    My bag and a brew.

I really like Café Lodro. I love the roasted coffee and this one in West Seattle is a cute little shop. I often by a bag of coffee so that I can get coffee for home and they give you a free cup coffee for purchasing a bag. This place gives you 12 ounces but I wanted 16 ounces... it morning am I am tired. They said they could change me for a 8oz if I wanted a 16oz. Well I just got the 12oz. Paying full price for 8oz to get 4oz more coffee and the price difference between a 12oz and a 16oz drip coffee... it all just didn't make sense. Probably the last time I go here. Sad. Victrola has really good roast coffee as well and is much more generous.

Caffe Ladro is a cute little coffee shop in West Seattle. They have everything you need: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, frozen drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and free wifi. I'm really happy that they are still open during the Coronavirus quarantine (even Starbucks is closed). Of course, it is take-out only right now, but I felt completely safe while I was there. After I ordered my drink, I swiped my own credit card and the barista said I didn't have to sign the receipt. They do have a "three person maximum" right now, so if there are already customers inside, you might have to wait outside until someone leaves. My cappuccino was perfect (even better than Starbucks!) and I'm happy to help support a local business. They also have a loyalty card, so I will definitely check it out the next time I'm there.

Caffe Ladro is my absolute favorite. It's not on the way to work kind of stop since it's out of the way but I do come here pretty often on the weekends and when I have random days off like yesterday haha. Couldn't go to work yesterday due to police closure so I went and got breakfast here. The staff are always so sweet and will converse if they're not slammed. The barista made me a favorite everyone's been requesting lately which consist of honey and orange zest. Really delicious but my favorite is probably still the honey lavender they have during the summer.

Ladro coffee is no shadow man, just the coffee god of our age! Perfect blend of roasting skills the've incorporated into all there coffee beans to draw out the most robust flavors. Have you've ever dreamed of the perfect cup of "JOE" ? If so then make your way to Cafe Ladro for either a fresh drawn cub or bag of beans to brew at home. Your taste bugs are begging you for it at 6am so must oblige in your tastebuds desire. Also if your stopping into the shop there homemade pastry are wonderful. The two items that stand out are the ham & cheese croissant and the apple crisp. However the apple pie is the BEST, but it's no longer served by the slice so you must special order a entire pie, but so worth it. Hope FRANK has given u a proper tip for the coffee gods. If not you'll suffer at Starbucks!

"A West Seattle neighborhood favorite" Someone said that this is typical hipster cafe and I beg to differ. This place has been serving great coffee way before West Seattle transitioned to a hipster joint. This is my go to work spot as the coffee is good, strong and consistent. Staff is always friendly and welcoming at all times. I would occasionally encounter noisy patrons but nothing a noise canceling headphones can fix. This is one of the neighborhood gems that still gives you the small town vibes and they need to stay for a very long time.

We're just in town for a wedding and popped in for a pick me up. Ordered a couple of cappuccinos which were fine. It's a nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee. Unfortunately felt the barista had a rude tone telling us where the line starts. There was no sign or line to indicate the flow of customers. Maybe he gets tired of telling people or maybe he had a bad day. Stop in if you're looking for good coffee and not warm fuzzies.

We ate it the day after and threw it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes, and it was so delicious. The cruffin was huge! Topped with a delicious light Earl grey cream that wasn't too sweet. The soft serve itself is a really creamy and rich vanilla milk flavor. I would say it's closer to that Asian milk flavor if you know what I mean. I think the hojicha syrup is my favorite out of all the ones I've tried so far. It has a really nice roasty flavor and not something you can find at most other places. The matcha I would say is my second favorite. The flavor of the matcha syrup is definitely lighter compared to the hojicha but still is a nice compliment to the soft serve. The black sesame would be the lowest on my list out of the, all since I felt like the flavor was too nutty like it was a blend of sesame and potentially a nut. Highlights: - Miso Roasted White Chocolate Cronut: My favorite item in their current rotation. The cronut was a tad soggy, but the buttery texture inside is still satisfying and the miso white chocolate filling is lusciously smooth and perfectly balanced between savory and sweet. - Blackberry Corn Mousse Cake: Blueberry mousse is the perfect fluffy texture and the corn is very subtle. The sponge cake is light and perfectly contrasts against the bottom layer of crunchies to add a bit of variety. - Blueberry Corn Croissant: Pastry also held up quite well on this one with the outside still being quite crisp. The inner cream unlike the mousse cake is very corn forward with a bit of blueberry jam to balance it out. Skip: - Black Forest Cake: Found the cake to be a bit too firm with the cream filling to be a little bland and too firm as well. Just wanted this to be better than it was. Also, it looks totally different from the photo on their website heads up. - Tomato Basil Croissant: Just found this to be off ratio wise. The only tomato is the 3 small quarters of cherry tomato at the top and a light smear of basil cream. I can see this being very good, but current form factor isn't doing it any favors.
