I've been meaning to try this spot for awhile now to see what the hype is about. Overall I was very satisfied and also very surprised on the low averaging reviews! I can see for price point it could be a tad pricey but you get what you pay for! Overall my true rating would be a 8.4/10 for a few reasons: Tundacado was DELICIOUS!! My only critic would be a tad on the salty side (I'm pretty sensitive) as well as expecting more or a tuna mouse consistency. Otherwise the bread was the true star of the show and the pesto was amazing!! I also purchased the ginger shot and it was perfect size and amount! And to end it off I got the brownie which I could have done without and for the price not worth it. They lacked the fresh, vibrant flavors that I was expecting. They always have an odd aftertaste that was unpleasant. Moreover, the service at this location was not impressive either and I was ignored for a while despite being the only customer there. Overall, I cannot recommend Joe & the Juice based on my experiences. The quality of the smoothies was consistently poor but they are so so so overpriced it blows my mind.
