We most times stop here when we are shopping through Target or have optical appointments and the service has definitely improved exponentially throughout the years. It always seems to be different baristas behind the counter, but for the most part they are always friendly and hustling. I have never waited very long for my orders, no matter how busy they are and they don't work with 10+ baristas behind the counter like the stand alone stores do. Rude, arrogant and totally unprofessional. Stopped in yesterday with my son to pick up some cake pops for the family. Stood in line for about 5 minutes then got to the counter. Was greeted by the cashier, a young Asian man. Unfortunately , I was not able to get his name. After seeing us standing in line, the first thing he says to us is, oh we are closed. But they weren't closed for the people who were right in front of us!! Then we told him that all we wanted were cake pops. He then pretended to look and said oh, I am out of those. Just a total jerk! The previous Team Lead Lacey was the absolute best!! Since she has been gone and a new TL has been installed, it is a very different place and not in a good way. The new Team Lead takes the position a bit too seriously!! It's just coffee.....lighten up!! She talks down to the team members as well as the Guests and is rather condescending. Again, it's just serving coffee. It is not and never will be a six figure real management job where your decisions actually matter or make a difference. I understand that the fun and lighthearted atmosphere that Lacey brought to the place is long gone, but my advice to the new TL? Stick with what was working and pull your head out!! I absolutely love this Starbucks! The girls who work here are so incredibly friendly and make our drinks perfectly every. Single. Time. Sister and I order the same thing almost always. Either a unsweetened iced green tea w/extra ice or a iced coffee, sweetened w/extra ice. We love that they always ask, "how's the color? Let me know if I can make any adjustments. Let me know if that's enough ice". Omg! How simple? How nice? How considerate? I never get asked those questions at any other Starbucks. This afternoon I ordered something different and the girl who recognized us asked me how I liked it or if she could make me something else. I'm just so blown away by the level of customer service here. I wish they weren't part of Target so that I can leave them gratuity. *sigh* I think the company as a whole needs to come to this Target Starbucks to take some notes on how to be a proper barista and to learn some proper team building strategies. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Starbucks. I paid extra for crunch and caramel for my drinks. I cannot have the whip cream on top because it was an allergy. They of course gave me the drink with none of the extra things I paid for and with the whip cream. When I asked for them to please remake it because I have the allergy. Courtney took it and just wiped off the whip cream with it still remaining in the cup. I told her AGAIN that it was an allergy and I need it to be remade. She gave me a dirty look and then remake it mumbling under her breath. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. All I asked was for my drink to be made correctly and when it wasn't I asked for it to be remade nicely and I was given an attitude. She then remade it with none of the crunch. I then asked if I could just get a side of it since I already paid for extra on the top and bottom. I then asked the other two workers there to make sure everything I paid for was in the drink. They were very kind and helpful, although the crunch was still left out. I then asked Courtney if I could just get a side because I didn't want to wait any longer. She then poured it in a cup and then slide it all across the counter which was accompanied by a dirty look. I said thank you and left very uncomfortable. No one who has that type of attitude should be working in customer service. I usually never made a review but this left me astonished. I have never felt so disrespected. read more

***Unfriendly Business from Target employee Jordan*** Visiting from Hawa'ii, we decided to order our Starbucks within Super Target since we had to grab Diapers on the way out. Let me start by saying yesterday morning Lisa made our drinks perfect with no problem but this morning she completely ignored us at the register while her colleague, Jordan (Female) had retaliated with our order as we simply explained our drink. Yesterday morning, Lisa was the only employee who worked the AM shift and it was slow. As our drinks are slightly unusual we had verbally and visually showed her, it took her a few minutes to register the process, just as we asked she made our drinks the way we liked it. Since Lisa had made the drinks to our liking it gave us a reason to return again! Knocking one bird with two stones we came here for the second time prior to shopping. As we arrived, we seen Lisa making drinks and a young woman with blonde-ish hair, dirty black shirt with no name tag, taking orders at the register. We gave her our drinks and cuts us off stating it's a Latte and rang it up as one without allowing us to complete our order. charging us an additional $6 ($3 per drink). We had to reiterate its not a Latte and gave her the 3 simple ingredients drink and she responds back by correcting us, "again, it's a Latte"! Over the past 2-3 years of ordering the same drink 7 days out of the week she wanted to challenge us and insisted to giving us more of a difficult time. The line is forming longer, she was sounding more sarcastic and rude. She informed us with a sassy tone to go onto the Starbucks app and make a complaint. She ended the conversation very sarcastically which made me upset and disappointed. Lisa chose not to step in to deescalate the situation and minded her business as if she didn't remember us. As I finally reached her attention she agreed upon Jordan and disregarded our interaction yesterday. Due to both Lisa and Jordan's rudely customers service today, my family and I will not return here again. Upon stepping away, we spent five minutes looking through the Starbucks app, suggested from Jordan, to find a contact information to give our feedback we were unable to locate much. I had to Google search the Customer Service number and I was connected with William. I explained to him the situation and our concerns, he informed me Starbucks located in Targets are employees of Target and they have their own protocols and have the capability to up charge if they want. I find this very alarming, anyone representing Starbucks should be on the same page as other locations. I've learned a lesson... Starbucks within Targets may be a convenience but not worth paying an up charge especially if dealing with Target employees working at Starbucks with no knowledge of Starbucks drinks. read more

Employees are always very friendly and accommodating! Although this Starbucks is inside of a Target, I would like to say that the drinks are often times actually better than the stand alone ones. I usually order the Green Tea Iced Latte and they make it so good here!! I've been to several Starbucks in the area but the green tea is always in clumps and I'm always getting chucks of it in my mouth and biting it every time. It's like they don't mix it good or something. But every time I order it here, it's always mixed well and there's little to no clumps. Overall, I love going here whenever I'm at this Target. Ok check it out... My wife and I came by this location in the Target off of Clinton Keith yesterday and ordered our usual drink. Quad Shot Espresso with Extra Coconut and non fat milk with lite ice in a Venti cup. Our drinks were made by the Barista Lisa without any problems. We came back today, May 17, 2019 and ordered our exact drink from yesterday. Lisa was making drinks and the female cashier named Jordan (no name tag) took our order. I showed her the drink we normally mobile order, since Starbucks in Target does not take mobile orders. Upon looking at our order she proceeds to rudely tell us in a sarcastic tone, you want a latte. As if we are not educated and she felt obligated to let us know. After ringing up our drink which normally costs $2.90 she charged us $6 for 1 drink because of the extra milk. So basically the Venti cup is 24oz and for an additional 8oz of milk she wanted to charge us $3 more! Keep in mind that Lisa from yesterday made our order without rudeness or hassle and today she peeks in and instead of telling the rude girl Jordan to make it like she did yesterday, she seemed peer pressured into taking sides with Jordan and saying yes it is extra. WTH?! Being upset and choosing not to satisfy the customers order, even though Starbucks has signs saying that they will make your drink to your satisfaction she told us that we can contact corporate office and complain there. Talk about a Moment of Misery! It's unfortunate that there are people out there that have no sense of pride in what they do and just go through the motions to collect a paycheck. We will not visit this Starbucks location in Target ever again. read more

Admittedly, I'm addicted to my weekly Starbucks fix, and generally it's a good experience. The baristas are friendly and kind. And the coffee drinks are good. But I was very disappointed on Saturday, 9-3. I ordered my grande - hot white choc mocha as I normally do. But today I asked for light on the whip cream because it seems you get a smaller cup of coffee after the whip cream melts. So when I ordered today with light whip cream, I expected my cup to be more filled with coffee and less whip cream. But much to my disappointment, I still got a partial cup of coffee and just less whip cream. If I'm gonna pay $5.65 for a cup of coffee, I expect that cup to be filled. But after I pulled away from drive thru window and took the lid off, I saw that the coffee was literally 1 inch shy of being a full cup of coffee. That is NOT OK!! Next time I go there, I am going to tell the manager I want a FULL cup of coffee and a discount for my previous partial cup. Not happy!! Fill up the cups! Just common sense! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks! The girls here are incredibly friendly and efficient. What sets them apart from the rest is that they actually care about whether or not you are satisfied with your beverage. They always ask us "does the color look right?" "can we make any adjustments for you?" or if you're trying something new, "do you like it?". So simple, so helpful. Other locations, when you order coffee with cream, have no problem handing you a cup of cream with a splash of coffee because they just don't care. The girls at this location don't even work for Starbucks. They are Target employees, but their customer service skills far surpass that of most Starbucks employees. read more

I had a very bad experience here yesterday. I ordered a venti carmel macchiato and a venti vanilla bean for my husband, both tasted horrible. I have never not drank my starbucks drink, due to taste. They are always so sweet and work with a sense of purpose and urgency.
