I had originally thought that the laundromat next door ran out of coins or was temporarily not working, but I realized later that I was so tired I didn't see that they were indeed actually dispensing coins. I had somehow mistakenly thought the lights under the bill acceptors were the out of service lights...anyway, I would probably not return because there's always homeless outside the store, making it very inconvenient because of how sketchy it feels. I came here instead of walking to Winco, which is kind of far for a night walk since I have a busy work schedule on the weekends. The gentleman working the register was kind enough to give me $2 worth of quarters in change, but he did ask to me tell people not to come to the 7-Eleven asking for coins, which is fair. But in any case, I'm relieved he did it for me because I'm on a time crunch, but I do feel really stupid and bad for making him worry about that because I know what it's like to be a cashier at night. Incredibly rude service for trying to redeem free slurpee!!! Like most people I visit 7 11s quite often and have racked up over 27000 pts! I went on deployment and find out that my points had expired! Boy was I frustrated with that! All the free slurpees and items I never got! So now any time I get points I redeem them. Tried to redeem the slurpee today for 500 points. It didn't go through so I was trying to figure it out why. He gave me a hand gesture to move so that he could help other customers. I said hold on! I wanna redeem this so I can leave! He says "why you only have 77 points" as if I don't go to 711 often enough to get a certain level of customer service! You could have helped a little bit Aksh! The one man was short, rude, and then in a foreign language said something to the other worker. I would never purchase a thing from this store because of how rude he treated me. So I generally like this 7 eleven during the day, the older guy is It says 24 hrs but I've shown up at 2am, 3am, 430am and they always seem to be "cleaning". That is the longest mop job I've ever seen. They need to adjust their hours from 24hrs to 21 or 22hrs and set a standardized time for their cleaning, instead of making people waste their hard earned money on a wasted trip of gas (especially with today's gas prices) and 13 mins out of a 30 min lunch break.... Oh 7-eleven!!! This is the best one around! The customer service here is hands down. Everyone is always smiling and in a good mood. Jas is the best ever!! The temperature is always perfect inside and I never have an issue with them being "out of " something I want. The drink selection in the coolers are great and the fountain soda is always nice and carbonated. When I get a slushie I never have an issue with it being too liquidity when I pour it. I have never actually eaten anything hot from ANY 7-eleven but when I come in here and they have just made a fresh pizza it looks and smells really good. They also do a good job at keeping the store cleans. The floors never look dirty and the counter is always clean. Everytime I come to this store I leave happy. Way to go! read more

Went by about 3:30 PM today, tried to collect a free medium coffee on the 7/11 app, and the joker did not know anything about using the app. If your organization is going to offer a marketing promotion, at least make sure the employees are trained on how to fulfill it. read more

This 711 is in by far the worst location out of all the ones I've been to. I only recently started coming because a friend of mine lives down the street so I'll usually stop here for beer. The parking lot is always filled with loiter-ers. Usually families waiting outside the laundromat well into the night. Normally, I don't have an issue with this even if it is late at night but recently I had just pulled up,luckily this time I had two male friends with me, and the next thing I know we hear a woman SCREAMING "help!! He's hitting me help!" I'm not kidding. It was like a movie. She was just about 5 parking spots down from us, we saw a car speed off and before I could call 911 the police had already shown up. I've added a star to this 711 because the employees are always really nice and friendly. I think the beer here is a little overpriced but not a huge deal. I really don't recommend coming to this particular location late at night. I definitely go out of my way to go to another station if it's after 12am. read more

Okay, all 7-Elevens are pretty standardized (and great, I might add), so for me, what differentiates one 7-Eleven from another is the customer service. At this location, one employee clearly and obviously stands out as exceptionally great: Chakra. And, I hope the owner/corporate sees this, because Chakra deserves a raise and a bonus. My job is such that I work from home, interspersed with weeks of travel abroad. I get to set my own hours at home, and being the night owl that I am, I usually choose to work the "graveyard" shift, working typically past midnight into the early day. It's common for me to take breaks while I work and head to this 7-Eleven for smokes or a coffee or whatever tickles my fancy. Most of my midnight/early morning excursions, I find Chakra working, and all by himself. Chakra is ALWAYS working his tail off when I come in, and it's not like I always come in at the same time each night. He's always mopping, or cleaning EVERY coffee reservoir, or putting in orders, or cleaning out the donut/pastry display. Yet, I NEVER have to wait for him to ring him up. If anything, I always feel bad, because he's super busy and diligent in his work, yet he always drops everything to quickly ring me up and provide me service. I wish he knew that he could have me wait a minute or two and take a second to ring me up when it's more convenient for him--like after he finishes cleaning one of the coffee reservoirs. However, he's just got an amazing work ethic, and instead, always makes sure to ring me up ASAP. The last few night-shift employees were NEVER as busy as Chakra always is, so it is obvious that Chakra is actually doing his job, while the past employees were slacking on the night shift. In addition, Chakra is SUPER friendly and helpful, and he has learned his job amazingly fast. Honestly, it upsets me to see how much work he has to do, as well as dealing with all of the late-night, drunk a-holes at night, yet he is ALWAYS working alone. Seeing how much work the night shift truly entails, I REALLY think there should be two employees working the night shift together. This is why I'm only giving 3 stars. Chakra, if you read this, I always enjoy our quick chats while you ring me up, and I wish you the best, brother. To the owner/corporate representatives, give Chakra a raise, a bonus, and some help (e.g. another employee during the night shifts), because I PROMISE you that he is your hardest-working employee. You owe it to Chakra to recognize his amazing work ethic. read more

Don't go here for lottery tickets. Their "machine" has been broken multiple times when I have gone in to cash tickets or buy tickets.

I come here for cigarettes while on my way out to the 78, prices are a hair cheaper than most places. Sometimes I'll stop by here for beverages, but it's the old school version without gas pumps, has that ugly tiling. It's actually such a small location I think that the 20 parking spots are shared between all 5 stores. The orientation requires wide berth's for navigation. It's a little grimy and in need of better lighting. The set up of the drinks fridge makes it not very easy to see, but what's in front of you. read more

Oh my gosh, this has got to have the most poorly designed parking lot in the history of parking lots! There is only one disabled parking stall in the entire parking lot, and it's stuck in an almost impossible to navigate corner. The location is on the corner of El Camino Real, which is an incredibly busy street, and I've witnessed multiple neat accidents when people try to simply pull out of the parking lot and onto the street. As the street approaches El Camino Real, it's coming from a dangerously steep incline that renders multiple blind spots for drivers from all directions, and so if you're stopping at this particular 7-11 for any reason whatsoever, please use caution when entering and exiting that dangerous parking lot. It's an old building though, so I can understand why the design isn't exactly accommodating for how large the city has grown. That being said, they really should work on developing a safer parking lot for this establishment. The staff aren't regular (there seems to be a high turnover rate), so I can't speak to the consistency of the service there, but in my experience, the store tends to get overcrowded and there are usually long lines. This isn't even a gas station, which makes it even more puzzling as to why it takes so long to get through the lines, even when they've got more than one person behind the counter. The store itself is not very clean. The floor is almost always dirty and sticky. If it weren't right across the street from the Social Security Office, I would probably not ever go there, but since a typical visit there can be hours, I have needed to go to get something to drink on occasion. There's a Target in a bigger, much safer parking lot literally a block down the road. For me, it's worth it to drive that extra couple of blocks...I'm not quite sure how this 7-11 still stays in business, to be honest! Hopefully they'll take this feedback and use it to improve their establishment. It would be helpful for them as well as their customers! read more

This is one of the friendliest 7-11 I have been. Jaz, Jerry and the Hispanic ladies are the nicest by far. They have good relationships with the customers and great customer service. There of course are a couple people who are not so customer oriented. A lady who works Sundays and a couple early morning men. But overall this is my go to spot read more

This place is tiny. It doesn't have gas pumps either. Otherwise it has the basic fare and items found in every other 7 eleven. Hard to get all poetic on a place like this. It's pretty straight forward. Get your Lotto tickets and big ole drinks then keep it moving. read more

By far one of the worst 7-11s. I had stopped going to this one due to poor and rude customer service. Recently I needed to play the lottery on my way to work and this location was on the way. It seemed better. So I stopped back in a few more times. Still not impressed with the customer service. There is one lady in there who never smiles and is always bitter. Today the clerk was too busy talking on his phone..head set in his ear and talking away. When I questioned what I was charged because that was not what I paid last time, he got defensive. I told him just let it go, apparently some stupid co-worker of his doesn't know what they are talking about. He then got more argumentative. I told him JUST LET IT GO and give me my change.
