When I asked why the promotion wasn't applied, a guy (I assume he was the manager) told me the rewards account had to be entered before charging. I asked him, "How is that my fault?" The cashier never asked me any questions, so how are customers supposed to know what they need to do? What made it worse was that they said they couldn't refund the money. No apology, no effort to fix it. Just poker faces and "there's nothing we can do." It's not even about the amount of money. It's the principle and the terrible customer service. Honestly, it makes me wonder how many customers they do this to. It's disgusting.

The receipt, which I had to request in store (because the terminals never have paper) showed that it charged me .10 cents more and deducted .10 cents for my rewards. In essence, I received zero discount, rewards, whatever the heck you want to call it. Last but certainly not least, they are still cutting the gas with extra ethanol, because after filling my tank and driving less than 6 miles my tank dropped by an 8th?!?! 04/10/2019 I should have know better than to stop at a gas…read morestation not far from the airport. Nothing but paying for convenience especially if you are not trying to return a rental car. It is my own vehicle and I feel like I just sold a kidney. At least this place is brightly lit. Especially the sign showing $3.99 for the cheap stuff. $4.19 is how much for the good stuff. I think I've just been robbed through my credit card transaction.
