I needed a soda the other day so I stopped in here. I happy to find this place because I had previously stopped at 2 large gas stations that each had big food marts attached and both of them were strangely getting by without soda machines. (Their loss) This 7-11 had a few bums begging in the front. But it looks like the management is doing as much as they can to keep a good clean safe store. The Slurpy machine was being operated on. luckily I didn't need a Slurpy. I did need some Gardetto's snack mix but all they had was original. I can't believe that more places don't understand how awesome that new Italian recipe is. Everyone should carry it. Theres a lady with tattoos and blonde ish hair. She is always on a phone call which is very misleading, always speaks low tone and has an attitude. Also when scanning drinks, she grabs it by the areas where a consumer would put their mouth to drink, very unsanitary. When my sister came in he ran to the back and was hiding and the other employee was trying to defend him and he seen it happen. I asked him how much it cost and they started having a conversation. I asked again and they ignored me so I walked out and went to the other one on Vermont. Man so I walk in there at about 6am I get off at 545am I see two guys I give them a head nod and speak to the cashier like usual anyways I go in there with a full work uniform on safety vest and badge showing I go in the second aisle I believe right where the cookies and stuff are I pick up the wrong Danish put it back I grab my phone to check a text I put my phone back in my pocket I turn around and check for other sweets i grabbed a honey and walked to the counter the guy instantly starts wigging out oh you stealing! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen at one of these franchises. First of all they do not greet you at all. No smiles, no good day or no go to hell. The young lady that the first reviewed this company was correct. The lady is down right rude. The gentleman before me paid for his item and as he walked off he turn right back around and said can he get a $1.00 lighter? She instantly got an attitude. So she picked up 2 and said which 1? He picked 1 and it totaled $2. 17.. He said well let me have other she said, I asked you which one? He was like I asked for $1.00 lighter. It was my turn she didn't say good morning or anything. So i said good morning and with a dry tone she said good morning. I asked, who owns this establishment? She said why? I said i would like to know. She saud, It's a Indian guy. I said ok, and walk out. I started thinking (she has been rude to everyone.) So I went back into tge store and asked for phone number she said, why? I said, because I want it, then she said you can go on Internet. I said, ok! and what's your name? She said, Yvonne (which I know is a lie). Added some melted nacho cheese..mmmm..I dont care..I love melted cheese..anyways ..then here comes the chili and ...and ... and..splat! This 7-11 is blatantly lying to it's customers. There is a sign that reads "California state laws says that no paper or disposable containers refills. All refills must be in a permanent cup". This is strictly a money gram and a lie by this owner. Do all other 7-11s break California state law? I refill my paper cup just about every morning at another 7-11. Walked in there for a snack and got some hummus and water. Stood in like for 15 mins and there was only one cashier. She was arguing with a costumer that had a defective charger. She did not want to return the customer the money and after some insisting she did. She then told the consumer to never come back. Then I paid. After getting in the car I opened my hummus to find out it was expired from a month ago and the pretzels were all nasty as well as the hummus. Place had a very sticky and dirty floor. read more

He was polite, helpful, efficient, and treated every customer with respect and good vibes. I didn't get his name. I was there for the first time. The store looks great, the woman working in the counter is really rude. She does not bother to greet you or say anything or say good bye. You would expect good customer service from anyone working at a food joint or retail. REGARDLESS of the neighborhood, a job is a job. It should be done well, but you represent yourself and the company you work for. I was going to rate it 1 star, but the place looks spiffy clean so I gave it 2.
