This 7-Eleven is conveniently located on the corner of Mission Gorge and Fanita--right next to a 52 on-ramp & off-ramp. I absolutely love going to this 7-Eleven. They keep their store stocked with anything you could need in a grab 'n go situation. From drinks and sandwiches to ice and firewood. They always have what I need in a pinch. But what you might notice about this location that sets it apart from others, is the staff. They are the nicest, kindest most helpful people. I remember needing firewood in a pinch. When I went to pay for it, the clerk asked me if I thought the price was too high. I mentioned I could get it cheaper at Lowe's, but it wasn't as convenient as 7-Eleven, so the price was fair--he lowered the price to match Lowe's based on my feedback. Incredibly professional despite being completely unnecessary. I've also noticed that they make easy change for me without me even saying anything. If my total comes out to $12.52 and I hand them $13x they'll give me back 2 quarters although they only owe me .48 cents. They also seem to have some kind of inside track on winning lotto tickets. My wife has bought lotto tickets as raffle prizes there and somehow a majority of the recommendations they made were winners. Honest people that genuinely want you to have a good experience every time you stop by. I will pass other locations that are closer just to go to this one. And I'm not alone. I like to think I have a special relationship with the staff, but every time I'm in there they are engaged with other consumers just the same way they engage with me. Walking in there is like walking into the bar on an episode of Cheers. This location gives customers respect and gratitude for their business. I love that about them. This 7-Eleven on the corner of Mission Gorge and Fanita has a pretty bad parking situation. It shares a lot with a popular locksmith and is right next door to a popular taco shop. The 7-11 also has gas pumps which makes the small lot even more cramped. The store itself is a typical 7-11 with typical 7-11 stuff. While I don't often stop there, when I do I find it clean and well stocked. If you are leaving this 7-11 to head east on Mission Gorge Rd, for chrissake, exit onto Mission Gorge. Don't exit right onto Fanita just to turn right again on Mission Gorge. It completely disrupts the flow of traffic on Fanita. read more

This morning one employee must have been having a power trip! Because he accuses 2 people of stealing, no evidence, no manager, just claims with no evidence and told them they couldn't come in any more. The man asked for a manager but he told him no! They took their items paid for them and left, after being harassed by the cashier. It was unacceptable! No evidence, no manager. Seriously that's a big issue. Wont be coming here anymore. read more

I having been visiting this location for more than a year now. The location during my visits is always clean in the morning time, there are two employees the same two guys almost every day including Sunday and Saturday morning visits that are just the nicest guys to have around. My new favorite thing is the Coffee and current free Muffin with rewards purchase, the Blueberry Muffin whoever makes them is on point. Since I dont drink coffee the git chocolate qualifies as well and I love a large hit chocolate on a cold morning. Keep up the good work everyone. read more

I went into this 711 because my business had a job down the street and I wanted to pick up a vape. This guy behind the counter told me it wasn't his f****n job to show me the different flavors and when I told him maybe he should get a job at McDonald's he told me to suck his d**k. Wth ?? When I told the owner he said he would give the guy a warning ?!?? I've been coming here for 20 years and have never had an issue until now. The owner doesn't respect his business or customers and the guy ( his name is Fadi) obviously has a mom that didn't teach him any manners or maybe he's still breastfeeding ? I've never been spoken to like that and I have a lot friends that go there.. The word will get out that the owner allows his employees to be disrespectful to the customers has the employee was only given a warning. I reached out to the 711 franchise division @ (866) 395-4697 and will be following up later today. It's 7-Eleven! Home of the Coffee Island and Slurpees. Yes, I needed a cup of Brazilian and snack to make through the day so making a stop here was prudent. The Brazilian was pretty good, but given it was late in afternoon is was not at its best. It had a good strong flavor but a bit of a bitter end. They had my little pack of &-Eleven chocolate frosted doughnuts so that was good. The store was in okay condition but the coffee island could of used some cleaning. The service at the counter was okay, but it would not hurt for the employees to say hello or smile every once in a while. Customer service is always important. read more

This is by far the top 7-Eleven in Santee. And it is better than any San Diego 7-Elevens I've been in. I gave it a 4-star rating only because not all the items had a posted price. But five stars is what two of the employees, SCOTT and RASHAD, deserve. In fact it's because of them that I go to this 7-Eleven even though some nearby 7-11 stores have slightly cheaper prices. Should these two fine young gentleman ever be gone from this store I will be extremely sad and seeking to find another 7-Eleven. The manager would do well to retain such wonderful employees by giving them salary raises if not twice a year at least annually. They are fully deserving of it!!! read more

This is one of the best 7-11 out there. I get coffee here M-F and gas once a week. Good prices on gas.The family that runs it is awesome! They always have great fresh coffee in the morning. The place is kept very clean. They keep the coffee toppings and creamers stocked to the brim. Huge selection of coffee add-ons. including the "Stoked shots" for your coffee. Which if you haven't had them its a shot of caffeine to add to your cup. Fatty breakfast sandwiches and donuts always fresh and they actually have a nice selection of Fruit and yogurt that is fresh too. Another cool thing about this 7-11 is the clerks! no sketchy tweekers or weirdos working at this location. read more

Came here for coffee at around 830. The girl working the counter was on her phone. She said hi with her eyes glued to her phone. She had 2 coffee pots out and they were both empty. She said she had a regular one brewing if I wanted some, But she said has been "slacking" all morning with a laugh. Unamused at her lack of customer service and professionalism. i said sure, why not. Trash and boxes all over the floor by the coffee but she's on her phone. I Taste the coffee and it's really watered down. Left empty handed. They get two stars because the guy in the afternoon is ok. read more

Well above average. I have a job that takes me all around San Diego County and this is among the best around. First and foremost is the staff. In the a.m., its the folks that own the place and later on you get a whole cast of characters. My personal favorite is Laura. Brassy blonde who is always ready with a laugh and a smile and really means it when she asks how you're doing. That's the intangible that makes me go to one place over another. The coffee is consistently fresh and the assorted other goodies are delicious. It doesn't matter if it's noon or 4 in the morning (the gal who works most overnights is awesome as well). Just tonight I called and asked if there was pizza available and was told (by Laura) that a pizza would be put in the oven just for me! Really?!? At a 7-11? Yes. Really. I came here earlier today with a T-Mobile Tuesday offer. The offer was a free Red Bull energy drink. The thing about this offer is that there is a barcode with a timer that lasts 15 min on it. I walked inside and grabbed the red bull and when I went to the front desk, this middle eastern guy was standing there. I showed him the offer and he told me that they don't accept it and was refusing to scan the barcode. It's unbelievable how this franchise works. When I asked him for the manager he said he was the manager. The managers should know better than this and should know there offers. I simply left the store. I got a drink from here and it had a sale by date of may 1st 2017 its now June 4 2017. An i go back to talk to them knowing its a mistake that understandable. But the young punk in a jersey behind the counter loOKs and says "so you drank it and want your money back" that was rude. I told him no its expired and thats not a funny joke. So he gets his manager. Whom the lady rang me up. She was nicer but she was told we drank it. So she offered to replace it or refund with was nice. But when she asked if it tasted fine I was like we didn't drink it. Then the young man in the jersey said you told me you drank it. I then told him no you f'ing said that.
