Super easy location off the 5 freeway if you exit off garnet heading towards Costco. They also have their own gas station . Stopped by as were dying of thirst and wanted to grab Advil . Friend bought their own version of purified water . It was two bottles for $3 which was a nice deal . Bottles are cool looking and easy to hold and re use . They also have generic versions of Advil and Tylenol . I think it was $1.99 for a pack of two so not cheap but hey you're paying for convenience . Service was pleasant and efficient . People at this station park their car literally by the gas dispenser and then do their shopping while we have to wait as it is a busy place. Every time I go there I experience the same and there is no control to that. I will avoid this one in the future. read more

Would be zero star but not an option. Went to the gas pump which had a game of 20 questions with it, it took my card info but never dispensed gas. Had to go in to the store and the merchants answer was slam the pump back in to the machine!!!!! Still didn't work, save yourself the hassle and go across the street to Stars and Stripes. read more

Grabbed a smoothie and looked at my dash only to realize I had 4 miles left. Don't ask me why I forget to look haha. I stopped by this 711 gas station because it was the closest. I noticed the first frow is diesel only instead of having both as normal. Gassed up and was in my way. Fuel rates are comparable to the neighborhood. read more

Please don't come here for gas, you will be charged a $100 hold fee if you insert your card at the pump, or a $20 hold fee if you pay inside. I went in to ask the clerk why, he said no idea. Did some research and found that merchants get to choose how much to charge for their hold fees. Honestly sounds like an asshole move if they're charging the fullest amount they can, some people can't afford their bank account to be overdrafted for a few days. read more

Rude, unapologetic manager/owner (?) Take off promotional item signs when they're no longer valid. It's not the customers fault when the signs aren't taken down. And it's VERY unprofessional to argue and accuse the customer about misreading a sale/promotion sign. Next time, best to go back there and look for yourself before having to look foolish in front of a customer. Yikes read more

Customer service is not on top of their list! Heading to LA from TJ... Stopped to buy some snacks and use their restroom (mainly to use their restroom). Clerk directed me to the back... walked back there, but I just saw a private room with soda machines! Didn't think that was it, there was this short guy talking to a cop.. I apologized for interrupting & asked the short guy for the restroom... he didn't say anything, just used his finger to point to the back again, but gave me this damn look like I had taken food out of his mouth! He kept talking to the cop. I didn't think anything of it. Finally figured the toilet was beyond the soda machines and other merchandise. Bathroom is small and disgusting... just used it and left. Come outside, this short ball of muscles is now at the register... I go get my snacks.. go to the counter, said "good morning"... he didn't say a thing.. just took my money. Didn't even look at me. My total was $5.75, gave him $6, when he took the quarter out of the register, I put my hand out to receive it... he puts the coin down on counter & pushes it towards me... the going glides about a foot towards me, I tooK it... said "Thank you"... he just looked away and didn't say anything. No greeting... no thank you.. no "you're welcome"... unless that cop was middle eastern, this conceited bastard spoke English! He understood what I said. I don't know what his problem was... but I didn't want to piss off short-stuff more... I'm was just passing by that town, so I let it go! I won't see his ugly face again. They have an "employee only" bathroom that customers use. It's a complete mess. Rest of the place is really nice.

Really convenient location at the corner of Mission Bay and Balboa/Garnet. A little tricky to get in and out of the parking lot because of how much traffic is in the area. This tends to be one of my stops when I'm driving to my buddy's house and forgot to get smokes. read more

The owner is unbelievably rude. She doesn't seem to realize that as a business owner, she has a responsibility to treat her customers with respect, or at least an once of thoughtfulness. She refused to wait on me while she was behind the counter (doing nothing other than watching the register), insisting that I "wait five minutes" for her clerk to return. If she is the owner and chooses to be behind the counter, she shouldn't be too proud to wait on me right away instead of waiting five minutes for a clerk so that I can get back to work on time. read more
