Sprouts, sprouts, SPROUTS! If I were asked to select one grocery store for all of my needs, this is it hands-down. I sort of think of it as a more sophisticated TJ's. The service is very special and unique. The stores are always clean and well stocked. There isn't a lot of useless items or extra added depth of similar product. I mean, how many blueberry jams do you really need? Hot sauce in a bottle? I think a 3 or 4 options is probably sufficient. It's succinct, to the point, and uncluttered and easy to navigate. I really dig the produce cause it's always attractive and I look for the sale items. I prefer the USA items as opposed to imported so I pay attention to the labels. I also have signed up for specials and accumulative points for discounts, which is very easy to do and it keeps you in the loop. Each time you buy your groceries, have your barcode scanned to keep a record. I keep it in my phone with easy access. You will also NOT encounter five or six different prices on each item like some of the big chain stores practice! You know, those HUGE conglomerates! I've had to walk out of those stores cause I'm so confused. Internet price, member price, E price, ad price, radio price, TV price, buy 6 unit price, etc. etc. etc. : Every time I pick up a can of beans I'm looking for Bob Barker in aisle seven! This would even confuse a veteran of " THE PRICE IS RIGHT"! The bakery goods are a nice delight, and if you get there early in the morning you might find some half price items that didn't sell the day before. There's also a sandwich shop and I'm told you can get a sandwich as low as $5.00? I'm not sure if that's true. I've never done it, but that's what some folks have told me. So, you might have to check for yourself. There are those bulk bins for nuts, coffee, candies, dried fruit, and more by the pound $. There's a limited beer section but nicely curated along with a decent selection of wines. This is one area that needs improvement in my opinion. It would be nice if there was more of a beer selection and the ability to buy any single can? I believe this works and they'll always sell out anyway. Or maybe they don't want to dedicate the space? They also have a meat department, (which I stay away from) but those who do partake would enjoy I'm sure. (I refer to these areas as animal cemeteries.) I look for a lot of the vegetarian items such as plant based desserts, and faux dairy items that are actually plant based. Ie: plant butter (which is delicious) and coconut milk for example (my favorite when it comes to something to pour on your granola). There is a frozen sorbet brand they carry, "GELATO BOY" that often times goes on sale that is absolutely fantastic. I really enjoy the "3BERRY" or the "MANGO". Keep an eye out for the sale price as it's almost half price when it does go on sale! The canned beans and corn are a good value and on sale today at 4 cans for 5$! I try to buy the unsalted ones which are so good for burritos. You can find fresh flowers daily to bring to your sweetheart or maybe if you're looking for one? There are an amazing amount of coffee beans in nice plexiglass bins sold by the pound with a commercial grinder available to "chop it up" to save you the trouble at home. Parking is always accessible, and there are other intriguing businesses in this little "mini mall" over there off of Newport. If you haven't been, get on over there! Or, if you are a regular go more often to accumulate your di$count points. Be sure to say "hello" to the friendly, charming, efficient, young lady that mostly works as a cashier with purple hair and her name is Kennedy with a "C" and she's a great ambassador of Sprouts! read more

Went into Sprouts early Sunday morning and saw people were sticking their hands into the self serve barrels and eating the food. They were having their breakfast! I'll never buy food out of those barrels. Yuck!! ps I went over to make sure they weren't eating samples, no eating right out of barrels! Very rude customer service here, bad attitudes from all the employees, and the male manager has a very hostile tough guy attitude every time I shop there and follows me around the store. I've been shopping at Sprouts for a few years now at different locations across SoCal, but this location in #443 Menifee is by far the worst experience. Here is a story of a time I went shopping there. I buy the same groceries and same quantity every time so I know how much to limit spending evenly for the week, always using the self checkout. One day I decided to use the cashier-assisted checkout lane, and the cashier "accidentally" scanned my 1 watermelon and charged me for 50 watermelons and still proceeded with the purchase. I immediately noticed the price was different than when I typically pay for at self-checkout by over $100 extra and confronted the cashier that the price was wrong so she then called another employee/or manager to come and cancel the entire transaction. I then told the cashier that I will just use the self-checkout instead to re-scan all my groceries, giving the benefit of the doubt to the cashier and not be rude since she looked very young and appeared to be new and was not aware of their mistakes. This made the male employee or manager I assumed, to follow me all the way up to the self check out and rudely begins to pull away my cart from me and grabbing all my groceries from my cart and puts in a different cart.... for no reason at all. I did not ask for any assistance from him, but there he is violently touching my cart and throwing my groceries around, moving all fast like he is super angry and breathing real hard! Then just stood there with a mad red face as if he wanted to do something physical!! This employee did not leave and was watching over my shoulder the entire time I re-scanned all my groceries, and still followed me all the way out of the store to the parking lot! All because I did not want to pay the cashier an extra $100 for 50 watermelons? The next few times I have attempted shopping there, this same male employee/manager is stalking me around the store, following me around the entire time to try and scare me I guess or intimidate me and starts pretending to fix the shelves when I turn around and look them in the eyes. I already contacted Sprouts about this incident, but the employee is still there with his rude attitude so I doubt anything happened to them. All the employees share this hostile rude demeanor as if they hate their job. Very sad managerial skills here at Menifee Sprouts #443. Never had an experience like this shopping at Sprouts, or any grocery store for that matter! read more

As a busy mom on the go a frequent shopper, it's always nice when you have a service representative take the time to greet you or assist you with items you're unable to find. I would like to shout out Jamie . You can usually find her at the front entrance near the self checkout. I've had the pleasure of having great conversation with her. I called Sprouts to check if a specific product was in stock and was transferred to the appropriate department. After being placed on hold, I waited for about two minutes before deciding to just drive to the store myself, since it's only a little over three miles away. I kept the call connected during the drive, but at some point, the hold music stopped, and I remained on hold without any updates. Once I arrived, I did my shopping and checked out at the self-checkout lane. Before leaving, I spoke to the employee overseeing the self-checkout area and mentioned that I had been on hold the entire time--now about 28 minutes. I shared this just to give some feedback. While I was in the store, it didn't seem overly busy. There were several employees stocking shelves and walking around, which made the long hold time even more frustrating. June 28th 2025. read more

I do the grocery shopping for our family and commonly use Safeway or Raley's near where I live but, while staying in Winchester, I frequented the Sprouts Market near there. I'd give the store a top rating for cleanliness, and ease in shopping with wide, well-organized aisles and the Deli was a special treat with a wide variety of items apparently prepared in the store. The one's I've tried were excellent! All the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. Having been a restaurant owner for many years, I'd say I'm a good judge of those things in a servicer staff. As we don't have a Sprouts in our area these were my first encounters with Sprouts but, I can assure you, not my last. I'm glad I happened in to this one and will seek out Sprouts in my future travels as a results of my visit here. read more

I've gone I to this Sproats a few times since moving to the area. The store has always appeared clean. The customer service is hit and miss. Today's miss. I went to grab a quick sandwich at the deli. The store didn't seem crowded, and neither did the deli area. That said, there seems to always be an exaggerated wait for a sandwich. Last time, I skipped the sandwich (for 2 reasons) and got sushi. As a caveat, I think the sushi is overpriced. Last time (second reason I skipped) is I really wanted to have squaw or sweet brown bread foe my sandwich. The girl behind the deli counter told me they didn't have any open, but I could go buy a loaf, and she could use it. At this particular time, I decided against that option and went with Sushi. This time, I picked up my loaf of brown Prarie bread and proceeded to the counter. Low and behold, the buy your own loaf foe your sandwich isn't a thing. I was told this couldn't be accommodated. The reasoning was that there was no way to price that out. So, I said, "What if I don't mind that, I will pay the full price?". Nope, I can't do that. It was then said to be an issue of bringing personal food items to the deli. But, yeah, I'd just picked it up from their shelf. Like the girl said I could do the last time I ventured in. I didn't make that up or pull the idea out my ssa! That said, IMO, the bread choices are so generic. So, eventually, I just settled on sour dough. I wander around for quite a bit and then go back to the counter. So many sandwich makers, so many sandwiches not made. My sandwich hadn't even been started. So, I wait. When the sandwich is just about made, I glance over and clearly see that it was the near ends of the loaf. I don't want end of loaf bread, I always want middle of the loaf bread. The next thing I see is during the cutting in half phase that the bread splits. This tells me that the bread is not soft. It's day old bread, or appears to be from how it cuts. I question this and I was asked if I wanted a new piece of bread. No. I have been in here long enough. My lunch break isn't set up like that. I'm already first world problem irritated about the slim 3 or 4 choices of bread offered. Now, I'm looking at near end bread on possibly old bread. When I get home and open the sandwich, the bread is INDEED old feeling!! Not a soft bread like you'd expect your sandwich to be. So it's either old, been frozen and thawed, or it has been sitting open so that the air has dried it out. Either which-a-way, not an ideal sandwich. I don't get why they just couldn't go get sweet bread loaf from the shelf and make my sandwich with it. And keep the loaf back there. Why don't they offer it in the firdt place? I'm pretty sure the Sprouts in the city I used to live in (San Diego) has accommodated a sandwich request by going to grab a loaf from their shelf. And I'm definitely sure that had this been a Trader Joe's my request would have been accommodated. Here to hoping a TJ's open in Menifee soon. I also noticed that they don't change out their gloves in between sandwich making from one to the other. Not sure if that's a huge deal, just something I noticed. For the good news and why I will even rate the 2 stars I did while I am sitting here teying to eat stale bread and watching my sandwich crumble: On 2 other non sandwich runs where I was shopping for fresh veggies I encountered extremely helpful gentlemen working produce. Both times, I was expressedly impressed with their level of customer service. I will also give kudos where it is due to the cashiers. They are very polite, engaging, and helpful. read more

Sprouts is my favorite grocery store on this coast, and this location never disappoints. Staff are always friendly, and only a few times items I need were not in stock due to the supply shortage. No sweat, no skin off my nose. I love coming off hours, a guaranteed peaceful, no rush experience. I've not tried the deli, but I'm looking forward to it! I frequent Sprouts primarily for coffee. I drink decaf coffee and they have fantastic options for organic decaf coffee. We like their options for organic produce. The only item we struggled with today were organic granny smith apples, they didn't have any. Today my son needed to use the men's restroom and it was very clean and fully stocked. read more

The store itself is good. However, I have to mark them down. They have an employee that works in the deli named Rachel. She is rude, unprofessional and disgusting. She makes rude/insulting comments to customers and her coworkers. She refuses to help customers. Whenever she feels like helping customers then she says very insulting things to them. I've heard her YELLING at coworkers and making derogatory comments about customers. If a customer tells her they are going to report her, she smirks and laughs in the customer's face. I have walked out several times while she was making my sandwich. I stopped trusting her to handle my food. I've seen other customers who've encountered her walk out too. Her behavior has been reported NUMEROUS times. She is NEVER reprimanded. She brags that nothing will ever be done to her and that she can do whatever she wants. Apparently, she is correct. She creates a very hostile environment. It's a shame that customers have to drive to other Sprouts to get treated courteously and respectfully. Grocery prices are already high. No one needs the extra expense of driving to another store just to get good service. If it weren't for Rachel, I'd give this store 5 stars. read more

Yesterday we visited Sprouts store on Newport in Menifee. The store was amazing with the products that they carry. We were looking for a particular item. We were helped right away by a employee. She pointed us to the right area. While at the location we talked to Brian who was stocking the product we were looking for. There were several choices to choose from. He asked if we had tried a Peanut Butter dark chocolate. Which we had not. He gave use each a bar to try. We ended up buying two boxes of the protein bars. I usually don't say anything at places but Brenda in deli needs to be re trained or removed for the sandwich station. I come here a lot for sandwiches and when she made mine last week as I'm telling her what I'd like she rubs her face with her gloves and continues to make my order without switching her gloves out. I come in today for my usual order and I witnessed her doing the same thing to another customer but this time she continued to make 4 sandwiches after she rubbed her gloves on her face again and without switching her gloves nor washing her hands after rubbing her face. I told the gentleman who helped me out today as well as a staff member at check out. If you see Brenda making your order either ask for a different staff member or just don't place an order. That's absolutely disgusting. She should not be in a station making food if she's not aware of sanitary rules read more

Okay, after the craziness and much anticipation, Sprouts has finally opened. It's been nearly three weeks and parking is now a lot easier. This store carries mostly health conscience products, like Non-GMOs and GF for folks who have celiacs, along with a huge selection of organic fresh produce. The prices are somewhat full and the selection can also be somewhat limiting. For example, in the Deli area, they only have a few choices of Boars Head products - limited to only a dozen of their ham, cheese or bologna products. For those of us within walking distance or a short car ride, this now provides a new alternative, to schlepping over to Huan or Antelope on Newport to grocery shop. Nice! read more

Menifee-ans REJOICE!! Sprouts Farmers Market just opened this morning at 7am and this bad boy is gleaming!! Stopped in to check it out and grabbed a few items even though I had no intention of doing so. I mean come on, it's nice, new, and oh so pretty!! You'll find the newest Sprouts situated at the very fresh and upcoming Center Pointe Plaza on Newport Road. Once you see the new Olive Garden and Wendy's, that's where it's at. There is ample parking in the nice sized lot, and a few other businesses which are still under construction are going to be sharing it. The spaces are a good size, not all cramped like the Trader Joe's lot on Winchester in Temecula (if you've been there, you KNOW exactly what I'm talking about, lol)!! The workers here are all bright-eyed and bushy tailed, which is important if you're a morning person and don't wanna be bothered by disgruntled employees. I appreciated their professional appearance and they were nice. I even got a free reusable bag to use for future shopping trips. Save the Earth!! On my way out, I got to spin the wheel and walked off with a lunch box kit. Sweeeet!! Thank you Sprouts in Menifee for offering a great selection of healthy foods at decent prices. Eating healthy won't be too bad now that there are keto, gluten-free, vegan, paleo and other options to help you out if you're trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. Keep it clean, peeps!! One of my favorite local grocery stores. Lots of organic and vegan food options. The produce is always fresh and sometimes you'll come across exotic fruits worth trying. Brand new and squeaky clean. I was there on opening day and found the store around lunch time very busy. I couldn't get near the sandwich counter so a grab and go pastrami sandwich it was. I tried to get some mustard but that was a no go so not every i was dotted nor every t was crossed. The guys at the sandwich counter seemed confused I would even ask. The pastrami sandwich would have been so much better with some mustard but it wasn't bad, and at 5 bucks a pretty good deal. my 1 apple however rang in at 1.85 - a bit pricy but I was trying to keep it healthy- chips would have cost more. The store is smaller then most Sprouts I have visited and the bulk bins seemed to be missing an entire isle. At check out the cashier asked if I found everything ok, but when I mentioned the mustard packs she acted like I was complaining, I assured her I wasn't and that she asked, I thought that it might help to mention it to a manager if they asked for first day feedback. I plan to shop here from time to time and I almost always grab a sandwich so we will see. read more
