Customers Beware. Double check everything. Went in to buy a couple cans of butane for my torch since it was the only place locally that was open and carried butane. Cashier charged me 8 dollars a can, rang up as Grocery Tax F and not Butane, when the price tag showed 5 dollars a can. Didn't realize it till I was out in my car. Went back in and confronted him on it. The cashier claimed it was an old price and took the tag down. Then offered 4 dollars out of the register, instead of 6, and was adamant on not canceling it in the register and also tried to keep the receipt. He was also using a private number to ring items up and didn't want another memeber number being used. Caught a glimpse of the points on the number as being over 50,000. Customers should double check all the prices and their receipts and make sure their own personal member number is used. I allowed him to use the number he wanted, likely a personal number, so I could have a record of this for a report. All local prices for the same butane comes up as 4.99 a can so I don't know why they would be charging 7.99 a can and ringing it up as Groc Tax F instead of butane other than to steal from customers. read more

Zero stars is the appropriate amount for this abysmal 7-11. The people who work there are rude as can be. They treat you like you should be thanking them for providing you with a place to buy stuff. No thanks for coming in, have a nice day, nothing. They don't even hang up the phone when dealing with you. If you ask for something from the hot-rollers make sure you check it before you leave. They'll grab anything, regardless of what you want, and give you whatever has been on there the longest. Terrible place. Go elsewhere. read more

It's a 7-11. The beer was cold. They have a roller grill thing for hot dogs and a taquito looking tube of Mexican flavored foodstuff rolling along hour after hour. And Slurpees. There were quite a few interesting looking entrepreneurs hanging around the store and parking lot giving the place character. read more

This is pretty much your standard 7/11... with one exception: I'm the duke of this place! Haha. I frequent here to get my lottery tickets. The parking lot is never full and there is also a RedBox in the front of the store. The employee who works there at night does keep an eye out on shoplifters; he kinda stares at patrons (that kinda freaked me out), but it's totally understandable. read more

The so called clerk behind the counter was on the phone the whole time, tried to charge the guy in front of me extra on his purchase because he couldn't hear what the guy said! It's 7-11 so you can't expect too much, but most locations are pretty decent so I've come to expect at least a quick, polite transaction. Went to this location this afternoon to grab something to drink really quick. What a mess! Boxes and plastic wrap everywhere. Slurpee machine looked pretty gross.. Opted for a bottled drink. Worst thing was waiting for a cashier to ring us up. Stood at the counter for about five minutes while the line got longer and longer. Is anyone working here?! Considered leaving but didn't. Finally some guy meandered out from the back and over to the counter. No apology. No smile. No hello. No thank you. No more business from me. read more

Negative star should be for such a store. Here is why: On January 28, 2020 I went to the store with my 5 years old daughter, because I saw an advertising for $1 coffee "any size any coffee" sign on the outside window advertising. I got two couple of coffee and when I came to the register the customer service representative, who was an Indian guy and his name was Sighnt told me the total is $4.50 and when I asked about the advertising price he said "our rewarding machine is broken", so I said this is not my fault the rewarding machine is broken, he got angry and took the coffee cups from me and told me: "Get the fuck out of my store" when I told him why is he using such a language in front of my 5 years old kid, he said it again "I said get the fuck out of my store you mother fucker". I came out of the store and call the cop on him, but seems it is not crime to use such a language toward a customer and in front of a 5 years old kid. There was a witness in the store who heard everything that he said and I got her phone number. read more

This is just your typical 7-11 nothing to rave about.....it's just a one stop shop when everything else is closed.

If I could give a zero star rating I would, they regularly make sexual comments to young women and have a disdainful attitude, they also over charge and do not honor manufacture promotions with the excuse " our system doesn't work right now " except it does. The best Slurpees in the world (including all like products, like icees, etc). Love the new light flavors. Usually 1 of 4 flavors is light. And a free small slurpee on July 11th. I don't go for other food and drink items unless I have to because so overpriced. But it's good to know a 7-11 is there because they have a little of everything if you are truly in need. read more

This store is a joke! I recommend anyone with any common decency goto another store for their needs. If you don't believe me just look at the reviews on google. Customer service is terrible and that is an understatement at best. They treat their customers like they are second class citizens and they are better than you. They illegally enforce a debit card minimum (not credit card which is legal) even though they aren't charged a swipe fee. They will get prices wrong and overcharge you and if you happen to notice it and confront them they will place the blame on you. They are very unfriendly and do not treat their customers with respect. This convenience store is a joke. If you have not had a bad experience with them I promise you that such an experience is waiting for you right around the corner and if there's one review you should listen to it is this one. The staff also doesn't understand or speak English well at all which is besides the point. I suggest driving the extra mile to the 7 11 on Juanita woodinville way. Much cleaner, warm atmosphere and the staff speak English!

If I could give this place zero stars I sure as hell would. I bought a can of chew from them a few days ago, and when I opened it I noticed that the expiration date was in may. I went back in today with my receipt and said this expires in may can I have another one that's not expired. The guy told me no refunds but he could exchange it for another one. I told him that's fine but not if its gonna be expired. He then got into the register and gave me a refund, and then proceeded to tell me to check the date next time. I said "me check it? I'm not the one who is selling the product, you should be checking the expiration dates on your products" hen he said somethinf in Indian or whatever he is, and then I stayed walking out snd he proceeded to talk in his language I'm sure calling me all sorts of names. Why should I be the one to check the expiration date??? Rude never will be going here again that's for damn sure. read more
