I felt bad because he was already so busy making drinks, but he was really kind and came over to help. Even he couldn't figure out why I wasn't able to order it through the kiosk, so he ended up making the drink for me himself. The good news is that the latte was actually really good! I think having another person working during busy hours or improving the ordering system would make a huge difference.
