As far as 7-Elevens go, this one is one of the most disgusting ones in the state of Washington! Sure, it's located in a very high traffic area but so are 90% of the rest of the 7-Eleven stores. That's the point right? The parking lot is full of trash and litter. They are usually out of window washing fluid and paper towels and the pumps hardly ever have receipt paper and as a business owner who keeps his receipts that is a huge inconvenience. One good thing is that this location has men's and women's restrooms however there is very little attention given to them ever. These facilities are flat out gross. There is a layer of urine so thick and crusty on the inside of the toilet bowl that you could build something with the crystals and the floor is equally as gross. I think the only attention that these restrooms get is the occasional paper and soap refill. This location is usually very busy and they never seem to have enough staff working to handle the flow of customers. More often than not, there is one employee stocking shelves, making coffee and preparing food while the other one is checking people out at 2 different registers and that employee is usually talking on the phone through his earpiece in a foreign language while he says not one word to you, his customer! I won't stop visiting this location because after all, the gas is cheap and it is a 24 hour place to use a disgusting restroom should I need to because I work all night but they could really stand some coaching on how to maintain the place and maybe hiring another employee wouldn't hurt. The experience I encountered at this location for me to give it a low review is this. I was disappointed when one day I went in to make a purchase and the cashier took a phone call while I was paying. They were on the phone talking, with what seemed to be a family member or friend, for approximately 3-4 minutes. I was waiting to pay and they decided a paying customer was less important than a non-business telephone call. I am a patient person, however, making a customer wait while taking a personal call seems rude to me. read more

I love the roll-ups/taquitos here. Today, however, the cashier not only did not hand me my purchases from across the counter so I had to reach over to get my purchase in hand - but also gave me Chicken/Monterey Cheese when I clearly asked for Steak/Cheese. I had to go back into the store to ask them to please give me what I asked for, then instead of handing me 2 fresh taquitos, the worker TOOK BACK my incorrect order, and gave me 2 new steak and cheese, one of which was not even warm. This location has also not refilled their 12-oz sugar free red bulls in almost 2 weeks, so I have been forced to spend more money on 8-oz sugar free red bulls. On January 12th , 2022 around 11:45 closed to midnight. I stopped by at this 7-Eleven for Gas and I had only $20 in cash for it. When I walked into the Store I met a Cashier man and handed him a $20 for Gas at Pump#17 . He asked me that's it. Buy more stuffs. I said No that my last $20 I have.He tried to forced me to buy more stuffs in the store. But I denied not to buy anything else. Suddenly he told me to go out from his Store . He just handed my $20 back and didn't sell me Gas. I was kind an upset on that day plus my car very low on Gas. Even I bagged him, he still didn't understand my feelings. This is my first terrible experience with this man. I didn't know how can I rate this Store. I'm working around that area and I like that Store. But that night I met an unfriendly cashier man. Well lit area, with a nice selection of snacks, food, and beverages. If you enjoy Sunkist (orange soda) forget it, they dont carry it. If you're willing to settle for another brand of orange soda then this is the place for you. Gas is obviously expensive, but decent for the area. read more

This one isn't bad, especially when I have taquito cravings I go on my lunch. But a lot of the employees are grumpy and act like it's a bother that they have to ring you up or get your food. A couple of the employees are very nice and greet you when you come in the door with a smile and a hello. But most will ring you up without saying a word. The store is the worse they overcharge me every single time I have gone in there and they act surprise each time. make sure you check and asked for a receipt so it doesn't happen to you. one of the times the cashier shorted me $5 dollars as I was asking for what was shorted Another customer who was there five minutes before me came back and said that he did the same thing and needed his correct change either the employee can't do math or something funny is going on. This 7-eleven overcharged me for beef jerky i noticed and requested the advertised price from the back, they instantly started saying that it didn't apply to the jerky (even tough it did ) and that the tag was from a promotional that the manager didn't take down and so they wouldn't be honoring the advertised price. They removed the jerky from my order without telling me and tried to sell me just the other items i was going to purchase. After informing them that under Washington law they had to sell it to me at the marked price the employee started yelling that they were not going to honor it i asked for his managers number. I called the number they gave me and it went instantly to voice mail so i tried calling the number attached to the store, a lady picked up and i started explaining what happened and out of no where she stops me mid sentence said hold on put me on hold and promptly hung up on me. I decided that i would try one more time to contact the manager so i called the number they gave me and someone finally picked up. I calmly started explaining the events that had happened earlier and out of no where the manager started yelling at me saying i was a lair and that i was mistaken and there was no advertisement for the jerky (unknowing to him i had taken a picture before i left the store of the display which i sent to him) he immediately started saying it was wrong and that something was missing from the tag but the store is responsible for it. He then went back to saying he wasn't going to honor it until i told him what his store is doing is illegal and that i would report them, he eventually gave up and yelled what do you want from me..... all i wanted was the jerky at the advertised price which he said he would have one of his employees do when i returned to the store after i got off work. I thought this was the end of this whole bad experience but no i went back to the store to buy said jerky and again it rang up wrong called him on it showed him the advertised price in the back (which they still hadn't taken down) he started arguing with me about price and that it rang up so high because of tax, i just accepted it because i was tired from work and wanted to go home so i bought the jerky and left, on the way home i realized there is no tax on food stuff and that even at the highest tax bracket in Washington 10.4% the total would not come out to that. I even asked the employee if the jerky was coming up on the screen as the marked price he lied to me told me yes and charged me the extra and said it was because of tax.....which is bait and switch and theft.... i would stop at this 7-eleven 4-5 times a week and spend an average of $15-20 every time this ends now and im left wondering what else have they overcharged me and others for over the years. read more

Went to the other 7/11 that just opened up the street at 180th and East Valley. I will never ever go to that one again. They set up signs for discounted candy got two of the qualifying candy bars only to be told that the prices that were advertise on the shelf didn't start until Monday, three days later. This 7/11 always has a friendly staff and you don't have to ask them to apply the discounts for the advertised prices they just add them for you :). read more
