I was in town for a wedding and came to Rancho Liquor on a recommendation from a friend who told me that this place had practically every bottle under the sun. Milan and his team were courteous, professional, and even pulled stock from other stores to make sure I had the 18+ bottles i needed as a wedding present for guests within two hours of me calling. They honored the bulk buy discount and even threw in a few extra goodies. If you're looking for a specific bottle or even a recommendation I recommend checking out the website first or give Milan a call when they aren't busy. Lots of tequila, special imports, mezcal, bourbons, craft and local beers, smoke shop with a lot of vapes at low prices. Fantastic customer service! Ordered a custom engraved bottle of whiskey before Thanksgiving and was having it shipped to Alaska. Unfortunately Fedex was incredibly difficult and failed to even get the package out of CA. I contacted Rancho Liquor customer service and was very quickly contracted same day. I worked with the manager to have my order shipped again. He personally worked with me and ensured my order made it to Alaska as fast as possible. I placed an online order. They charged my card. They then sat on my order for *NINE* (9) days before just cancelling the order and issuing a refund. They sent no emails, no notice, no calls, no apologies. The online system had said the items were in stock. They are not BEVMO level to not know their stock. You either have it or do not. But to wait 9 days to issue a refund is plain stupid and a shame! Never buying from them again! read more

I made an order on November 24th.2023. Within hours I got an email from them stating they cancelled the order and issued a refund. I did not cancel any order. The charge is on my credit card and there is no refund. The email I have for them is bogus. All my emails are returned can not locate that address. The phone number is vague because when you dial 619-254-4622 The company does not identify itself and simply says to leave a message which I did four times. I have photographic proof of just how badly they messed up. It was intended to be a special birthday gift. At least product was delivered so I don't feel totally ripped off. Actually, if I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a case of 2018 Justin Cab online from Rancho Liquor in Temecula. Days later I received a case of 2019 Justin. I contacted Milan Antwan about their error, and he said I could send it back, but that even though it was there error, I had to pay for the shipping to and from his establishment. ($140.00). I told him that was unlawful due to his mistake and he never returned another written correspondence. I gave him 10 days and 4 messages later, I finally contacted my credit card company. Within 2 hours, I received a message back that I was being send a shipping label to return the wine. I immediately shipped it back out, and emailed a copy of the receipt to Mr. Antwan. Once the wine was returned, I reached out another 4 times, and never got any return messages. I am now in contact with my credit card company once again. I had even told them that I would still buy the original case I had ordered, they never responded. Good to know, there are lots of great places out there who do the right thing. I then found Wally Wines and Glendale liquor, both of which have been lovely to work with. My recommendation would be to stay away from ordering online from this establishment. read more

So difficult to work with, they have bottles on their site that they don't actually have and then send an incomplete order just to say that I will receive a refund for the bottles that weren't sent. It's been over a week I have no refund no response on e-mail. Don't ever buy or order anything online from/on this store. This guy is totally fraud. I ordered from this store online on april 27th 2022 the Johnie walker Blue Label (worth ~900). The next day I found that, Price is almost twice of what is available on other stores. I tried to cancel the order but there was no way of cancelling the order other than sending him email or calling him directly. He didn't pick up the phone that day and not even replied to my email. In the mean time the order was shipped. I got hold of this guy (few days later) on phone and explained that I want to return the order. He agreed that yes I can return the order but I will have to pay the shipping fee. He sent me the Fed ex shipping label. I returned the order and he received it on May 23rd, 2022. He was supposed to refund me back (~$900) in 5 business days. I called him multiple times and seller kept on saying, yes he has received the order and I (me) will get the refund back. Today on June 10th, 2022, when I finally called him, he said settle the dispute through Paypal and hung up the phone on me. I have filed the case with Paypal and the case is still open. They sold us a $270 bottle of liquor, intended to be a gift and flown across country, that we discovered was leaking into the bag by the time we made it back to our rental. We returned the following day (1 hr round trip) for the manager to refuse a simple exchange, and offensively accuse us of opening it and removing (a few tablespoons of) liquor with the intention of lying about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE! I ordered a bottle of whiskey for my husband for Christmas. Placed the order on December 9th and was told it was out for delivery relatively quickly so I was pleasantly surprised. Then it all went downhill. I received notifications from FedEx telling me that I would need to be home to sign for it because it was liquor and I needed to show proof that I was over 21, ok no problem. The tracking said it would be delivered on the 14th. I waited and waited but no delivery ever came. Initially I figured it was an error so I waited another day. Still nothing. So then I filed a claim with FedEx and argued because supposedly their policy has "changed" and my signature wasn't needed even though the tracking now says I signed for it (I never did). Initially I chalked it up to poor delivery service, that is until I tried reaching out to Rancho Liquor. I have email, called a few times, even to the physical store itself, AND I've even texted the number on the website and still NOTHING! No response not even an acknowledgment. So now it's two days before Christmas and I am without a gift for my husband thanks to these crooks. I ordered a bottle of whiskey from their website, where they have a nice picture showing the bottle and box. Very nice packaging edition with satin and a small booklet. I received the item, and just like other reviewers , the bottle presentation was a complete different one, even came damaged in one of the corners. I called them immediately and politely explained the situation, the person started getting aggravated and rude. His explanation was that they can put a picture of whatever packaging they want, because the contents are the same type of whisky. Anyone knows that part of the value of these drinks are the packing, presentation, and in this case even the special edition booklet that they are displaying. They don't care, they are deceiving customers on their website and they know it. Intentionally and unapologetically deceiving customers online, rude over the phone. Avoid a headache, and find another website that has principles and is not seeking to make money with their misleading business practices. read more
