Terrible experience trying to go in before work at 2 am to get a coffee and its closed so much for being 24/7

It is very annoying how convenient this 7-Eleven is located. There's been a few times where I get my change and I have been shorted. they are ripping me off on the gas, I asked them for receipts and they seem to be annoyed when I do. I did the math and was getting charged about $.11 more per gallon. I was just there a few days ago and when I asked for a receipt, I did not get an itemized one. If I have the time I choose to go to otherconvenience stores. read more

You have to watch what you buy in here. The prices on the shelves increase by $1.0 when they scan them on the register at time of purchase. I wouldn't go here. read more

If I can put 0 I will, be aware of your receipts. Before leaving the store double check if they charge you twice. They did charge me twice on 3 items and they won't accept it even if you show all your purchase item. Never ever coming here again. read more

I went in for gas and sunblock the guy at the register helped the customer in front of me that left the register. Telling the other lady who was filling the hotdogs he was going on break. Mind you that there was a long line of people trying to buy stuff. A free Agee minutes of waiting I yelled hey can we have some help. He came out yelling and screaming at me saying stuff like " what do you want to do about it?" and the other lady had to hold him back because he wanted to fight me. Bought gas and would not let me use the restroom. Be sure to stop somewhere else to be treated like a human.

Been stopping by this location for the last three months while working out of town and have found nothing to complain about. Actually the opposite. The manager P is friendly and out going, always welcomes me with a smile and continually advises me to not drink so many monster drinks. I get a 16 cent to 20 cent rebate on gas and wish I actually lived in the area because the cost of fuel there beats the $5.60 I payed last week. Wow! What a complete turn around for this 7-11! Use to be corporate owned, I guess they sold it and the new people are ruining a good thing! I honestly tried to give them a fair shot to keep my business! I knew that some problems would arise from the switch. Example: ATM being down, new employees not being as fast or knowledgeable! Every time I'm here the employees - men - are rude! They never greet customers, they mumble, they see customers waiting to pay and when they decide they're ready THEN they mosey on over to allow us to pay. Tonight's employee took first place in the disgruntled category. His attitude needs adjusting - there was not one particular thing it was everything. The owners need to fire him and hire someone who wants to work and would work without a resting ***ch face. This will be my last time here. Beware! There is a lazy male employee (tall and bearded) who refuses to prepare any hot foods even when there are no customers in the store. This has occurred numerous times. His excuse is that the oven is turned off, when in reality you turn it on at any time when cooking / preparing food. Very poor customer service when he is on duty. read more

This place become from my go to place to try to avoid at all costs!! I can't be begin to describe the bad treatment you get from the workers and the old " fresh food" Today I bought an item which the cashier scanned then punched in a number or buttons, paid my total, took my receipt and walked out, the name/description of the item I bought was not there, instead it said sales tax on amount of purchase and no bar code or description of item purchased was there.. the amount was not all that to make a big deal about it with the douche bag at the counter but I'll be sure to send a copy of the receipt to the BBB so they know what kind of crappy dishonest business is being run here!! This place is Booty Water. pumps are always broke. I hate leaving Yelp reviews but this is how much I hat this place. they do not give cash back on gas and won't tell you that if leave a sign up. They sell broken products. I had a verbal altercation with the owner and the only reason gave me another was because I wouldn't let anyone else pay for gas. I wish I can give -100 stars!!!!!!!! The most disgusting thing that has happen to me happen right now at this dirty a** store. First thing coming in the place looks dirty, but I'm like whatever. I go ahead and ask for a hot dog and the lady serving was on her phone talking. I didn't pay much attention because I can honestly careless. Well I pay go about my business. I Let him know that I was waiting first but he continued to ignore me. This is based solely on the employee who works here usually during the mornings into days. He is one of the most friendly people I've ever encountered at ANY store, not just 711, any store in general. He is very helpful and even tells customers when there is a deal for an item. I sadly do not know his name but I wish there were more workers like him. read more

Poor experience almost every time I walk in. -dirty -3/5 times there will be no one behind the register when you walk in -when they are there, they just ignore you til they are ready. Why do multiple employees act like this? Almost all employees are rude, unprofessional and incompetent (with a couple of recent exceptions). I have witnessed and been subject to racial profiling on multiple accounts. I don't have much choice of other locations to go to so I really hope 711 buys this back or gets it under new management because right now THE WAY THEY ARE RUNNING IT IS TERRIBLE! read more

This 7 Eleven is great! Gas (I think Citgo or something), big lot, friendly staff, clean, lots of stock, AND *wait for it* specials on ciggies!!!!!! (usually) I usually get the "Buy One Get One Free" Parliament Lights or "Buy 2 Get One Free" Marlboro Lights 72s depending on what they have. Parliaments are about 2 for $6 (a little bit under) and the 72s are 3 for $9 and some change to $10. Not too shabby right? I generally only buy ciggies on the cheap. If I can get a bit of a discount why not? Why pay $5 for 1 pack? :) read more

Late night has poor customer service. Workers seem to be bothered when they are approached with a question.

I buy coffee, sodas, and snacks here almost every day. I like the workers, especially on the graveyard shift. Over the years I feel I have developed a friendship with them. The products at convenience stores like this 7-11 are generally a bit overpriced, but you can't beat the cheap refills on fountain drinks and coffee. Add the fact that you have the adjacent Gas pumps and air and water machine and you have an all around good convenience store. read more

The people here will steal your money, this just happened to us we went to go get money orders and they gave us short change of almost $30, we have on our bank statement how much we took out of their ATM and gave them and they refused to give us the correct amount of change back because they "counted" correctly. They were very rude about the situation and did not want to fix it, we are moving close to the area and will never ever be back and I don't recommend anyone to come to this place and give them any of your money. read more
