Just like any other 7 eleven. workers are cool. Only thing is there are people that ask for change outside sometimes which can get annoying if you just wanna go in and out and you have to get validated parking in the day. Omg!!!! This is a college student's dream come true!!! I can come here for my slurpees!! My random craving for hot dogs and free chilli and cheese!! My 99 cent Arizona teas and 3 snickerdoodle cookies!! CHIPS GALORE!!! Big Gulps of fountain drinks!!!! OH MY GOD!!!! But really, I love this place... I can come here to pick up some snacks before a long day at school, can come here to get some snacks to sneak in at the movies just steps away, come here late at night to satisfy the munchies.... What I also love about this place is that it is very clean, nice staff, and is very conveniently located at the UV, which is close to campus. Like a lot of people, I was initially really excited about this place opening a couple of years ago, but if you look in the rating details, the ratings have steadiy gone down, and I think the customer service is a reflection of that. But anyway, heres my review: First of all, you should pass on this place and go to Winco if you need a 24hour place because its the definition of sketch. Though the police hang out here quite often, when theyre not there I keep driving. There are often homeless people begging and they can get pushy. And also this one time I rolled down my window on my passenger side to give a guy directions and then he tried to get in my car! Luckily my doors were locked and I was able to speed off. If youre a woman, DO NOT go here at night by yourself, better safe than sorry. I used to come to this 7-eleven quite frequently, but only because the location is really close to the university. The california rolls and onigiri are disgusting and the chicken always makes me feel sick (theyre $0.50 on Wednesdays btw), but the pizza is ok and the hot dogs are pretty good. They have flavored coffees that are pretty tastey and holiday flavors like pumpkin - coffee is $1 after 9pm. They have a good selection of food - they have the regular canned food that would be cheaper to get at an actual store or dollar store, as well as golden curry (i prefer kokumaro, but at least they have some curry), and a few japanese candies on top of their usual. The sandwiches are for the most part not good, I find them dry and tasteless, but they do money orders so thats convenient. Things are a bit overpriced for the quality, especially the fruit salad :-/ Maybe I'm being a little tough, it is after all just a convenience store, but the real reason why I'm rating it a 2 instead of a 3 is because of the customer service here. They're not nice, Id even say flat out rude. Ive seen one of them refuse to help an African American guy and made the other person working with them help him. WTF. Not only did I witness this, but Ive heard this happen to someone else, and probably other people too. I'm really nice and polite and they're never nice to me. I've also called to ask if they gave boxes that they get from shipping to customers because I was moving, and after trying to explain to him what I was talking about (he must not understand English because he kept saying he doesnt know what boxes are), he got frustrated and hung up on me when I asked if I could ask someone else working there. Theres only one person working here who has ever been remotely nice to me in return, and it was a guy with spikey hair. Id pass on the slurpees because theyre like imbibing flavored air, and the sodas are watered down - youll even find the soda or coffee area a little more neglected than youd think, even when theyre not busy, but its clean otherwise. Luckily this isnt the only convenience store around here, theres one off Blaine and one off of Watkins who also do money orders, they just dont have the extra cultural stuff, which is fine because its cheaper to buy actual food at a store anyway :P At least when I go to these other places they smile, say hi and/or thank you, and at least feel a little appreciative of my business, which is the bare minimum in customer service if you actually want people to come back. read more

This place is really convenient because it's so close to the campus and a bunch of off campus apartments. The workers are all really friendly, but yeah, it's pretty much the same as any other 7-11, which isn't bad. read more

This place is cool. The employees here are pretty chill and friendly. I come here so often I'm on a "familiar nod and smile" basis with the workers (ha!). Good food/candy/drink selection and you can't beat $1 coffee! read more

It's a 7-eleven...what were you expecting? For the most part it's very clean, unless you go in the summer when there are ants on the soda machine....or late at night when they've just had their college-kid-coffee-rush. Although I like to come here when I'm absolutely craving munchies. I usually go very late at night during midterms/finals with my bf. It's very sketchy at night. I wouldn't recommend going alone. Every time I've been here so far, I have experienced horrible customer service. The boys are usually talking on the phone or one another. Even when there are people standing there waiting for them, they don't move until you ask them. They are very rude and even when I ask for a bag, it seems as if it's asking too much. If there were elsewhere that I could go, I surely would. Too bad it's the only place for me to get munchies in the middle of the night. read more

They have a variety of goods to choose from, so that is nice. However, my reason for the 2 star rating was for the slurpees. Slurpees are one of the main reasons to come to a 7-Eleven because most other things they have can be bought anywhere else. The slurpees are very watered down all 4 times I have bought one. Also, the cashier that during weekday nights is very unpleasant. She always seems to be talking to some random guy who I assume is her friend and she totally ignores the customer. Every time she is there the line is very slow because she is too busy yapping away. She always has this angry face as if she hates her job. She should be replaced with someone who has a bit more enthusiasm and is more focused on the job. read more

Amazing store.so close to campus. i stop there everyday before heading to my classes. the employees are just so friendly. i know all of them by names. i get greeted every time i go in. The prices are low and the store is always spotless clean. this is the best 711 ever!!!!! read more

It's clean and has friendly staff but the only downside is they don't sell beer. Also their machine for slurpee and etc is often broken especially on July 11 of each year. And on July 11 it usually stops working around 10am till 10pm and boom.its fixed. Weird huh? read more

I've been living at UV Towers over the summer and enjoy visiting the 7-11 for overpriced midnight snacks. The deals they have on their app are worth the visit. The only reason why this location gets 3 out of 5 is the absence of alcohol at this location. read more

I like the people that work there but their register is broken most of the time and doesn't accept coupons in store. I bought a few free slurpee books with no expiration last year and is not in the system anymore. I have had coupons from the LA fair that are not accepted at this location either. In fairness everything is what you expect from 7-11 but don't use coupons including your cigarette ones because it won't get accepted for a discount. read more

If I could give this place NO STARS I would! An idiot is who owns it I assume and they hired dimwits to work there! I RELIGIOUSLY visit 7-Eleven multiple times a day for the same item everytime from different stores....an iced coffee in a big gulp cup. I always tell the person at the register it's iced coffee so that they may charge me accordingly. I have even seen some 7elevens with larger iced coffee cups. I am a delivery driver and small business owner so I have visited HUNDREDS of 7elevens and EVERYTIME the cashier charges me up(sometimes it's different but i don't care I want my iced coffee lol) and I go on my merry way. Well I had been to THIS 7-Eleven a few times and again got the same thing everytime. This morning I came to THIS 7-Eleven got the SAME thing and a lady who worked there tried to correct me on the cup to use which I then told her I liked this cup and she can charge me extra if she needs to. Before I went to the register, she went to the cashier whispered to him entered something on the register and went back to what she was doing. When I did get to the register, he was standing there with it already rang up and up charged-which is fine (just thought the whispering was silly but anyways) so this evening I came back to the same 7-Eleven with the SAME CUP. When I entered there were 3 employees working. When the first saw me he looked at the cup in my hand then yelled something in his native language to another employee I then began to fill my cup with iced coffee when I hear one employee tell me "no iced coffee please" when I turned around confused he said "not in that cup" I then stated I got that cup from that 7-Eleven and that the lady charged me extra. He then asked me how much. When I told him he huffed and puffed then said fine but this is the last time no more. In which I agreed and when I get to the register he's already ready with the total and he was charging me the same thing so I simply said "oh this is a refill" then he gets huffy and scowls "that's why ugggh" and ends up charging me the same thing anyways which I just paid so I could get out of there.
