It was so neat to see everyone baking in the back and to select a coffee and fresh pastry from their display. I opted for a ham and cheese croissant and their special coconut cloud cold brew. The croissant was interesting since it used cheddar cheese rather than Swiss and the coconut cloud was just okay. The best pastry that we shared was the kouign amann. Overall, we're big fans of Fresh Flours and will definitely come back to this location again.
