then PUT the spoon BACK in the strawberries. Luckly a worker was there and took the spoon away immediately and replaced the strawberries. I dont understand how removing the sneeze guards is better. I remember when they had just installed the GOOD sneeze guards and everyone was HAPPY. I felt so much SAFER. Corporate removed the sneeze guards and now the line in SLOWER, because customers don't actually know how to scoop their toppings properly. Yogurtland DOESN'T CARE about the safety of the public. After covid19 happened, I cannot see the serve yourself places the same anymore. I DEMAND the good sneeze guards back. My granddaughter is allergic to ALL nuts and now I dont feel safe getting her froyo after mass every Sunday. I've been looking for other places to go after mass now. Top notch safety protocols in place! This Yogurtland is located in an outdoor shopping center on the Northeast corner of Victory and Buena Vista. It has a decent sized parking lot. The shoppe was clean and organized. My daughter and I visited on a Monday at 4:30pm. The store was empty. Both doors had safety protocols posted on them- Max # of people allowed in at one time, 6 ft social distancing, etc. There was one very pleasant employee working. She was masked and gloved up. She promptly greeted us and explained the new procedure for ordering as the yogurt machines were barricaded off by chairs. We were able to walk to the machines to see the flavors but she dispensed the yumminess under our instructions. The flavors were the fan favorites- Creamy Vanilla ice cream, Taro, Passionfruit, Birthday Cupcake, Salted Caramel Pecan, Espresso Float, Double Cookies and Cream, Cheesecake, Chocolate Twilight, Chocolate Malt-ball ice cream, Tart, Rocket Pop sorbet, Mango Tart, and Drinkable Creations (Strawberries and Cream milkshake and Coffee Frap). She explained they brought back the fan favorites since sampling was not allowed anymore. We ordered 3 yogurts filled with combinations of Taro, Cheesecake, Passionfruit, and Birthday Cake. Yum!!! Pricing was by weight and reasonable. Service was impressive. She was meticulously taking every safety precaution possible and avoiding cross contamination. She took the time to explain why she was doing things (such as handling money last) and was patient, helpful and friendly. The yogurt was delicious but the service was unsurpassable. If safety is your thing, this is the safest froyo shoppe I've been to since the pandemic started. We will definitely return. read more

I like yogurtland but this location has to be the worst. Pretty much every time i go the yogurt is low in the machines and they come out like soup. It's supposed to be frozen yogurt not a soft serve ice cream. And 74¢ an ounce you can keep it. I'll grab a tub of ice cream at Ralph's for less and enjoy it more. read more

I had a nightmare experience at the Burbank location and would not recommend this store to anyone. I was sold two containers of yogurt from their freezer that the store had melted and re-frozen and when I went to get a refund, the store refused to refund me my $5.00 because I didn't have a receipt but I was never given a receipt in the first place. I spoke with a supervisor on the phone by the name of Allejandra, and she said they an employee would have to look for my purchase in the system to verify my purchase. So on top of getting substandard yogurt, having to return to the store for a refund, I had to argue with the supervisor who refused to refund me my $5.00. Horrible customer service, so go to Menchie's Frozen Yogurt in Burbank instead because their product and service are superior to this Yogurtland in Burbank. read more

I like this location a lot. The inside is a little narrow but they have a great outdoor patio that doesn't get hot even on the warmest says. Plenty of umbrellas and shade and comfy seating. This place is located in a shopping center and depending on the time of day parking may or may not be difficult. I really loved the pistachio flavor yogurt. My next choice was hazelnut and I liked that the hazelnut was sugar free. They have a very nice smorgasbord of toppings. The strawberry boba beads and chocolate toppings were my favorite. 5 stars, too, because the employees here are kind and helpful. read more
