Gross and dirty place! Ants were all over the soda machine. The manager didnt care about it and told me my husband to get the can sodas instead. I tried asking for his name because he didn't have a name tag, he got upset and literally shoved us out the door. Will report them to health inspector! Still shocked how unclean this place is. 711 needs to check up on their franchises better and have a certain standard. read more

This is my favorite 7-Eleven. I'm always coming here. Twice a day sometimes. Tonight though around 1130pm Wednesday, was a really bad experience with Mike. I don't know if he's being racist or what, but he looked so unfriendly while we were waiting for him to put stuff away to assist us with our purchase. That didn't bothered us much but we wanted to also get the 3 for $3 mix and match. I've been here so often and got 3 taquitos and it was fine. Tonight he denied that. He said i couldn't do that and I must get a hotdog and two different taquitos. What's the point of mix and match and were all the other employees before just letting me off easy for it? I told him I just came during lunchtime and got that deal. If that's not how it's supposed to be, maybe he should have been nicer about it. So we told him we will just get two taquitos but he seemed to ignore us and went on with getting the hotdog.... I wouldn't recommend coming here, especially at night when Mike is working. Maybe he's nicer to certain people but I wouldn't come in if I see him working. I don't want to deal with that evil eye. Based off a website - Any Grill Items at 3 for $3 - includes taquitos, Big Bite hot dogs, and rollers, but excludes 1/4 lb. Bit Bite hot dogs. It's basically good on any item off the grill costing up to $1.49 regularly. You have to buy three for the discount. We had to get the exact combo that was on the picture. A hot dog and two different kind of taquitos plus an attitude. :( read more

I came here on opening weekend and the cashier told me that he could not do a split tender transaction...He then asked his manager to help and the manager said and i quote "There's no such thing," So they are lucky they got a 3 out of 5 star as there redeeming quality is that they are open 24/7. Its small and convenient to the neighborhood, it also has a citibank ATM inside and most credit unions allow you to pull cash out of these ATMs located in 7-11's without any ATM fees. read more

I'm so upset with this store, the first time I came in it was like a sweet sixteen. The music was like I was at a nightclub, the workers all spoke in Spanish and very rude.. The second time which is today, there were to latina ladies, so busy in conversation about their boyfriends and how much they make and that they are struggling. I went to pay she was still in conversation with the other co worker, never paid attention to me or what she was doing. I'll never go back to this 7-11. If you enjoy yourself a second degree burn, this 7-11 is for you. See attached photo. Why is there a warming unit next to the two cash registers? When I went to pay in the narrow space between the cash register and the warming unit, I touched the unit accidentally and suffered a severe burn. When I complained to the clerk and asked why there was such a dangerous unit there, the clerk laughed at me and pointed to a hotline to lodge complaints. I'm pretty sure there are several state and federal violations in having something that can cause second degree burns in a high traffic area. read more

Employee there has the worst attitude I ever seen! She was so rude. And she did not have any respect to the customers!

I usually come here to buy snacks and phone cards. Came in today purchased a hotdog, corn nuts and phone card. The phone card I normally get was not available. I asked the clerk if this was a replacement she told me this was the new one. Came home tried to plug in the numbers and it did not work. Tried multiple times. My phone suggested me to call customer service which I did and they said I got the wrong card to bring it back and get a refund. I went back spoke to the manger. She was super rude and kept giving me a attitude saying it was my fault and she would not give me a refund. Basically I paid for a phone card that did not work. She kept claiming it was my fault and she would not issue me a refund. After arguing with her for 20 mins she called her supervisor and processed my refund. While doing all this she and her associates where been rude to me. I would not recommend to come here since there are other places that sell the same items. read more

So I came in tonight and I wanted to get a pack of cigarettes. (My usual routine) and the employee looked at me and said, "you motherfucker" and told the lady behind me that he will help her and he tried to skip me. Everybody inside the store heard him say that and were irritated and angry towards his words toward me. I simply walked in as a paying customer and left the same way. But I believe as a paying customer should not be getting this type of treatment towards me because I look a certain way. I am highly I not satisfied with this employee and I would like legal actions to be taken. read more

Worst experience ever. We were planning a movie night at home with the kids so wanted to load up on candy and nachos. We tested the nacho cheese and a little came out so opened the chip bag and realized that was the last of the cheese. Asked the guy working there and he said he didn't have any more cheese. Whatever. So we continue to pick out other snacks, candy, and drinks. When we get to the front The guy says we have to pay for the nachos. What do you mean?! You are talking about the bag of chips... because without cheese, it's not nachos. He refuses to sell us anything if we don't pay for them. So we said OK will go somewhere else. Drove five minutes to the next 7-Eleven, with my screaming toddler in the car upset that she doesn't get the snacks she picked out. Spent $35 at the other 7-Eleven and got NACHOS since they did have cheese. Can't believe the guy working here was such a jerk. I hope the owner sees this review. As a small business owner myself I'd be pissed if my employees treated a customer this way and then refused their business. Lastly, it's pretty gross that you are leaving those giant trays on the floor with the donuts and muffins and other things. Stock it immediately or leave it somewhere sanitary until you have time to stock it. read more
