I came here after spending a weekend with my Dad. I had to buy fuel, and supplies to keep me for the 2(ish) hour drive home to Santa Clarita. After filling up my valiant steed's belly with the premium fuel, I entered the place. I quickly scanned the place. The place was fairly empty, but clean and well stocked for my convenience. A girl sat atop stool placed by the register. She had an earpiece in and was chatting on her phone, ringing people up as they approached her. I saw everything that a 7-11 should have, the Slurpee machine, the soda machine, the coffee bar.... I also noticed that this was one of the places with the new pizza. I'm seriously intrigued by the pizza. Honestly. But I was driving. No pizza behind the wheel. So it's snacky, clean, easily handleable foods for me. I located the slim jim area, and selected a few items. I also grabbed a bottled water on my trip back to register. I had been poking around for a few minutes, and she was still talking on the phone, staring blankly out into the store. She nodded to me, and proceeded to ring up my items. After I paid, she said 'thank you' in the most uninterested tone I've ever heard. The place has gas, is fairly well stocked, clean, and their prices are as good as they usually are. They tell their employees that school does not matter, the job does. So if you are going to school part time, your future is no concern to the boss that hires you. They also are extremely rude, (owners) - and get off on denying service to customers. I'm not sure why. You can be a friendly customor purchasing something and they will treat you like Crap. Newer area, so this place is pretty clean overall. This location has everything you need for a 7-eleven: Large gas area, slurpees, snacks, candies, hot foods, cold foods. But, only has 1 bathroom for men/women. Candy prices are heading upward - how is a bag of candy now $1.29?! read more

Stopped by to fill up ($85), and went inside for an ice-cold Slurpee. None of the Slurpees were right. As I dispensed one, nothing but foam came out. I threw it in the trash. Served me a different one, same thing. I tried a third flavor, same thing. I took it to the counter to pay for it (I felt bad if I just walked out like most people would). The guy at the register gave me a hard time about what I threw in the trash. I explained to him it was all foam, and the one I am buying was too. I offered to pay for all three, but he said no. Treated me like trash. Not the kind of customer experience I was expecting. Never coming here ever again. Stay away from these rude people! read more

Reluctantly arrived at 8am to get some coffee because traditionally 7/11 has been my go to for cheap morning brew. I was at the coffee station and the employee setting up the coffee brushed against the cup holder knocking down maybe 20 cups on the floor in front of customers. He picked them off the dirty mat and put them back into the cup holder. These guys have ZERO common sense about how to operate a convenience store and ZERO knowledge about workplace cleanliness. After this mess the 4 or so people at the coffee station are like, where are the lids. The clueless guy finally puts them out and the customers around me were like 'what the hell is going on around here'. Both verbally and with their facial expression. I go here because it's near work but I'm going to up my game because 7/11 is garbage and so is the local Krispy Kreme. My recommendation would be The Press Espresso in Old Town Murrieta. read more

I would give then zero stars if I could... I stopped by this location on 7/16/16 to get a snack and something to drink, I got the $1.99 cheeseburger, I know you maybe thinking a cheeseburger at 7/11 but I've had one in the past. Well I get the cheeseburger and my Sprite and leave... Eat it as I'm heading to home, by the time I get home I feel terrible... Come to find out I got food poisoning from the Cheeseburger, I call the store and they seem to not care at all... I ended up losing 2 days of work due to food poisoning, it's not fun! read more

At 7-Eleven, an older man with a long gray beard, maybe Indian ethnicity, behind the counter was staring at me as soon as I walked through the door of the store. I'm a Black American and a professional musician with a college degree. I've tried to ignore racism as much as possible but this situation hit me really hard. Here I am trying to be an honest Christian man and I've never been in any trouble in my life. But this guy here seems to judge all Black American the same. He may have had a bad experience with a Black person in the past and assumed we all are alike. He is so wrong and for him to judge me without knowing who I am, brought me back to the problems we're having here today in this world. I'm sure he has probably gone through this being a foreigner himself. It's a shame racism comes from people who are not from this country. Well, I confronted him at the counter professionally when the other guy left the store and ask him why did he do this and he just started at me with so much hatred and said he didn't do anything. It hurt me so bad I came back to the store the next day to talk to the manager and he seemed not to care. I recorded my conversation with the manager of the store and wanted you all to know what kind of people are working at this store. I used to be prejudiced against 7 Elevens, but we needed a gas station in Murrieta, where we could fuel up a truck as well as a car, and get food for the road. We have visited this 7 Eleven at least 25 times in the last 9 months and this has become an enjoyable stop. We go out of our way to buy gas and food here whenever we are in the area. The restrooms are sparkling clean and the staff are friendly and charming. read more
