Great location. Every neighborhood needs a local place like this. Large back patio area with…read moretables, chairs and umbrellas. Lots of toys for kids to play with while moms and dads enjoy a cup of whatever gets them going. Service was extremely friendly and the munchies were great too. Our dog was with us and she was happy to simply be mellow laying out in the sun. One child came over and asked what kind of dog she was and what was her name and if she could pet her. Shiba Inu, Mochi and yes. I saw some comments about prices being on the higher side. I recognize what people are saying. It's unfortunate that so many things seem to be getting out of reach of many Americans. I wish I had the magic wand that would make it so that more people could afford what they needed and that the business owners would still make a decent profit and share some of that with their employees in the form of living wages and benefits. I'm old school and we managed to both save and invest during our working lives. And now in retirement, we still don't spend like there's no tomorrow. If we can't afford something, we just don't do it.

We've been on the hunt for coffee and this shop was conveniently close (ish) to the Portland…read moreairport so we stopped on in. It feels very community based and cozy, such a clean and cute vibe to it. Seemed to have a big emphasis on the lavender from a local farm, which I loved! I got a lavender matcha, we tried shaken honey espresso latte with brown sugar added (so good), a blackberry latte and a pistachio rose latte. We also tried their bacon cheddar pastry, marionberry empanada, and two croissants. They had a kid station and a couple games (family faceoff) made it so fun! Would go back :)

The service was kind and quick and the atmosphere was super cool, tons of natural light and seating abound! Definitely on our list of Portland spots to return to!

I was a loyal, regular customer across several Roseline locations until June 13th, when I was…read morebanned from all locations by a barista named Celia. I had come in as a paying customer, sat quietly in the corner reading a book while waiting for my husband. Celia approached me and initiated a conversation, which escalated into her yelling at me and physically removing me from the premises, all while I remained calm throughout. This was corroborated by an independent customer who witnessed the incident and left their own 1-star review the following day. What followed was equally disappointing. I attempted to resolve this privately over the course of nearly six weeks through multiple channels -- their contact form, direct emails to hello@roselinecoffee.com, and direct outreach to ownership on LinkedIn. I received no response and was ultimately blocked without acknowledgment. A ban issued across all locations by a single staff member, stemming from a personal conflict she initiated, that goes unreviewed and unacknowledged by ownership, speaks volumes about the culture at Roseline. I genuinely loved this coffee shop and wanted nothing more than to resolve this privately. That opportunity was never extended to me.
