It was a small cup, but tasted great. They were fully stocked with cinnamon buns, goodies, and beverages here. Staff was very well trained and he appears to enjoy doing his job well. He was helpful and young, and he was able to find my free rewards item after I showed him my app/coupon. I got my order almost within 2 minutes or so. It felt good here in the past and also today. Cinnabon is a very straightforward business. I just wish the prices for cinnamon buns can be a whole lot cheaper in prices these days since they make very good cinnamon buns here. I would grab it with a good morning coffee if I have time. Decent stop. Staffs who worked here over the years have also been very good at their jobs.

I got a bit of each, Berry New York Cheesecake, Kesar Pistachio, Rose Petal, Cookies & Cream, English Toffee, and Belgium Biscuit. I didn't expect the Rose Petal to actually taste like hints of Rose Petal, and as fragrant like this. One of my favorite flavors was always English Toffee. But here, iono, what I like more, the English Toffee, or the Belgium Biscuit, it must be the Belgium Biscuit. I was thinking this was going to be a 3.7/3.8-4.3 stars, I can see this being a 4.4/4.5 stars on a good day, but I'm going to give this 4.4 stars out of 5 stars. I am tempted to return to this Milpitas location for another bowl. I can't say the same for other locations or places that offer similar yogurt fruit bowls because the fruits can taste a bit off or not fresh. They have plenty of options to choose from, in case you don't just want to settle with a juice or smoothie. Cashiers are always busy and working hard inside to fulfill orders. I never had a bad experience here. Self service kiosk is always available and convenient. Peaceful morning vibes too. Jamba Juice is perfect for early activities and enjoyment. The app never…read moreworks or manages to complete an order when there's a promo going on (tried this on like 3 different holiday promos now), and usually complains that it can't verify the pricing even when it recognizes the promo. However, if you come in and order via the kiosk, the promos won't even be recognized and a lot of times toppings are missing from the list even though you can clearly see drinks being made with that topping by the workers as you are ordering. Seems like the only way to use a promo is to order with a human, but the workers are often so busy that they don't come to the register and point you towards the kiosk. I love the drinks and that they now have snacks (even if the fries changed to be skinny fries), but they really need to stop pretending to have promos and then have all of their technology fail you out of it so you can't get it.

I feel like it's missing some standard tea flavors but they do have some specialty fruit drinks. Today I ended up going back to the tried and true House Milk Tea and I added grass jelly. No added sugar nor ice so there was a bit of space at the top of the drink but it wasn't exhorbitant. My memory of Teaspoon seemed to clash with what I got. I drank my drink and sadly the tea flavor is very faint even feels a bit watered down. But you can taste that this blend does have bergamot which is generally a sign of some kind of earl grey. The lactose free option for milk was okay but it definitely didn't make the drink creamy which was a bummer. So it was definitely more on the watery side of milk teas. S E R V I C E I walked in and two folks were in the store and just talking to each other. I went to the kiosk to order my drinks. There's a way to enter your phone number to claim rewards but there's no way to create or add yourself to their rewards system unless you download the app which is a bummer. I used to have their rewards program but I guess they moved everything to their own app. Since my data in the store wasn't great, I ended up signing up after and luckily they still had my information. I just wish my order had been added to the account. Oh well! My drink was made fairly quickly as I was the only person there. O V E R A L L I don't gravitate to Teaspoon for drinks and I think after this experience, I can say I just am not a Teaspoon person. But will I come back? Sure cause I still have a gift card. Maybe I'll stick to their other drinks and not their milk tea.

I had the $5.45 small cup tomato bisque soup with butter and white bread. It's still one of my favorites. $3.15 hot cup jasmine green tea was kept very boiling hot and cup was full. My $9.25 vegetarian feast sandwich on sourdough bread was worth the value. Edges of the sourdough were a bit hard and rough to bite into, but I still liked my sandwich. I wish they would offer more soups and vegetarian options in future. Everything was fresh and tasted good as usual. Big pieces/huge portions! I always get a bag to take leftovers to go. The place can use more wiping down, especially at tables and floors during morning hours. They are usually busy as well. It's still a good spot to go in and out inside the Great Mall. I like everything I ever ordered from Andersen Bakery. Good food items can be found here. Staffs are always attentive and helpful, plus they do carry your orders to your table if dining in. Good people here. Andersen Bakery rewards program works well. They would be packed inside if they do decide to expand their space or find a new spot in the Great Mall for sure. They also had some coffee cream pasty bun that wasn't there last time we went, though it might have just been out of stock. Otherwise most of the custard buns and chocolate pastries are pretty good. They also have a guava cheese pastry that was one of my favorites at some point, which they also changed to become drier and less filled, so I would not recommend this anymore. My mom usually gets their cake slices, typically black forest and macchiato cream. We used to like them before, but it also seems to be lacking flavor nowadays.
