Here is what I just sent to corpoorate because they are lying on yelp and not open 24 hours and are sooo sneaky on prices....Our 7Eleven on Sandpoint way in Seattle is getting really bad. The first thing is that they constantly I'll upcharge you at the register. Something will say it costs $3.99 on the tag in the store and then you go to the register and they charge $5.99 If (most people won't notice but it has happened literally every single time I go there, and I spend $40 a day there, since it is the only store you can go too, especially late at night) you tell them the cost is different on the tag and they will not honor it ever! They don't ever give receipts out to anybody and when you ask them they'll make an excuse to they go it's under something I can't find it, but now I demand it because I've been up charged so many times, or they change the quantity of your item, you'll get one and they charge you for 2 always One of my receipts that they never give but I always make sure that they give it to me. After adding everything up on my receipt one time, I was charged $18 over what it should have been. BUT 7Eleven is the only store that anybody in my huge complex and many apartments around me can get too, so we have to go there and get up charged and it's just really frustrating!! BUT the BIG reason that I am contacting you is because 7eleven now across the street is closed from midnight until 6 AM EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. 711 is supposed to be open 24 hours 365 days a year, that is what you guys advertised. And we always try to go over there and they will not let us in after midnight. And just tonight my roommate got yelled at, @12:05 midnight to hurry up and check out because they wanted to close. All the time we and other people want something and we can't go get it it's so frustrating.. And it's so frustrating to watch everybody that tries to go there at night get turned away. Most of the time and e we can see the cashier guy sleeping in the corner of the store. They have a huge huge clientele of apartments in the area and 711 is the only place we can go and it's a lot people that are so so so so frustrated. 7 eleven is supposed to be 24 hours a day and that's what makes you special. Can you please contact them and let them know they have to stay open. I'm literally about to start a petition. I don't know what else I can do other than contact you. I've tried to talk to them, but they act like they don't speak English when you try to tell him about a different cost or them closing. They're losing so much money at night from our area. But it's really an inconvenience and now nobody wants to go to 7 eleven, People are starting to talk about boycotting it. Please contact them and fix this. It wont let me tell you which store. It is not coming up on your list which is also why we cant order online pickup. It's midnight, I wanted a hot dog after being so tired delivering meals. So I dropped off last at Sandpoint. 7-11 was there calling my name to get something to eat since it's a 20 min drive home by the ID. There were buns in the warmer. It's self service but you have to wear gloves that's provided at the door or by the hot dogs. I said the buns were cold to the clerk and asked if there was a microwave. He went and warmed the bun for me in the oven. Hot dogs need warm buns. Some Condiments like onions , Pickles and tomatoes are exposed now in the trays. They ran out of mustard packets. Mayo and ketchup are in packets. I added the free chili sauce too near the Nachos bar . I never get nachos. I might get the Slupie on a more hotter day. I went to get a cheap lunch or hot dog at SF's Fisherman's Wharf too when I was down there. read more

So first off, if businesses are required to make customers wear masks the worker should be held to the same standard. Several times in this store and either the worker not wearing one or not covering the nose making it ineffective. Next is the rude employee when I ask for the reciept. Apparently the machine ran out of tape and he did not know how to fix it. The other employee came over to help. They told me to stand aside while they fix it. The guy continues to ring up everyone else in the store. When done they put new paper in machine and push a few buttons then tell me no reciept available. Unfreaking believable! read more

Def the worst place to get anything. Came in for a fountain drink and none of the drinks were working. All tasted like carbonated water thats it even the juice was gross. And also the lady next to me was getting nachos and they ran out of that too. He didn't even help or change nothing just asked if she was ok and proceeded to the back. We were in the area for a soccer game and I wanted to treat my son to a slurpee.. don't you know it was over $4!!! I almost told him to put it back and there were no prices listed. Oh and they only had the paper straws and it was like drinking soggy cereal with a straw wrapper!! I threw mine in the trash and we found slurpee straws on the top of the machine. Don't go to this 7-Eleven! Almost every time I've been here the employees have been aggressively upselling or sideselling you and making it sound like a deal when you're actually paying full price. One time the guy shouted "Chicken tenders 3 for three dollars!" (they're only a dollar apiece normally) I replied by saying "You're insane if you think I'm gonna pay $3 for 3 chicken nuggets!" Also MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR CHANGE! 90% of the time at this location, I haven't gotten my proper change. Once I was shorted about 21 cents, Another time shorted 9 cents. Another time almost a whole dollar! Most recently I was overcharged by a cent and then shorted another cent. If he really wanted my two cents I would've given him an earful on how to properly run a business. read more

This 7-11 is so high priced. A pack of gum cost $3.29($1.89) at other minute mart stores. King size candy $3.29. Hot dogs lowest was $2.99. What really pissed me off was I asked how long coffee was made, the checker said 1.5 hours ago. Coffee was cold and empty. He said it was free, I heated up the coffee in microwave and started to leave he says it was $1.89. I said you said it was free, he stated he would give me old stall muffin for free. I paid for this half cup of coffee. Never again will I frequent this high priced,gouging business again. It should have 0 stars. 1 star is way too much. read more

My husband and I went here to buy Korean cup noodles. We were expecting to pay under $5 instead paid $9.50 + tax. That's ridiculous. A single cup noodle is usually less than $2. We asked the cashier why they charge so much for just cup noodles and told us "that's just how it is". Another customer behind us also noticed they charge other items increasingly more compared to other gas stations. Please avoid this place. We would all rather pay $2 for single cup of noodles than $5. read more

Being able to have a slurpee by the lake in July made me less sad about not having air conditioning. -- Having a sink in the front counter area, meaning there's a chance the guy washed his hand before putting the hot dogs on the grill thing. I go here all the time because it's convenient-- I live in the condos behind it so we just walk here. That's what these stores are for, right? However, if there is ANYWAY to avoid going here I do. At this point I pretty much come in just for use of the ATM machine so I can go buy my tacos up the street that are cash only. The reason I avoid it otherwise, is because this 7/11 is INSAAAAAAAAAAANELY overpriced. Like, ridiculously. I get that this is a nice area but holy cow. They charge like $4 and some change for a vitamin water that would be like $1.50 or $2 anywhere else, over $5 for an energy drink. Have easily spent over $20 here for 4 sh*tty drinks for some friends and I. That's INSANE. It's like double or triple the prices here than any other convenience store. Sugar tax doesn't mean a 50% price increase! Lol! Literally go to any other convenience store and save at least half your money. There are several around. read more

I mainly go into 7-11 for drinks, snacks or even a Redbox movie so if a 7-11 has all of these things I'm happy. This location is a little dirtier than other 7-11's I usually frequent and the staff can be a bit unfriendly at times. However being near the park makes this a great location to pick up a sandwich or something one might have forgotten to bring. They have gas here as well and the prices tend to be somewhat high. Overall I would try to find an alternative if possible. read more

HORRIBLE service. I went in to purchase a tobacco product and the guy working took one look at my ID and said NO. Funny thing is I am 21 years old, and I stood there holding my ground that he accept my ID. I demanded he scan my ID as it is a true, and genuine ID. He refused to do this and gave no good reason why. I bring my boyfriend into the store to vouch for me (at this point I'm crying) and he sells it to my boyfriend who is YOUNGER than me!!! I threatened to call the police and he still wouldn't budge on his stance. I have never been treated so poorly and discriminated against in my life. The fact that he would not cooperate and even scan my ID gave me further proof of discrimination. read more

I agree with Michael. One employee in particular is very pushy and rude, always trying to up sell the crappy hot food, his name tag says Harry and he also refuses to give change when a credit card is used, acting like he does not know how to open the drawer to give bus change. Other employees help with this every time except him. He raises his voice and I have heard him acting terrible to others multiple times. Also customers should watch the change, as he has given me the wrong change many times. Once I left an item on the counter, came back less than a minute later, and was told I had to buy it again. I recommend you buy things somewhere else before going to the beautiful Magnuson Park, Sand Point area, as this is the only store in the area. Please, will some one else open a store here, so we don't have to be treated poorly by this guy any more! read more

I was just there today & was told by the gentleman working that they are not taking debit cards right now. Four out of the last four times I've stopped to get money orders from this particular store I've been told "money order machine is broken", which I think is odd given my requests spanned over the last six months. I'd just think if the machine was actually broken it would not take in excess of six months to call someone to fix it. The workers here are extremely rude & rarely get off of their phones (via headsets) to ring customers up. They often continue talking to whoever is on the line as they ring you up. ALWAYS ALWAYS count your change at this store, I've been shorted up to $10 here & when I bring it to their attention it does not seem as if they're ever surprised. I cannot believe anyone would want their business run in this manner. Today's visit was a last straw for me, there's too many other stores like this one in the area to continue wasting time here. read more
