My sister loves the blackberry lemon scones. It's been fun delighting her with these lush, moist, perfectly baked concoction. The salads, sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, and other baked goods (I'm looking at you, bacon cheese croissant) look tasty. The coffee and many of the food offerings are organic. My stops here are to go purchases, but there were a lot people hanging out in the cafe--it's clean, bright, and well organized. I like this location because they have a larger food selection than the drive up stands. The parking is horrendous here and the cafe itself has maybe 5 tables. My coffee is always great and food is delicious. Some staff are friendlier than others but overall I've had good experiences. They are efficient. Music is sometimes loud in here but I don't mind it since I'm just ordering to go. I love their rising beans, I use them in my machine at home :) read more

I was excited to have a Mercury Coffee near me since I heard good things about them. But man, this place was disappointing in all aspects. Parking is limited so if it gets busy, you might have to park across the street and walk over. I been here twice in a week hoping that my first trip was just a fluke but it wasn't. There was so many things that was wrong: 1) they messed up my order twice. The first time I ordered the cruffin with the bacon bits on top, they gave me the ones without, good thing I checked and they were able to change it. The second time I got a chipotle sandwich with a side of pickle and chips. They didn't give me the pickle... 2) originally I was going to order from the app but since I was already in the area, I went inside instead. On the app, it allows you to get the sandwich without the side, which subtract 75 cent from the total cost, but in store, they didn't let me do that at all... 3) food wise, everything was too big for one person to eat by themselves, they could make things smaller and cheaper in my opinion. I got a variety of items in between the 2 visits and the most disappointing items were the croissant and the butter cake... croissant was not flaky and had no layers, more bread like. The butter cake would have been ok if they told me to warm it up but they didn't... Overall, not my cup of tea read more

I love that there is a Mercury Coffee so close to me now. I finally got around to going today. I decided to try an iced mexican mocha to go. I enjoyed the chocolateness and it didn't disappoint. This particular side of the shopping center has barely any parking. I imagine that this location would be frustrating if it's even busier than a 3pm on a Wednesday. After I parked, there was only 1 spot available of the assigned Mercury pick up spots. The owner has replied to another review about the lack of parking and I agree with the other reviewer. The wording for these signs don't correlate to his explanation. I think the signage could be improved because right now it feels like it implies that if a customer doesn't order ahead or have a togo order and leave in 5 minutes, they will be towed. read more

Our favorite coffee chain and we hadn't seen this location yet. Great, friendly staff. Lots of good patisseries to pick and a super clean coffee shop. Took the quiche and the holiday favorite of peppermint mocha. Both of them didn't disappoint! The only concern is the parking situation which is limited! read more

Today I mobile ordered like always, the website usually always does the totem lake. Today idk how my phone ordered it to the Kirkland location, I realized once the barista could not find my order when it said it was done. Alex was kind and made me my coffee right away, I was heading to woodinville to work and did not have time to go down to Kirkland to get it. Thank you Alex for making my day, this has happened to me at Starbucks before and they told me I had to reorder and call to get my money back, this is why I support small businesses and not corporations. Nice place. Nice staff and beautiful setup. But what's good this place will do without parking. Zero parking. They only have designated parking to order by phone from the car then run in the store to get your coffee and get out in five minutes before your car gets towed and this is according to their signs ?? How you even enjoy a cup of coffee with such stress ? How can they make such a huge financial investment in such a location with the worst parking lot ever. Did they expect people to just park across the street at Whole Foods parking lot and cross a busy four lanes street to get their cup of coffee ?? I honestly don't get it. I just stopped by this location in Totem Lake, and had a wretched Matcha latte. It was so overly sweet, and coupled with a weak Matcha flavor, I'm sorry to say it was a fail. I even asked the kind barista to just give me one pump of vanilla instead of three that come in a 12 ounce because I said I didn't like sweet drinks. This was cloying, nonetheless. . I'll have to try their coffee, but this was just terrible. To add insult to injury without even getting any extras or different kinds of milk, it cost me over eight dollars with a 20% tip.. their desserts look wonderful, but when I asked how much one or two of them were, they were each eight dollars! I don't know what world they're in, but this is ridiculous. read more

After disappointing visits to Mercury's in Kirkland, I decided to give this location a try. As a loyal customer, I am so glad I did. The service here is friendly and efficient. I have been going here daily for the past month and have found the drinks to be consistent. Finally a coffee shop that can make your drink with the correct requested milk and in a friendly manner! This location is very clean and has a small seating area. I was able to hang out here and get some work done while trying to kill an hour before my appointment. I don't mind the music they play but maybe turn it down a little? Even with noise canceling headphones, I could still hear it. Highly recommend this location! read more

Went to the location in totem lake and it was so nice! Got the cinnamon roll and it was one of the best I've ever had. My husband got the blonde Hawaiian and he loved it too. I will admit I'm picky about my coffee and Mercurys is one of my top favorite places to go. Unfortunately, due to a surgery I haven't been able to drive there recently so occasionally I splurge on ordering Mercurys through Door Dash. Every single time I order through Door Dash, the straw is missing. I can't even begin to tell you how frustrating it is to spend over $20 for one iced latte with all the added delivery fees and then not even being able to drink it. read more

I'd imagine a brand new location would've brought competent employees with reading comprehension skills into their team. I imagined wrong. Where exactly on the sausage egg and beechers cheese sandwich is there supposed to be no mayo, no fucking cheese, and jalapeños? Oh right, there isn't any on there. They gave me the wrong sandwich and couldn't be bothered to answer the phone when I called for a replacement. Such bullshit. New location! Yay!! This is my favorite coffee shop and I'm so excited they opened across from the Totem Lake village. Parking is limited since it's a smaller lot and seating is also limited inside since it fills up fast but I don't mind doing ordering pickup. They offer all of their bakery goods+sandwiches at this location and are open late. My go to drink is their White Chocolate Mocha half sweet and their Turkey sandwich on the focaccia bread is delicious. read more

I love the totem Lake Mercurys. The staff is extremely friendly and makes wonderful lattes and mocha. If ever a drink is not made to my satisfaction, they happily remake it for me until it is to my satisfaction. Also, I highly recommend their black bottom muffins. read more
