QFC @ BELLEVUE (bellevue square) This spot is a required grocery every Sunday for my parents. It's conveniently right by the mall and has lots of parking and space. What I really like about this QFC is the different entrances and exits they have, it's easy especially if you're parking on the side. Stepping in, the carts are nicely placed inside with sanitizing wipes, there is also a Starbucks in the store that is convenient and easy for a drink during your shopping experience. The bakery section always catches my eye, they create the craziest cakes and amazing bakery items. As for the fruit section, there is ALWAYS a deal, I mean $2.99 blueberries? Count me in! I really enjoy all the amazing deals they have going on and the selection. There is also self checkout available and aisles. I really enjoy this spot and will be returning for their amazing service! read more

I usually do self checkout at this QFC so can't say much about service. I really like this QFC has late hours open until 1am which makes it convenient for me. They have good brands here as well. I always return and would recommend as this location is in a good area and has late hours! read more

Quick stop by to load on some fruits and water as I was in the city for a work event that would last a week, during Ramadan and I had to stock up on water and some fruits for the breakfast. Very well organized store, clean and clearly marked aisles and some great collection of fruits and water ( two things that I was after :)). Nancy is just phenomenal and she helped with the checkout process and as well bagged the items in a secure manner as I had water bottles that needed double bagging. Shoutout to Nancy for her kindness, help and just for that great customer success ethic that she seems to be having in her fabric. As well to QFC for being a lifesaver at the time ( late at night when I had to stop by to grab these items)!! read more

The Bakery at this QFC has issues, I've been hassled twice. I am contracted with this Qfc and I'm there every single week! For a few years btw Recently I went in there as I always do and the Bakery employee Rose was following me as I'm working I got uncomfortable and left the bakery because it's not the first time this has happened. A former manager hassled me last year and threatened to trespass me. I don't break the law, I'm there legitimately for my job and it's not my first day of going there. I complained to cooperate and hopefully they can reeducate these a/holes on how they treat people. read more

Be careful as you shop! They will advertise a sale item and in small font say its a "digital coupon", and if you don't notice, or alert them at check out they will charge you the full price. This just happened and when I called them out on it, they said its the customer that needs to tell them and the customer needs to be wary. I told the manager its deceptive and she said "They all do it" so its OK to rip you off. THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY DECEIVING YOU! read more

Five times in the last year, we have bought beef or pork products within their expiration dates and the product was rancid when we opened it later on the same day we purchased it. None were on sale. I used to love this store and have had a hard time changing, but the quality has really fallen off in the past year or so. I have opened meat that was bad 6 times in the last year (pork and turkey) despite still being within the stated sell-by date, and the produce must either arrive old or sit in the cooler for a while before they put it out (watermelon, green beans, broccoli, peppers, berries). I used to return it to let them know but I don't bother anymore. I still like the employees there, but I don't have time for it to be so unreliable. read more

This is a pretty nice QFC. It's across Bellevue Square on 8th Street. The location is very convenient to do groceries after errands at the mall. After I'm done with errands, this is often the last stop to grab what's needed before returning home. Their offerings are complete compared to other QFCs, from bakery to separate cheese department, and all the standard groceries. They also have a functioning bulk foods area as all their dispensers are the lever type, not the self-scoop type. There are social distancing markings throughout the store. Their self-checkout area has dividers though they did not close any checkouts to guarantee the distance. No comments on the staff as I rarely interact with the staff. read more

Having just moved into the area and acclimating to new things etc... I quite apricate that this QFC is open until midnight 12:00! After work, when I shop here in the late evenings to night, the ambience is always so welcoming and wonderful. Mostly also I am quite impressed with the team. They are likely the best grocery store team that I have ever encountered in terms of there taking initiative to be legitimately helpful friendly and welcoming, after work I always look forward to shopping here a lot in part that the truly impressively kind and courteous staff makes it a truly great experience! I frequent this QFC since it's the closest grocery store to us, but getting more dissatisfied with my experience there. Had to walk around the building looking for a shopping cart since it appears there is no employee available to collect them from the parking lot. And it appears customers are generally expected to bag their own groceries. They really should provide a discount for customers doing the employees' jobs and bagging their own groceries. Today, the cashier finished ringing me up then watched as I finished bagging my groceries and loading my bags into the cart, without lifting a finger to help while there was a line of customers waiting. read more

The QFC store near the mall has always been my favorite. Sometimes I would drive a few extra miles to this one because of its quality food and service. However, when did the service get so bad? What happened? The service has become really, really, really bad, especially the self-checkout zone in the evening. So rude and impatient. I'm not sure if she has done the same to other customers. We didn't ask to speak to the supervisor because we didn't want to give her a hard time. If you're unhappy with your job, please just quit and find something you enjoy! Or at least be professional if you're just doing it to make a living. I will NEVER, NEVER come to this store again! read more

Rude and pretentious staff. I mistakenly assumed that one of the auto checkout registers (which had been vacated) was open, I walked up and the attendant scolded me! It was an honest mistake. I know there is a line. I'm not a child and do NOT need to be scolded in public. Adding insult to that "wonderful start" was while adding a bag to the bagging area after scanning a few items, the machine flagged me for the attendant and I was told that I needed to have my items checked, and then the lady proceeded to pass me by multiple times ignoring me, I had to physically go to get counter to ask for help, even then she helped other customers first who'd approached her after I'd asked for help. Once she got to my kiosk to review the items in my till vs my bag she went really far... she took time reviewing footage of me scanning my items. All of it.... Second by second scrubbing through it back and forth. It was such overkill for an additional bag. I had about 8 items. All items are all visible in the bag and on the till screen, this check took time I didn't have in my evening plans and it was humiliating. Frankly I feel targeted as a young visibly queer person and that I was stereotyped as a shoplifter for it. (Which if that is right, reassess and provide sensitivity training) Ugh, the scolding to get in line coupled with the insinuation that I'd been suspected of stealing was both embarrassing to have in front of other customers and just really rude. People next to me were staring and it mortified me. If QFC management is going to have self check out machines, fix the bugs and provide more staff to monitor them so a elderly woman, who does not look like she should have to be working anymore, isn't running crazy trying to keep up with the pandemonium during rush hour, It's pathetic wether by accident or purpose that you're offing labor onto customers/ and understaffing - pay for a cashier and don't subject people to random acts of humiliation because you have a bias and the cruddy machine is incapable of providing the service needed. God if I didn't have limited options I wouldn't come back but I hope someone sees this and does something to improve the checkout experience because if it happens again I'm going to be writing the CCM and DM. read more

Too many store resets. I really do not like the current fall 2024 reset. I have lost many a items I use to purchase over the years. I have lost over 50+ every day popular common items and they're just no longer available at the store(s). I hate to say it but with the company deciding to lock up a third of the haba aisle it deters paying customers. If it hasn't come yet to this store it will. It is near impossible to ask for these items because they are best obtained at check out. Even then you feel awkward because you're holding up the line. We can thank crack heads stealing haba items for this company decision. The issue is they will just steal the other items available to them on the shelves. So the other items will just end up taking the hit. I hate to say it but Amazon is winning my business more and more. I've started supporting stores that do carry the items I need. Heck I've decided to go back to supporting safeway and bartells because they do not lock up a third of their items. If you think the cleanliness at the store level has dropped on the customer side you should be really thinking "How bad is it on the employee side?" It's bad. If the company didn't get advanced notice on their food health inspections for a quick spit shine many stores would fail. Half the time soap, paper towels and other necessities run low or out for long time frames in the employee areas. The company has cut way back on employee hours and staffing enough bodies so we can do our job duties to the degree that we should. This has greatly affected the cleanliness of the back areas and restricted employee areas. Due to cutting employee hours to the degree it is this has generated a safety and employee health gap. It exhausts staff and generates injuries and illnesses in the long run. Kroger could care less so long as it can profit the $$. If it's bad on the customer side you really should consider "How bad is it on the employee side?" I have noticed company wide that the company is cutting back on employee hours and it is showing on the customer level. The company started giving up on cleanliness and employee hours at the beginning of 2024. Lines are long, need a back up cashier they call the side departments so side departments can't get their work done as efficiently, almost never any courtesy to help cashiers bag large orders, I personally do not mind sco but if you have a large order you should be allowed to go through a register, I find my self going through sco more and more and I might go else where if this is to be the normal. I work at a different qfc and no one knows what's going on with this company at the moment because of the could be merge. They're doing odd things and not always putting the interest of the employees first. Your average employee does the work of up to 4 people if not more. Many departments are running on fumes if even that. It is causing staff to get exhausted to the point of injuries and illness thus putting them out longer. Staff is starting to quit because of this new practice and the company is more than happy to fill in the void with cheap minimum wage help. Training has gone down hill and it's pretty clear and shows on the customer level. New hires do not get as much training as they use to and this new computer training is terrible. If they honestly spend more time with employees they would probably have lower turn over. But no it's all about cheap and profit. Honestly if the merge goes through I am highly considering leaving a 2 decade career for something else. I maxed out how much I learned from this company a long time ago. I can easily translate/shift these skills to other companies. I am here because I want to be not because I have to be. I bet if people had free will and were not a slave to the pay check 90% of staff would leave. read more

This smallish QFC store tries to cram groceries, bakery, Starbucks all in a very small space to the point of feeling crammed especially after work hours when you feel shoppers pressed up on your back as you peruse the dairy aisle. This one stop shop during the early morning hours is great when you want to purchase a Starbucks latte and pick up fresh speciality donuts. At the seven am hours the crowds are less and you feel less rushed and wander to look at the sale items while trying to download the digital coupons. The sale on meats is good and there's always a deal on beef, pork or chicken. The veggies though are not always the freshest. However, I have found the apples to be delicious, crisp and sweet. This particular QFC is convenient, with quick self checkout but because of the tight interior it's definitely to be avoided after 5pm on the weekdays! read more

Always great people here, and great selection! I use the app and home flyer clippings to look for deals, no problems yet! The cashiers are always happy to toss my items back in the basket/cart when I ask (I keep forgetting my bags at home...) I like the help I get from the staff in the meat and cheeses section, and always good to see fresh produce being restocked. I like how the local items are often labeled, since I prefer to support locally sourced food and businesses when I can. read more

Recently, I had a horrendous experience here. I was going through the express checkout and as I'm emptying the items from my basket, the checker looks me up and down and says, "oh you must be shopping for your mom, huh?" (I'm 25, mind you). I answer no, and she still proceeds to ask, "oh you can't be more than 16? Did you even drive here? Where's your mom?" She was extremely condescending and even went as far to accuse me of wearing a 'fake' wedding ring. I walked out of the store, embarrassed and furious and I'm going to be sure never to stop in here again. My sister walked through the next day to hopefully have Dina as her checker. She once again berated a couple behind my sister about organic apples in their cart. Before my sister left, she snapped a picture, so if you see this woman in the express lane, steer clear! read more

Ahhhh yes. Their prices are high-ish, but I am fond of this store. It's open 24 hours, big, has a decent selection, and has met my needs oh so many times. My family usually went elsewhere to do our regular grocery shopping, but this was always the place we went when we were in a bind time-wise (we lived near-by) or they had a great sale happening on some produce item (this seems to happen often). Apparently it's a pretty decent place to work, too! I love that when I stop by (1-2 times a year these days) I still recognize a number of the cashiers back from my middle/high school years. read more

Still four stars. Though I do say it is moving towards the five. This QFC across from Bellevue Square recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The renovation included an expansion that makes the shopping experience better than before. Some of it is not noticeable unless you have shopped here. For those who have, there is a lot more space in the meat/seafood section. The beer/wine section which was previously cavernously next to the meat department has been moved to the other side of the store. In its place is a well lit dedicated natural foods section which includes a freezer case. In general, the expansion means a larger grocery selection which is a plus. If you can't find a specialty product at one of the other Bellevue QFC locations, I would suggest shopping at this one which is more upscale. The store also has added a few additional self checkout machines to make the process quicker if that is your preferred way of paying. This QFC is the best of the ones in Bellevue. The renovation has simply made the shopping experience even better. read more

The ladies' restroom shows complete disrespect for the customers. The soap dispenser is gone from the wall. It was broken before for years. Nobody cares. the toilets are clean, that is true but everything is ancient, worn out, and should have been replaced eons ago. Also, the qFC app (that is maybe not the store's fault per se, but then again, maybe yes) does not work properly. Scanning the QR code, clipping the coupon, and placing the item into the virtual "basket" does NOT produce the promised discount at the register. You always need to ask the cashier to either check again or come and help if doing a self-checkout. Again, complaining to the workers or even the store manager produces no result. Maybe the HQ can do something. The products are fine, and the assortment is good. The workers are friendly. Will add pictures next time. read more

My wife and I have been shopping at Factoria QFC since it opened many years ago. Now we find the store very ordinary and understaffed. Today there were four people lined up behind self-checkout with eight stations all occupied with one person to serve customers. No regular checkout counters were staffed. Service at nearby Safeway in Eastgate provided much better service! :( The recommended feedback website qfc.com/feedback doesn't seem to work. Thanks for making it confusing to provide feedback and thanks for the undermanned, poor service. We feel sorry for the longtime excellent clerks getting no support! :( read more

Such an amazing staff for bakery. Placed order for my son's first birthday party. I brought in pics from Pinterest of cakes I admired but knew I couldn't make myself. A week later I show up and see my pictures brought to life. 18 Cupcakes and custom smash cake for $60. A steal of a deal ! And we have cherished smash cake memories too. Also ordered balloons from floral for same event. Tiny bit of a hiccup when I went to pick up -- the "1" balloon had gone missing but with hot missing a beat - the gal got one blown up and tied and we were on our way. All during this time my son was enjoying the taxi cab cart seat which made for an overall fun evening. Minus 1 star because I wish there was a cart return on the bakery side of the store. And also there was some congestion around the lotto counter. Getting thru with the taxi cart was difficult. ( especially with cake and balloons and baby in tow) read more

This place was such a nice surprise. Great bulk section, decent veggie and organic options. Lovely cheese section with very helpful cheese mongers. Was closer than Whole Foods so I just chose out of convenience, but exceeded my expectations by far. Also, I gotta say, seems like many of the "one-star" reviewers are commenting on one-off odd/bad experiences they've had with security or in the parking lot. That's really not helpful/informative to potential customers, nor is it the idea behind Yelp. read more

This is a special "hi" to the tall middle aged security guard in glasses, busy scooping up trash in the nearly empty parking lot outside of a nearly empty QFC. He has just yelled at my toddler and I, and then threatened to call the towing company. We were going to quickly pick something up across the road at Nordstrom, then return to the supermarket for about $400 worth of weekend groceries. Instead, since repacking is now involved anyways, we will do that at WholeFoods instead. Enjoy the upcoming layoffs. read more

this has always been my go to store, in the last year plus, every aisle is filled with generic sale items, carts for stocking, during business hours, merchandise moved from place to place. One can no longer - in to find what one wants. Today out of my list of 21 things, I found nine and asked a helper where to find some thing he says., Try Safeway or BevMo they may have what you're looking for. Admittedly again a worst shopping experience for a busy person who went with a list. I was in the store for an hour and 10 minutes and abandon my cart and just headed home. Does anyone have a suggestion for a great store clean and helpful? That doesn't move things around on a daily basis? This is no longer the quality food center that I loved when I moved to Washington. Some of the best quality produce around. Also a hydroponic herb growing station! I love the variety they get in and the fresh ingredients.

Did a beer run for a work event. Came here because it was the closest place and my co-worker was paying so not being picky. Also, I don't drink, so didn't give a hoot where we got the alcohol. :) The parking lot here really sucks. There is not one single cart return station in the whole place. Also, the parking lot is small. Don't try parking here for any event or to walk over to the malls. All the parking spaces are marked along with signs on the light posts that your car will be hauled away if you do that. This QFC is just all right, not bad, not good. Interaction with the cashier was OK. Huge selection of alcohol. This location is bigger than most QFC's in the area. Aisles are nice and wide. Prices are way freaking high since it's downtown Bellevue and it's QFC. read more

Staff was very unfriendly, and didn't help bag my groceries. When I left the store all of my groceries fell out of my cart because of my novice ability to bag. When I asked questions they were short and very rude. Prices are good and selection is good, but other than that not a great experience. read more

I don't grocery shop here and rarely even enter a QFC, but they definitely have two noteworthy areas of pleasantness. First off is their cake department. For a quick, ready to go cake, this seems to be the place in the downtown area. I've rarely seen a more appealing display case of cakes. Even if you don't need a cake, you'll likely want to buy one. A special nod of respect to whomever decorates their cakes. I usually only visit for their cakes, but secondly is their wine selection. I just thought I'd throw this in there for a little added bonus. read more

This QFC is stunning. They have a massive selection of wines, and a Starbucks inside. They have a massive deli and cheese selection. One of the best floral departments I've ever seen. If I lived closer this would be my usual location, but I only pass through so I come occasionally. They also have an amAzing sushi counter! I've never seen it empty unless I'm coming after 9pm and someone has purchased it all. read more
